The next several days went over quite well as the empress re-adjusted to being home again. The fairy seemed to handle the transition back better than expected.  Slowly she began learning to do good magic. Instead of hate and spiteful ways, Chaos learned acceptance and forgiveness.

  Things had gotten back to normal for the empress. Twenty minutes later Ludwig tapped on the window. The empress quickly turned around to see him waiting there on the ledge. Dashing across the room she opened the window and let him in.

  "Thanks empress." He greeted her.

   "Is there a message for me?" She inquired.

   "Yes miss. It's from the fairy queen." He said, handing it over.

" Thank you." She said as he nodded. Hopping out of the window and flying back to his cave.

  Taking the envelope over to the desk she slowly opened it and read the words.

   It took a few minutes for her thoughts to make the connection.  Then she remembered the apology note from Chaos.  The empress wrote out a response to the queen and set it on the edge of the desk.
