The two faeries walked out of the spacious dining hall and onto the stairs talking and giggling the whole way. 

  "You have been more than kind to Haze, and I've noticed." The empress said to her.

Taking a slow sip, after a moment of calm and quiet, the Queen responded; "Change is inevitable. I'm not the same faerie I was twenty years ago.... Neither is Haze.' Lily said to her.

"I'm more than happy that you see it that way.' 

"Me too. I'm still a little pissed at her, but trying to let it go.' Lily told her.

"I know this wasn't easy for you, but it has helped her." The empress said, draining the contents of her mug.

"I know that." 

"Those two are probably getting ready, we should too." The empress said.

"We've still got plenty of time.' Lily said to her.

The empress winked at her. then after a moment of calm, she looked to the Queen..

"I suppose one more cup wouldn't hurt.' She said, with a smirk.
