"Salem needs help ? What's wrong, is he in danger?" The dragon asked.

"We'll find out when we get there. The note said family friend in trouble." The empress informed.

"So it isn't the hybrid warlock that is in trouble?"  He asked glaring at her.

"No, according to the note it's just this friend that's in need, everyone else is well." She said.

"Oh, good to hear it." The dragon responded letting out a deep sigh of relief.

"Are you ready?" Ralvania asked.

"Climb on, let's go." He answered and she climbed up the left side of the enchanting creature.

                      He flew them up higher than normal, until the ground became smaller ;to the point it just looked like patches of forest, small towns and villages scattered around for miles. It was a rather gorgeous view, the empress had to admit. She was trying not to appear worried over the  trouble just yet. It was at least two hours by dragon, to reach the fortress castle. She'd wait and worry about it when they arrive. 

      Leaning back down again to one side,  peering  down, watching as they passed by puffy clouds , a few minutes later, a phoenix raven flying below. Ralvania could barely see the ground from this high up.  Flying with Soranto was as soothing as a nocturnal meditative trance. It often would help her to stay focused on the quest as well as spiritually balanced. Sometimes when she'd been over-whelmed with others needing her; the empress would forget to take care of her soul as well. 

                       The trip there didn't take nearly as long as she had thought, but  also knew the dragon flew here more often than usual to see Salem's dragon, Kadrid. Flying to Salem's castle was probably like flying home to him, she thought. Then looking up from her thoughts, there far in the distance the waterfall near Salem's home came into view.
