He didn't have to tell them twice. They both followed closely behind the vampire. After what felt like hours, the three had gotten past the underworld maze. Finally they found the huge set of stairs.

   "Move up these steps as fast as you can. We'll talk when we get out." He ordered both of them.

   The empress nodded and then Chaos. After a few seconds they ran up the steps as fast as they could go. After what seemed like a thousand steps or more, the fairy spoke.

"How much further is it?"

   " Not much. Well come to a door shortly." He said to them.

   They said nothing but kept moving. When they felt as if they couldn't do another set of stairs, the vampire spoke up.

  "There's the door...go..go...go!" He shouted.

  As they opened the door a cluster of demons and dark spirits popped up, trying to escape their fate. In one bold move he shoved the dark ones back into the underworld, then pushed his travel companions through the door before leaping out with them. He slammed the door shut as soon as he got through it.
