Four days after returning from her trip to the Nucandu territory, as the gargoyle flew to her office window. 

"Good morning empress." Ludwig greeted her.

"Morning is near over, but it's good to see you too." She replied.

"I have brought a message here for you."  He informed her.

"Oh thank you, I'll take it." 

He nodded and handed it over to her.

"I wonder who sent it." She said.

"I think one of your warlocks, thier dragon brought it here a few minutes ago." He told her.

She nodded, slowly opening the envelope and read over the message twice. 

 Ralvania;

    I enjoyed your company and hope to see you again very soon.

Quickly she scribbled a response to him and gave it to the gargoyle. 

He nodded and flew off to deliver the message.

She waved goodbye and then went back to the pixie brew and book of magickal enchantments. As she lost herself within it's pages, her mind kept wandering back to the warlock. Trying to shake it off, she couldn't understand why her mind stayed transfixed on him.  It was unlike her. It was always business and helping everyone else first. she didn't get it. As the next few hours escaped her, Sage knocked on the door.

"Enter if you please." She said to him.

Slowly the door opened and Sage peered into the room. "Sorry miss are you busy?" He asked.

"Not that busy, what's going on?" 

"Someone to see you miss," He said.

"Oh, who's here?" She inquired.

"Miss Amberosia." He said to her.

"Oh, send her in, now." She said with excitment.

He nodded to her and left the office.
