About an hour later Vamier returned to the main hall where the empress had been waiting.

"She is weak but not gone." Vamier told her, the sadness radiating from him.

"This is way more serious than I thought." Ralvania told him as she paced back and forth through the main hall.

"Yes it is." The gremlin prince agreed.

"I was going to take care of this tomorrow but I don't think it can wait. You need to take me to this cursed mushroom." The empress told him.

"Do you think you're ready for it?" He asked. 

"I have to be." She replied.

    "Thank you empress for all you've done." He told her.

"You're welcome. Now let's go. If I can I'd love to take care of this before the late nocturnal hour." The empress told him. 

"I'll walk with you." He offered.

"Thanks." She responded.

                   He nodded and walked out of his gold home and headed east.  After a few minutes of walking the gremlin prince turned to her.

"Do you need me to do anything when we get there?" He asked.

"I don't think so but It depends on what happens." She told him.

"That's fair enough." He replied.

"How far is it?" She inquired.

"A few miles down this left hand path." He told her pointing directly ahead.

"Good I'd like to find out who would do this to an entire race of people." She told him. 

"As would I. How will you find this out?" Vamier asked.

"One way or another, I'll find out." She told him.
