Once inside, Amberosia raced to the kitchen fetching a tray of brew for the empress. The second it had been ready, she lifted the tray and carted it away to the office. The empress practically lived in there. Reaching the door, she knocked before entering.

"Evening, miss." She greeted the boss.

"Thanks dear." 

"Sure. Oh I spoke with our Ludwig." She told the empress.

"Oh?' She asked the girl.

"He said none of the creatures have seen or heard from the hybrid demon in weeks." 

"That's really good to hear." The empress replied, taking the mug from her. 

Taking a sip of the still very hot liquid, she added.

"What about the other creatures?"

"Nothing out of the usual." Amberosia replied.

"That is wonderful news, maybe we don't need to worry over it." Ralvania told her.

"I hope." 

"Would you like a cup?" 

"Nah, I need to go to bed, i'm so tired." Amberosia admitted to her.

"It's the climb to the caves. I used to get so sore from going up the mountain to visit Soranto." The empress told her.

"You're probably right." 

"You'll get used to it." 

Amberosia nodded, bidding goodnight to the empress.
