Two weeks later, Amberosia was knocking on the door perfusley.

"Come in." She called to the door.

Amberosia flung the door open and rushed into the room. From her body language alone the empress could tell whatever it was, must be pretty important. 

"Empress i have news." She said, completley out of breath, panting like a wolf suffering dehydration.

"Breathe, then talk." The empress instructed her.

Nodding, then the apprentice took a few minutes to regulate her breathing. 

"Now sit down and tell me what it is that has got you so worked up." Ralvania told her in a soothing tone. 

"I talked to some of the other dark ones in the forest." She began.

"What did you find out?" 

"The demon hybrid was not one that's here to change for the better. He's a bad one. " She explained shifting to one side then the other in the chair. 

The empress let it sink in. 

"There are the demons of the 7 sins, then there are some in a sub-division of lower level demons." 

"What is his dark talent?" She asked after a long silence.

"Thought control, manipulation magic.  His porpose is to screw with the free will of other creatures." She said.

"Why was he here?" 

"None of them know, whatever the reason it can't be good." Amberosia stated.

"That's the truth." Ralvania agreed with me.

"What do we do now?" She asked with a look of panic.

"Keep an eye on the activity in the forest."  She told her the flat out truth.
