Later that afternoon, Ludwig returned to the castle window and waited for the empress. A few minutes passed when she turned and then went over, opening the window.

  "Good to see you have returned to us." She greeted him.

  "Thanks. I have a reply from the Queen. "

"Oh good. I'll take it." She said.

  He nodded, handing the envelope over. Then turning around he leaped up and flapped his wings; flying off to his cave.

    She set the message on the large desk. Taking a deep breath, then she summoned the fairy. Five minutes later she fluttered into the room.

    "You needed me miss?" She asked.

    "Yes the queen responded." She said.

  "What did it say?" Haze asked, eyes bright with curiosity.

   "I don't know. I haven't opened it yet."

"Why not?" The fairy asked with a puzzled look.

  "It's meant for you, therefore I shouldn't be the one to open it.

  Haze took it and slowly opened it. Reading it quickly, she smiled.

"She agrees to meet with me." She shrieked.

"How in the cosmos did you get her to say yes?" The empress asked, a little surprised.

Haze just giggled.
