II - Brother? Nonsense!
No One
When the Third Hokage entered the room, Kaeru was laughing hysterically at Kami-knows-what, while talking to himself.
"Oi, brat!"
Kaeru stopped immediately. He stared at the 3 in front of him. The bald man, an old man in white-and-red robes with weird hat, and a man in a grey armor, wearing a mask.
"Hello, young one. What is your name?"
"... Do I have to tell you?" He asked back. The Hokage sighed.
"I'm the Third Hokage. My name is Hiruzen Sarutobi. What's yours?"
"Kaeru. Last name, I don't really remember. It's Hake-... Haka-... Take-... Hata-..."
"Hatake?"
"Ah, yes! Wow, you're a genius. You can read my mind and found something I don't remember? Teach me that! Oh, anyways, I'm not sure of that. Kaeru Hatake, that's what Obito said, at least."
"Obito?"
"My friend. His last name is weird, too. It's Ucha-... Hachi-... Uchi-... Ugh, I forgot that, too..."
"Obito Uchiha. He was killed 4 years ago." The masked man said.
"Nope. All he said was that he was dying and soon transported into another dimension and not being able to go back, but he just accidentally brought me with him."
"..."
"What?!"
"Obito is alive?"
"Uh... What world is this?" Kaeru asked back, tapping his feet.
"Shinobi World. What kind of question is that?" replied Ibiki. Kaeru starts giggling.
"Teehee... My question! He's on Earth! Not in this dimension! I was there, too. Then I was executed and BAM! Here I am!"
"Why were you executed?"
"I kill, kill, kill! I kill people! So many and many that I don't remember!"
"This boy is insane." Ibiki whispered to the Hokage, who shook his head.
"I'm sure he wasn't. We must try to fix him. I'll send him to live with one of our shinobi. Kakashi, call Anko."
The Anbu nodded, and disappeared.
"Anko? Are you sure? She's just as crazy as he is!"
"Well, Ibiki," Hiruzen started, "we need someone who can understand him, now, don't we? Besides, Anko missed him."
"Anko? Who's that?" Kaeru asked, tilting his head.
"Kaeru... She was your only friend."
"Friend..?" Kaeru said, tilting his head to the side slightly. "The only friend I have is Obito!"
"Anko was your friend in this world, Kaeru." Hiruzen said, as he walked towards the boys table with a few steps, but Ibiki soon placed his hand on the Hokage's chest to keep the man back from the dangerous boy.
"Lord Hokage, I do not suggest getting too close to him. He is a danger, a threat." Ibiki said to the Hokage, and the Hokage did stop where the Interrogator stopped him at.
Kaeru just stared at them and began to laugh manically. His laugh echoed off the metal walls, and bounced back off to ears of the two men who were standing in the room with him. His laugh was almost like poison to their ears.
"Stop laughing, brat!" Ibiki screamed at the boy, who quickly stopped laughing and glared at Ibiki.
"Fine, I'll just sing!" He said with another laugh. "One, four, seven, listen to their screams! Ten, thirteen, sixte-" He was cut off by the interrogator as Ibiki swung his fist around and hit the boys jaw. Kaeru's head swung to the other side from the impact of the punch.
As soon as Kaeru really figured out what happened, his laugh echoed through the room once again. "IS THAT ALL YOU GOT F*CKER?!" He screamed at the large man in the trench coat.
And from the window on the side of the interrogation room, Anko and Kakashi watched the boy they had both known lost his mind.

"... What happened to him...?" Anko asked, her voice barely a whisper. Kakashi calmly shrugged. He shoved his hands in his pockets.
"He's just an insane brat." The older Hatake stated, a dark look in his eyes. It hurts him when he heard about Obito. Flashbacks hit him like a brick. How the Uchiha was crushed by the boulder, how Rin swapped their eyes.
Anko growled. "He is your brother."
"No, he's not. He's just the White Fang's youngest son."
From inside, laughter were heard. Anko clenched her fist, as she stomped towards the door. "I can't take this anymore! You, Hatake, are one hell of a bastard!" She yelled, before she barged into the room.
Anko
When I entered the room, I was able to get a better look at Kaeru. My eyes widen.
His silver hair has some dried blood on it. He got cuts on his fingers, and scars on his arms, that looks like they were gained from whippings. His black pupils were dilated, and he was laughing uncontrollably, with a crazed look on his face.
Ignoring Ibiki's call, I approached him.
"Kaeru." I called softly, causing him to snap his head towards me. He gave a wide grin, showing me his rather sharp teeth, white as pearls.
"Yay! Another human!" He exclaimed, "Who are-..."
"It's me. Anko. Anko Mitarashi."
He tilted his head. Then his eyes widened, and he gritted his teeth in pain, as he looked down.
"Anko, Anko, Anko, Anko, Anko... AH! I KNOW! ANKO-CHAN! The good purple-haired girl who brought dangos everyday for me! Right, right?" He asked exitedly, as he looked up.
He did remember me, but I know he's not the same boy that I used to pick up from Academy. I can see it in his eyes. He barely has his consciousness. It's like he had lost his humanity.
I stretched out my hand towards his face, my eyes began to water. How long has it been since the last time I cried? I think it's when he was declared missing, dead.
As my hand got closer, he narrowed his eyes. Then, when the tip of my fingers touched his skin, he flinched, and turned away, closing his eyes, grimacing.
"Anko-chan's mad at Kaeru? Is Kaeru a b-bad boy now? K-Kaeru is sorry... Please don't hurt Kaeru..." He began to whimper, as his body began to tremble.
Was he... tortured?
I gently caressed his cheek. "No... Kaeru is a very good boy... Anko-chan will not hurt Kaeru... But Kaeru must stay with Anko-chan... Okay?"
He turned back at me. "So... Anko-chan will not punish Kaeru?"
"No... Anko-chan will buy Kaeru dangos again instead." I replied, as I wiped my own tears. Ibiki uncuffed his hands, while I stood up. Then I realized that Kakashi is already standing behind me. He took off his mask, and stared right at Kaeru.
"Do you know me? My name is Kakashi Hatake." He stated coldly.
Kaeru furrowed his eyebrows. "Kakashi... Oh! I know you! You're the one that father told to take care of me! You're that selfish useless bastard who threw away the honor of big brother, right? I remember that, crystal clear! Am I right, am I right, Scarecrow?!"
Shock was clear on Kakashi's face. He was about to reply, when Kaeru starts singing.
"Here is the evil scarecrow! Here is the bad Kakashi! Evil scarecrow! Kakashi's a bad boy! Evil scarecrow! Kakashi's a-..."
"Good thing I've never take care of you, useless brat." Kakashi spat out, as he put on his mask.
Kaeru immediately stood up, and ran at Kakashi. He grabbed a kunai from the table, and lunged at his brother. As Kakashi dodged his attacks, Kaeru screamed in anger at him. "Have any problem, dear Aniki?! Go on, hate me! I'm used to it! Go on! What do you want, kill me! Do it already! Or I'll send you to hell instead!"
"You're insane." Kakashi muttered, as he pulled out his own kunai
Kaeru starts laughing again. He jumped onto Kakashi, and pinned him onto the ground. "At least I'm not selfish! I know my place! But now, I don't give a sh*t anymore! Die, f*cker!"
"Stop it, Kaeru!" I yelled, as he was about to brought the knife down. He paused, and looked at me, one of his hand still wrapped his fingers around his brother's neck.
"Why? I want to get another point!"
"Let him go, Kaeru. If you want to be a good boy, then you will follow my rules."
He grunted, as he jumped away from Kakashi. "If you say so, Anko-chan." He muttered, as he threw the kunai away, watching as Kakashi teleported out of the room.
"Anko, you will be in charge of Kaeru until I say otherwise."
"Hai."
You're dismissed."
I nodded, as I turned my attention back at Kaeru.
"Let's go, Kaeru!"

"Kaeru!" Anko screamed and the boy jumped up off the ground, turning back towards her and giving her the mid innocent smile he could muster up.
"Yes, Anko-chan?" He said as he rocked back and forth on his heels, a slightly giggle passing his lips.
"Do NOT try to steal anything. I've already got our dango, we're going back to my home now. So hurry up." She said as she grabbed the boys wrist, and began to pull him along. The boy winced slightly and stumbled along with Anko.
Finally, they arrived at Anko's house. Kaeru began to smile as he entered the house, sudden memories flowing through his mind. "I remember this place!" Kaeru said with a loud scream.
Anko gave him a weak smile, somewhat glad to see the boy remembering things from when they were here together. Anko was still terrified of the fact that Kaeru seemed so unstable now, and that he was all bloody and dirty.
"Why don't we get you washed off?" She said, and Kaeru stared at her for a minute with wide eyes. He couldn't remember the last time he had a bath.
"O-okay, Anko-chan..." He said quietly and Anko took his hand and lead him towards the bathroom. With each step, Kaeru tried to resist. But Anko wasn't going to let him back out of this. It was obvious that he needed to bathe.
Anko shut the door behind Both of them. Slowly and with a lot of cation, she began to slip Kaeru's shirt. The boy didn't resist, he just placed his arms up in the air.
The further that the shirt was slid up, the more scars and wounds could be seen against his back. The amount of scars were ungodly, as if he had been beaten everyday with a whip.
"What happened to you?" Anko whispered quietly.
Kaeru raised an eyebrow. "Eh? What do you mean, Anko-chan? I'm alright!"
"Kaeru... Th-These scars..." She stuttered, as she traced the lines gently, a tear fell from her eye.
Kaeru turned at her, and frowned when he saw her cried. "Anko-chan... Don't be sad... Kaeru is fine..."
"... Say, Kaeru. Would you mind telling me what happened in that... 'Earth'?" Anko asked, still haven't understand what Kakashi meant by that word.
Kaeru nodded, giving her an innocent grin.
