Ich saß neben meinem Vater an einem See, während ich wortlos in den Himmel starrte. Ob ich die Geschichte, die er mir erzählt hatte, glauben sollte, wusste ich noch nicht.

Schließlich hatte er im Hochsicherheitsgefängnis gesessen. Kurz darauf wurde ich von ihm aus meinen Gedanken gerissen.

,,Wirst du mit mir kommen?" Ich sah verwirrt zu ihm. ,,Wohin?" Er lächelte mich freundlich an, während ich mir eine Haarsträhne aus dem Gesicht strich. ,,Das darfst du entscheiden. Vielleicht in die Parallelwelt, damit du zu Deimos zurück kannst?"

Ich seufzte.

,,Er will mich nicht.", murmelte ich. ,,Denkst du. Aber weißt du es auch?" Ich schüttelte nach kurzer Zeit der Stille den Kopf. ,,Nein.", nuschelte ich.

Er nickte nur. ,,Na also, Kleine. Rede mit ihm." Ich seufzte schwer. ,,Vielleicht ein andern Mal. Er wird nicht wollen, dass ich hierher zurückkehre."

,,Von mir aus. Dann sprich halt mit Nex. Wenn dir das lieber ist. Er kommt übrigens zu uns." Ich sah über meine Schulter zu Deimos Bruder und seufzte schwer.

Dann stand ich auf und lief ihm ein Stück entgegen. ,,Was willst du?", fragte ich kühl, woraufhin sich ein kleines, vorsichtiges Lächeln auf seine Lippen legte.

,,Dich zurück.", antwortete er jedoch sogleich. Ich seufzte und schüttelte den Kopf. ,,Nein. Ich kann so nicht mehr leben, Nex. Vor Jahren hab ich noch nicht verstanden, was du mit mir gemacht hast, aber ich kann keine weitere Nacht bei dir bleiben. Mit dir Schluss zu machen war das letzte, was ich wollte, aber ich werde jemand anderen finden."

Ich atmete tief durch, während Tränen über meine Wangen rollten.

,,Und du auch." Er seufzte nur schwer.
