Emphasizing on the term 'thought', we can take it further as, 'the power of brain' or to be more specific 'the power of mind'.

According to Physical Science, 'power' is defined or expressed as the work done per unit time. This work done is also known as energy. Hence, power is energy used per unit time.

So, from this expression, we can say that 'thought is the energy producing capacity of a human brain (or mind) per unit time'.

Now, every living species in this universe contains a soul, which is eternal; it never dies. This eternal soul is existing within every living species. This eternal soul will never die. Death is an absurdity. It is not pre-determined. It comes due to our actions.

This eternal soul contains a kind of positive energy. The energy produced by a soul is always positive, never negative. No evil ever did or ever will be produced by a soul. We become evil or bad due to our actions.

This positive energy field created by an eternal soul around its body is known as 'aura'.

This whole concept of soul and aura was considered as a part of pseudo-science until 1939, when a Russian inventor named Semyon Kirlian along with his wife, accidentally invented the 'Kirlian Photography method' to prove that positive energy fields do exist around all living bodies. His experiments included plants, fungi, human body, animal body parts, etc.

Now, this 'aura' is generated the more we think.

The more we think positive, more positive or good thought is generated, which leads to the creation of more positive aura around us. Negative energy or negative aura is of no use.

So, to create this positive aura around us, we need to use the energy of our mind.

In other words, our thoughts create the aura around us, and from this we can derive: 'thought is directly proportional to aura'.
