"What? Really?" She asked, glowing.

"Yes, really." She replied sipping on the brew.

"Why do we need to go? Is Lily in trouble? Or Willow?' She asked in a full on panic.

"Breathe honey. They're fine."  The empress told her.

Stergis got up and filled the mugs for the three of them, then sat down next to his mate and listened.

"If everything is okay, then why do we need to go there?" She inquired.

The empress flashed a quick smile, "I don't have to go there, I want to. I visit them every so often.' 

"Oh that's kind of you." 

"I thought you'd like to go with me and get out of the castle, it may help." She said.

"I don't know, can I think about it?"  She asked.

"It's up to you, but I leave tomorrow." Ralvania explained to her.

Ravenessa leaned back with a distant look. "Do you think Daniel would let us borrow his dragon? I really like her." 

Stergis couldn't believe it. Why hadn't he thought of that before now? He felt like an idiot. He sat there and just shook his head.

"I'm sure we could do that." 

"Why do you want me to go too?" Ravenessa asked.

"The queen could use a girl day. Willows away at school. She says it's been too peaceful there." 

The sorceress turned to her mate. "You don't mind if I go?" 

"Whatever you want to do honey." 

"Thank you. I'd love to go." She said.

"I can always go visit Daniel and Richard while you're away." 

She leaned over and hugged him.

"I'm going to go pack a few things," She said and headed off.

"Did you put a spell on her?" He asked.

"I didn't use magic." She replied.
