Connor and I walk down stairs, gripping each other's hands.

"Jeez guys that was a short f-" Jared starts.

"We have some exciting news," Connor grins.

"YOU'RE PREGNANT?" Alana says.

"N-" Connor tries to answer.

"YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED??!?!?!" Jared and Zoe scream in unison.

"No!" Connor yells back. "I just took my first testosterone injection!"

"Oh," Zoe and Jared say, disappointedly.

"CONNOR THATS AMAZING!" Alana gets up and runs to hug Connor.

"Wait, so what's gonna happen now?" Jared asks.

"Basically, I'm going to go through puberty really fast. I'm probably gonna get a shit ton of acne, my voice is gonna deepen, my hairline is going to get more square, and my shoulders are going to broaden,, OH and there's some penis thing," Connor explains.

"Wow that's a lo- THERES A PENIS THING?!" Jared yells.

"Yeah, I think so..." Connor blushes, embarrassed. All I'm thinking right now is how proud I am of Connor and butt sex.

"You're just thinking of kinky butt sex, aren't you Evan," Jared accuses.

"What?! No!!" My face deepens in shade. "I'm just, uh, proud of my boyfriend, that's all." Connor squeezes my shoulder and laughs. I know what we're doing later,,

Connor and I are laying in his bed, his hand rubs my shoulder and my arm is wrapped around his waist.

"Soo, um, there's a penis thing?" I ask awkwardly.

"Heh, kinda," Connor laughs. "It's not really a penis thing, I just called it that to get Jared's attention because I wanted to see his reaction."

"Oh, ok," I smile, kissing him.

"We can still have butt sex you know," Connor says. I laugh.

"Connor?"

"Yeah?"

"What will happen exactly when the hormones do their thing?"

"Well, I'll basically be going through the same puberty as any cis guy but at a faster rate," Connor explains, running his fingers through my hair.

"I read that testosterone makes you angry," I kiss his nose gently.

"I mean, I guess, a lot of people at my old school thought I was really aggressive, but I don't know. Only excessive amounts of testosterone can make you extremely angry all the time, but I might just be a little more pissed off at Jared than usual," Connor laughs, rolling underneath me and wrapping his arms around my waist. I rest my head on his shoulder.

"Oh, okay," I say. "Connor?"

"Yeah?" I can tell he's smiling.

"You never told me from where you moved from."

"I'll only tell you if you promise not to laugh or make any jokes," Connor says.

"Con, why would I laugh at-"

"I moved from Texas," Connor says.

"Oh," I try not to laugh. Failing, I snort and fall off of the bed. "Connor Murphy, from... Texas?!"

"You promised you wouldn't laugh!" Connor laughs as well, pulling me back on top of him, sliding his fingers through my hair.

"Texas is a funny state though!" I giggle.

"It is," he admits.
