Salem fully understood her concern.  He could also see how Lily felt about it, too.  She was a good queen with a kind soul but even good creatures had a breaking point.  He looked to the empress for a long pause.

    "I think she just feels a little betrayed. Give it time."

  "Thanks, I didn't look at it that way." She replied, looking to see the queen with Ravenessa having a glass of enchanted ale. It made her feel a little better.

   Then she focused her attention on the vampires.

  "It may be hard for her now but give it a few moons." Salem advised.

  "I'm sure you're right. " She replied taking a sip.

"I am right , you'll see."

  Magellan nodded and left them to see his mate.

Salem looked to her.
 
   "It'll be alright trust me in this." He said.

  "I'm sure. I just hate to see her so upset."

"I know you do," he said.

After thanking him,  she walked on to talk to some of the other guests.
