As the late afternoon faded on to early evening, Stergis and Jim prepared for a standard peimeter check through the forest surrounding her castle. They were determined to find out something. The two warlocks headed out through the back door leading to her lavish courtyard. Ralvania and the sorceress waved to them from the glass doors.

"Now what?" The sorceress asked her.

"We could head back to my office for a bottle of wine."  The empress suggested.

"You don't have to tell me twice."  Ravenessa told her.

          The two went straight from the back of the castle straight to her office and got comefortable, ready for a girls night in. The empress grabbed a large bottle and two wine goblets she'd kept hidden on the endless bookshelf. 

"Do you have a lot of other witches to drink with?" She asked the empress. 

"Amberosia my apprentice for the most part." She replied pouring and serving the wine to her guest. 

"I'm glad you aren't way out here alone." She told her, taking a sip.

"I'm never alone trust me."  Ralvania told her flatly, taking a gulp of the drink in front of her.

"I bet." She remarked.

"I've been spending a lot of spare time in the fairy kingdom for the last few months." She told the sorceress.

"Oh that's right Queen Lily had a baby, a girl right?" She asked taking a drink. 

"Yes, her name's Willow Raven." 

"Oh how cute, I like it." Ravenessa exclaimed.

"She's a hybrid." The empress whispered.

"What? No way." The sorceress replied, eyes widened.

"A changeling, her father's a shapeshifter." 

"I bet that'll be fun for the queen." She joked.

"I visit each moon to help her."  The empress told her.

"That's so good of you, I'm sure she needs the help. 

"Yes she does." The empress commented. They both giggled as she poured more of the dark plum liquid into each goblet. 

"That has to be pretty intresting seeing a baby fairy. I've only known a select few and they were full grown." 

"It truly is. Maybe sometime i'll introduce you. Lily is my fairy god daughter." The empress told her.

"Oh wow I didn't know that!" 

"Uh-huh." The empress replied sipping at the wine. 

Ravenessa poured more as the bottle ran dead empty.

"We've gone through a bottle already?" 

"No problem, I have plenty." The empress told her jumping up to get more off of the shelf.

"The wine is really good." She complimented her.

"I'm glad you came with them, this has been really fun." 

"Oh yeah it has, I'm glad I got to stay behind with you." She told the empress.

"Me too." She admitted cracking open the second bottle of the night.
