Frisk sat on the porch of Toriel's house with a pleasant smile on her face and waiting for a certain skeleton. She hummed the tune from the underground's statue in waterfall and started moving her legs side to side to the tune. A hand came in contact with her shoulder and she gasped from surprise and turned to see Sans smiling down at her and she laughed and pushed his hand off of her.

"And of course, you wouldn't be Sans if you didn't come up behind me," Frisk said with her hands on her hips and Sans' smile grew and he shrugged his shoulders lazily.

"What can I say? I'm a spooky scary skeleton," he said and Frisk groaned. Sans had found a song with just that title and had referenced it whenever it would be relevant to use. Sans laughed at her reaction and held out his hand. "Anyway, I'm here to pick up a human, 'bout your height, was gonna go to Grillby's with them and get them something good but I can't seem to find them, I guess they don't want anything," Sans said while pretending to search for her. Frisk shook her head at him and took a hold of his hand. "Wow, eager, aren't we?" Sans said laughing softly and Frisk blushed the tiniest bit and punched him softly in the arm. Sans just smiled at her and teleported to his favorite restaurant.

"You couldn't just walk, could you? Your brother's right, you are a lazy bones," Frisk said while laughing quietly and trying to let the dizzy feeling to go away. Sans led her to a booth and sat her down then sat down himself. He called Grillby over and started to order their food. Frisk smiled at him and felt a sudden burst of adoration gather in her chest and heard a scoff from inside her mind.

"Gross, you actually like him, looks like smiley trash bag has a girlfriend who actually likes him after all, too bad I gotta share a mind with her," Chara said and Frisk had a blush spread across her cheeks at remembering just how she had recently been deemed girlfriend. "Remember when he killed you? How he looked like he enjoyed it? Now remember to play nice like this or else he'll do the same thing over and over and over again," Chara said and Frisk looked down at her feet. It had been 8 years since he had done that to her and she was really the one who had started it, thank god she reset and did the right thing. She had given up because of Sans. She was 20 now and Chara was still there to remind her of everything. Suddenly a hand waves in front of her face and she snapped back to attention and saw Sans with a worried look on his face accompanied with his everlasting smile.

"Hey, kiddo, you okay? You had a look on your face, I couldn't tell whether it was anger, regret or something else, do you wanna go home?" Sans asked and Frisk shook her head.

"I'm sorry, I just was thinking of something," Frisk said and Sans looked at her with a mixture of emotions.

"Are you okay?" Sans asked as Grillby came by to bring their food. Sans thanked him and Grillby went back behind the bar and Sans went back to pay attention to Frisk.

"I'm fine," Frisk said and she felt a blush creep on her face under Sans' stare. Sans looked to her and grabbed her hand that was resting on the table and began eating his French fries with his unoccupied hand. Frisk's face became a deeper shade of red but began eating her French fries as well and Sans sneaked a few glances at her even though she was looking at anything but him. She smiled at the wall, probably thinking of something funny and he smiled at that. He loved it when she smiled at a thought or when she laughed and her nose would crinkle and her tongue would stick out. Sans brought her hand up to his mouth and kissed it and Frisk was surprised at first but then smiled and blushed. She leaned over the table to kiss him on his cheek. Sans smirked at her.

"Wow, that's pathetic, I bet I can do one better," he said with a gleam in his eye and Frisk smiled at him. He got up, letting go of her hand and disappeared. Frisk looked all around her, wondering where he was. She squealed when she felt pressure on her lips as she was blinking and her eyes snapped open. Sans was there and caught her by surprise. Frisk closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck, smiling into the kiss.

"Yeah, kiss the comedian, you know, the one that hurt you, oh wait, I forgot, you're an idiot, all you have to do is play nice and he won't hurt you, isn't that right? Be his little toy and he won't get mad," Chara said and Frisk's eyes shot open and pulled away from the kiss. Sans looked confused and Frisk smiled at him, trying to think of an excuse.

"Hey Sans, I'm sorry but I gotta go and talk to Alphys, I told her I'd watch a new anime with her, I just remembered. I'll see you later," Frisk said and Sans looked at her and nodded even though he felt a little sad she left in such a rush. She left and he asked Grillby for a doggy bag to put her fries in as he finished up his. He headed for his house that he shared with his brother and actually walked instead of teleporting.

Frisk walked farther away from Grillby's with her destination set on Alphys' lab. "Jeez, what are you doing? Didn't you want to kiss your murderer a little more? I thought it was real cute," Chara said with sarcasm dripping with every word.

"Chara, I want you to stay out of my love life," Frisk said and she could almost hear Chara roll her eyes

"Wow, just so you know, I see everything you see, and no matter how much I don't like it, I have to see through your eyes and what do I see? Sans! All the time," Chara said and Frisk shook her head as she continued walking and tightened the jacket around herself. Frisk had a frown on her face and Chara noticed this. "Oh, come on, you can't seriously be mad at me, I barely did anything, all I do is protect you," Frisk continued walking with a faster pace and more determination than ever. She eventually made it and knocked on the door. The only thing you protect me from is a happy ending, Frisk thought and she could almost feel Chara's glare

"Alphys? Are you here?" Frisk asked, Alphys had always said she was welcome to enter but Frisk liked to knock before entering, it was polite, she liked to think. Alphys opened the door and perked up seeing Frisk.

"H-hi, Frisk, what are you doing here?" Alphys asked and Frisk told her she needed to tell her something. "Oh, w-well, come in, m-make yourself at home," Alphys said and Frisk came in and Alphys let the door shut and headed towards a room apart from the lab that harbors her living room and her bedroom and other parts of a homely setting. She sat at the couch and patted beside her. Frisk sat and Alphys turned to Frisk and asked what was happening.

"Well, you do know about the first fallen human, right?" Frisk said and Alphys' turned to a frown, she had heard the story of the prince and princess, she wasn't even born at the time but they had become legends. After Frisk explained what was happening with Chara and explained why this is happening, Alphys looked at her with shock but then smiled at her.

"I'm sorry, Frisk, C- chara must be a pain sometimes, but why did you come to m-me?" Alphys asked and Frisk looked and her hands in her lap and then looked up to her friend.

"I was hoping you could do something about it? Can you separate her from me? Maybe give them their own body?" Frisk asked as Chara yelled at them from inside her mind. Alphys thought for a moment.

"I- I can maybe do that, but it'd have to t-take a while, maybe a month or two, I-is that okay?" Alphys asked and Frisk nodded with a huge grin and hugged Alphys and Alphys let out a surprised squeak but then pulled Frisk closer to her, returning the hug in the process. Frisk eventually leaves Alphys' house and goes back to Toriel's house to be in time for dinner. It was almost 5:00 pm and dinner was in 30 minutes. She had to go fast but right now she was beaming.

"Did you hear, Chara? You're gonna get your own body! Maybe she can renew your body and you'd have your old body back!" Frisk said excitedly and Chara let out an aggravated sigh.

"Frisk, do you not understand? You're getting your hopes up for nothing! This is never going to happen," Chara said with disbelief in her voice. Frisk was still smiling and just ignored her statement, she was determined to get Chara out of her head.

"We can be sisters, Chara! If I save you then maybe I could save Asriel! We could all be siblings!" Frisk said and Chara let out a gasp at Asriel's name.

"Don't give me false information, Frisk, Asriel can't come back and neither can I," Chara said, her voice shaking a little at the mention of Asriel.

Months have gone by and It was early in the morning. Frisk was sleeping with Sans' arms wrapped around her tightly. Frisk was awake for only a few minutes but didn't move and just laid there, too lazy to actually make a move to get up. Suddenly she felt a pressure on her neck. Sans was awake. He kissed all along her neck. Frisk laughed and turned around to kiss him. He smiled wider when she did and broke the kiss to cuddle with her. Frisk pulled him closer to her body and he did the same. Frisk's phone rang at this point and Frisk pulled away and turned around to answer the phone that was on the desk. "Hello?" Frisk said

"Frisk! I-I found a way t-to get Chara b-back into her own body, all that n-needs to happen i-is for you to come over," Alphys' voice rang out from the other side of the line with excitement and Frisk was practically beaming.

"Really! Thank you so much, Alphys! I'll be right over!" Frisk said and she hung up.

"What's going on?" Sans asked while Frisk pulled her socks and shoes on.

"You know Chara, right?" Frisk asked and she heard a growl from behind her.

"Yes, even if I never wanted to actually meet her," Sans said, more than likely gripping the bed sheets with anger.

"Well, she has been a voice in my head for some time now and Alphys has found a way for her to be brought back!" Frisk said and she heard a shift in his position and suddenly felt arms around her in a hug.

"You're a sweetheart but I don't want you to go, what if it hurts you? Follow up question, why would you want to bring her back, she's a little shit," Sans said and Frisk smiled. She knew that he might react like that.

"It won't, and because if she can be saved then she must be saved, I'll see you after, you can come if you'd like," Frisk said and Sans wasted no time in getting his jacket and some sneakers. Sans smiled at her and pulled her back in a hug. Frisk felt the feeling of traveling throughout time and space that she was all too familiar with. When they were at Alphys' lab she had to hold onto Sans to stop herself from falling over. She finally was able to see and she heard Chara shouting curse words at Sans from inside her mind and saw Alphys standing a few feet away from her.

"Wow, y-you're here!" Alphys said "I-in that case, I need you to sit o-on that t-table," she said, pointing to a metal table and Frisk sat down while Alphys came over and pushed her into a laying position gently. "Now just relax," Alphys said and put a mouthpiece over her nose and mouth that put out gas to make Frisk go to sleep. The last thing she saw was light and blurry shapes and colors that used to be the people she knew and then darkness.

Chara woke up with a start and looked around. What she noticed first was that she was in control of the body. She smiled mischievously, thinking she was in control of Frisk's body once again "Fool," Chara muttered but then she sat up and looked at her hands. She was confused to see paler skin than Frisk's tanner skin. A stand of hair fell from behind her ear and she looked at the color. It was a lighter brown that frisk's. Her eyes widened as she looked over herself. It wasn't Frisk's body. Her breath quickened as she heard a voice.

"How do you feel?" Chara looked up to see Frisk looking at her with a smile. She looked at her in shock and confusion but then quickly narrowed her eyes in rage. Chara leaped at her and started to hit her with all her strength until she saw blood. She felt herself tug to the left unexpectedly and she was thrown into the steel wall and slumped to the floor. She looked anywhere where her attacker could be and found him next to Frisk and helping her up. S A N S. She glared at him and started to get up only to have herself caught in his magic and dragged down once again.

"Don't even think about it, freak," Sans said and continued to aid Frisk and Alphys approached Chara and leant down sense Chara can't move. Alphys smiled nervously at her and Chara glared at her. Alphys moved away from her.

"What? You really expected me to be nice? What a joke! Why don't you kill me, comedian? You'd get the thrill, like you always do!" Chara said and Sans glared at her

"You're a sick and twisted human being," Sans said and Chara laughed as Sans released his magic restraint.

"Human? I am damn well not human, I'm the demon that comes when people call it's name, remember?" Chara said with a big smile and Sans walked closer to her with Frisk by his side. Chara scoffed at the two. She spat on the ground next to them and he had tried hard not to try and hurt her. Frisk had made him promise that. There was a knock on the door and it opened. The figure that came through it was no other than Toriel.

"My child?" Asked Toriel and Frisk and Chara both answered and Toriel gasped seeing Chara. Toriel had tears in her eyes as she stood there in shock. Chara concluded that Alphys had gotten her original body back. Toriel put a hand over her mouth and barely made it to them without falling to her knees, she was trembling as she knelt in front of the 20 year old version of what was her 12 year old child from so long ago. She pulled Chara into a hug with tears streaming down her face but Chara didn't hug back. She didn't want to. All Toriel did was replace her with different children. Chara didn't believe Toriel loved her, so why bother trying to feel anything? Toriel stayed that way for a whole 3 minutes until she let go and pulled herself together. She had gone into a speech but Chara didn't listen and stayed silent.

Chara had been given the choice of where to sleep when she got to Toriel's house and she chose the room that was unoccupied. There was no way in hell she was sharing a room with Frisk. Chara immediately went to what was her room now and shut the door behind her. There was a bed, desk, books, a lamp and a closet. Standard things really. She looked to her left to see a mirror. It was dim in the room but she went up to it and touched the cold glass and looked into her blood red eyes and then looked over herself. Alphys had given her original body back. "It's me, Chara, it's actually me," she said as she let her hand off the glass and looked back to her bed. she thought about going to sleep but then took one last look at herself and suddenly became aware of her needs. She was starving and she needed a bath. She let out a sigh, loathing the thought of facing her 'family'. She exited her room and looked down the hallway. The lights were off. It had been night time when Frisk and herself had woken up so it wasn't too much of a surprise. She quietly closed the door and made her way to the kitchen to get herself a bowl of cereal. After that she sat at the table to eat it only to have the light switch turned on without her doing and she looked to the doorway to see Frisk. Frisk smiled at her and Chara glared with a mouth full of cereal. She swallowed it before speaking to her.

"What do you want? You just gonna stand there? You here to ruin everything even more?" Chara said in a harsh tone and Frisk just smiled sweetly and shook her head. Frisk was supposed to be in bed, seeing as she had pajamas on. Chara looked at the time on the clock on the wall. 5:30 am. Why is she up? "Then what? Go on, spit it out!" She said and Frisk stepped closer to sit in the chair next to her as Chara took another bite of her cereal.

"I just wanted to see who was up, I'm always curious! Also, I see that it's you! Can we have some sister bonding time?" Frisk asked and Chara nearly spat in her face. On purpose.

"There is no way in hell that I'm going to hang out with you for 'sister bonding time'. All you are or were to me was a toy, someone I could manipulate to destroy all of humanity and, in the process, kill the monsters. But instead you gave up because of Sans. Why was it again? Because you loved the bonehead? Yeah, I think that's it, I do not want to be your sister and will not hang out with you, furthermore, you replaced me like all the other humans did, I will never be your sister," Chara said, eating her cereal faster so she could take a shower and go to bed. Frisk looked down at her feet.

"I know that you feel-" Frisk started but Chara cut her off by growling and looking at Frisk with her demon face, letting the black liquid fall from her eyes and mouth and Frisk shut up. Then she smiled shyly at Chara again once Chara stopped making that face. "Well, goodnight, Chara, I'll see you in the morning," Frisk said, walking back to her room and Chara put her dish in the sink. She made her way to the bathroom and started a shower. She finished it when there was a knock on the front door, seeing as it was so early, she put on the rest of her clothes before answering it.

"HELLO, PRINCESS CHARA, I WAS WONDERING IF YOU WOULD ACCOMPANY ME TO GO FOR A JOG IN THE EARLY MORNING!" Papyrus asked eagerly and Chara glared at him.

"No," she simply said and Papyrus just smiled at her. Idiot, Chara thought.

"WELL, WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN ME LATER ON THEN?" He asked and Chara crossed her arms.

"No, go away," she said

"BUT-" Papyrus started but then her eyes glowed an unnatural red

"I said GO AWAY!" Chara shouted at him and slammed the door in his face. Papyrus let a frown cross over his features and put on a thinking face. He wanted to be friends, but this demon would be hard to SAVE.

I'm so sorry this was so long. Also I have this headcannon that without a soul, you can't age so Chara basically just stays 20 years old. Also, another is that all the monsters except Toriel and Asgore and Asriel/Flowey weren't even born when Chara had fallen, Toriel and Asgore didn't age because they aged with their son and since he died they can't age anymore. So those two are very old but all the other monsters are only young adults. Thank you for reading this!
