Over the next few days the empress had a lot more nervous energy than ever before. She always love to help other creatures but this scared her. It wasn't Spencer, his mate or even Magellan she feared. It was being in the dark realm surrounded by that much evil. The thought simply horrified her. Under most circumstances she didn't work with dark beings unless there were a good reason. Such as an evil fairy trying to take out an entire kingdom, which has happened. 

            She also had never been around a lot of evil at once and didn't know what it might do to her, if anything.  Being lost in worry and panic educing thought was driving her insane. Pacing back and forth in her dungeon hoping a different room would calm her nerves but it didn't. After another twenty minutes she forced herself to sit and breathe. She stared at the black and indigo blue cobble-stone walls for a minute before summoning a servant. The empress waited a good ten minutes when she heard her favorite servant girl tip toe into the dungeon. 

          "Good afternoon miss I brought coffee for you.: Amberosia greeted her. 

"Thank you, that's what I was going to ask anyway." The empress told her. 

She poured the first cup and slowly handed the mug to the empress. 

"Everything still going well?" 

       "Yes miss all is fine. Do you require anything else?" 

  "No you may go." 

           The empress relaxed taking advantage of a little time with her favorite pixie brew before the next one would come knocking on her door. As she downed the coffee the empress looked through her research books on dark magic. She kept them for defense purposes only. She didn't care to read them but wanted to know what kind of dark magic she'd be up against if it came down to it, she needed to be prepared.
