"At least tell me when you're going to be dropping by, Sasuke." I sigh after putting my sword away. Ritsu has always taught to be aware of my surroundings because it's not as easy as it use to be when I was demon. 

When I was a demon, it would take me less than 10 seconds to detect someone's presence. Now, it takes time because that I'm human. I'm still not use to all of these techniques yet. 

"Heh. Your skills are getting sharper." Sasuke smirks at me. 

"And your hair still looks like a duck's ass." I remark. I already mentioned that Sasuke comes to visit me. But I didn't mention that he's like a shadow, suddenly appearing out of nowhere. "Kakashi isn't home yet, so you can come inside." 

I go back inside the house and place my sword against the wall beside the couch. Sasuke walks in and removes his shoes and places them near the front door. "This place hasn't changed." He says as he walks inside. 

"It has somewhat." I correct him. "You're back earlier than I expected. Did everything go okay on your end?" I sit on the couch. I don't know what Sasuke does when he's not in the village, but it doesn't concern me that much. 

"It went fine." He sits next to me. "How are you?" 

"Good. I've been training with Ritsu and Kakashi like always. I'm at Chunin level, but all the training makes me feel like a genin." 

"All this time I thought you were at Chunin level." Sasuke shrugs his shoulders. "Anything new?" 

"Yeah. Darling returned to the village today and we spent the whole afternoon and evening together. He also trained me." I smile while recalling the event. 

"Naruto?" 

"Yes. You haven't seen him since your final battle with him." I look down at his arm. The other one was missing. Kakashi told me about their final battle together. Sasuke lost an arm and one of Naruto's hand is bandaged up. "Do you plan to see him anytime before you have to leave again?" 

"You think I should?" 

"You are his friend. I think he would be happy to see you. Or at least see your brother. You know he's Captain of the ANBU squad. When was the las time you spoke to him?" 

"I'll go say hi to Itachi before I leave again. Anyway," He sighs. "You're still calling him that, huh?" Sasuke leans back on the couch and tilts his head back. "Your Darling." 

"Are you that jealous?" I raise a brow before sighing. 

"Jealous isn't the word." Sasuke leans toward me and our faces are inches away from each others. "You and Naruto aren't officially dating yet, are you?" 

"He just returned to the village. We already said 'I love you' to each other. We don't know when we're going to date. Actually, we went on a breakfast date. So, I guess we are dating. Huh?" Sasuke lays on top of me and buries his face in the crook of my neck. "Tired?" 

"I am." He mutters. "Let me rest here for a while. I haven't slept in a few days." 

"I get the feeling you're saying that just so you can lie on top of me. And why is your knee in between my legs?" I'm too tired to push him off me. I had a whole day of training today. The human body is so exhausting. 

"It's more comfortable this way." Sasuke now has his arms wrapped around my waist and moves closer to my body. 

"Sasuke, if Kakashi walks in here and sees us like this, he's going to get the wrong idea." I yawn. 

"And what is the wrong idea?" Sasuke leans up and looks at me with a smirk. 

"You lying on top of me with your knee between my legs. Anybody who sees two people in a position like this will think we're doing something inappropriate. It almost reminds me of Kakashi's book." 

"You read his books?" 

"Sometimes. I read it twice. This scenario reminds me of one of the chapters. Why is your knee moving closer to me?" I glare at Sasuke.

"Nothing much." He smirks again. He knows what he's doing. "Has Naruto gotten close to you like this while he's been here?" 

"You make it sound like you want to be my first. To be honest with you, no. He hasn't. And this is harassment.  As comfortable you might be, I will call for Ritsu and have him stop you before you go any further with this." 

"Ritsu is still looking after you?" 

"He never stopped. Now get off me." I shove Sasuke off me and sit up from the couch, then stretch my arms out above me. "Instead of flirting, why don't you find a Darling of your own." 

"Like who?" Sasuke asks. 

"I don't know." 

"I'm not going after Sakura. She's annoying. She hasn't redeemed herself as a shinobi nor is she still qualified to be one." 

"How did you know that?" 

"I found out on my way here. If you ask me, Sakura will make an annoying wife. I rather have someone like you." Sasuke gently grabs my chin and has me look to him. "You're the perfect woman for me." 

"Sasuke." I warn him with a glare. Sasuke drops his smirk and stands up from the couch. 

"Kakashi will be home soon. Tell him I said hi. I might go pay a visit to Naruto and Itachi before I leave again. " He walks over to the window and opens it, then turns his head over his shoulder to look at me. "I still love you, Akina. And I won't stop loving you." He gives me one last smirk before taking off. 

'My, my.' I sigh with my thoughts and close the window. 

"I'm home." Kakashi finally comes home. 

"Welcome home, Kakashi." I greet. "You're home late. Looks like you and Darling had a long conversation." 

"We did. I hope I didn't keep you waiting for me too long." 

"You didn't." I shake my head. "Sasuke came by today and left before you walked in. He wanted to tell you that he said hi." 

"He didn't want to stay to talk?" 

"No. But he did say that he was going to pay a visit to Darling and Itachi." 

"Is that so?" Kakashi hang up the Hokage cloak and walks over to me. "He sure is busy these days. He knows he has a home here in the village with the brother. I personally think he's avoiding conversation about some things. Anyway, I got you something."

"Another gift? Haven't you given me enough?" I giggle a bit. 

"Not even close to enough." He chuckles back and hands me a medium size gift bag. 

"What's in it?" I ask him. 

"See for yourself." Kakashi smiles and I open up the bag. What I pull out is a black panther stuffed animal. 

"It looks just like Nadia, but smaller!" I exclaim. "I didn't know the Leaf Village had a toy store!" 

"We're starting to open up new stores, and this reminded me of you. It's all yours." 

"It even has the same eyes as Nadia, too!" I hug the stuffed animal close to my chest and leap into Kakashi's arms.  "Thank you so much, Kakashi! I love it!" 

"Hahaha! You're welcome." He pats the top of my head with one hand while his other arm is wrapped around my waist to hold my weight.
