"We were running, without even thinking of stopping. We were scared to death, we were abandoned in an unfamiliar building. No one was there for us, not even Three. During this whole situation, I was trying to at least slow down the soldiers, throwing anything I had with me with my handmade weapon. I was using anything I could find on the ground to help me throw at them, but my aim wasn't great. It didn't help that I was in constant movement either.

Eight was so afraid as well, as he was panicking, and I didn't know how to calm him anymore, as we all were in the same situation. The soldiers were shooting after us, but we were good at dodging, for now."

[630G]-Four, do you have anything that I could throw??

[4S58]-Stop throwing at them and run! We can't stop them! We have to find an exit!

[630G]- --Eight, just calm down!

[4S58]-Everything is going to be alright, Eight! Just run!!

[630G]-Go in front of us, Eight! Did you hear me!? ...Eight?

"But... the moment I looked behind... everything froze in front of my eyes. A terrible picture, painted like it was made to hurt you, to break all the hope in you... to hide the light from you. Was this truly our destiny? Just a blink to miss the image, yet I couldn't miss it even if I wanted. Just a little bullet, and yet they took more than they could, more than I had... Seeing him being shot in the head and looking at him lose his consciousness was more than I could have handle. She saw it too. One friend down!

...As much as I wanted to scream, to show the anger that I couldn't handle anymore, to show the pain that was consuming me, I couldn't do anything but take my last friend and go. I grabbed her hand and tried to not look behind me. At least I could save one... right? We were running out of energy. But how can we stop running knowing that they are behind us? Losing a friend the way I lost him can break someone, even myself. But I couldn't let them take my last one too. Yet fate had the plans already made and I couldn't do anything about it... They shot her too!

She... wasn't dead, but she couldn't move. I was trying to take her in my arms but I was too weak. Her wound was an ugly one, I knew I didn't have much time. I fell down out of energy though, taking her in my arms. She was screaming from the pain and I couldn't do anything to help, and I... couldn't move anymore. The exhaustion and the shock that I was fighting were my enemies in this moment. And yet, I still could see our last moments as they were coming closer and closer to us... shooting to kill us both. I was... useless... So, I closed my eyes knowing that my time has come too. Or at least... that's what I thought."

As Six closed his eyes, he could hear bullets hitting something sounding like a shield. He thought maybe this is the sound of death, yet when he looked again...

"...A man appeared out of nowhere. Judging by his armour, I assumed that he was one of those people's allies. He protected us from all the bullets. I couldn't see his face at first because of his mask that was part of the armour, but then he looked at me, detaching it. A face that I couldn't read clearly, as if he didn't feel anything. Were these moments... normal for him? Yet I could feel a gentle breeze, making me feel warm, protected... I called him the Man in Voothrav."

[CHE5TER]-...Take her and run. Do not look behind. Go!

"The voice was soft and calming... I even forgot what was happening. But I had to do as he said, so I started running. I didn't look back but I heard how he was fighting with all of them."

[CHE5TER]-Now, now... Who wishes to entertain me?

Six ran and ran until he found a crack in a wall. It was his escaping that He probably made before He came to save him. The man was coming after him, trying to help him with his friend. He helped him to leave first, taking her in His arms, but then Six noticed the enemies coming their way. He didn't look back though, probably didn't even need to. He grabbed some kind of gadget from one of His pockets and threw it down, forcing it to start evaporating some kind of smoke, making everyone unable to see through it. All the kid could hear were the gunshots, but the next thing he knew was that they were all out.

"...As I saw him covering the hole with some device, I was just wondering more and more about who these people are, just so that I can forget the pain that I had to endure from all this loss. When he was done, he stopped a bit to look at my friend for an unknown reason to me. She seemed to be unconscious, maybe from the whole blood loss. But then he looked at me and sighed."

The Underground Tunnels

"I followed the strange man, as we arrived in some kind of tunnels that I've never seen before. I looked at him, but he never looked back, nor at me. He was only looking forward, ignoring everything around us. But then he stopped in the middle of the road and sat on his knees, putting Four down. I thought he will help her with her wound, so I waited to see what he was doing, but he was just looking at her deadly. The more I was staring at him, the more I was getting concerned.

Then... he seemed to use his hands, creating... a black mist. It was that moment when I realised why we were hunted... We have powers, powers that I wasn't even aware of, as nobody showed us, and as I said before, never taught us how to use them. I was fascinated, but it was weird for me to see him create some kind of blanket. Yet then I understood what he wanted to do. So, I grabbed Four in my arms, only to realise that her heart stopped beating minutes ago. I... refused to believe that she was dead too, so I tried my best to save her."

[630G]-Four!! Four, wake up! FOUR!! WAKE UP, FOUR!! FOUR, DON'T YOU DARE DIE ON ME TOO!! FOUR!!!

"...The man was looking at her though, but didn't seem as he wanted to talk. I was angry, furious, but sad at the same time. I knew it wasn't his fault, but I was too shocked to realise everything that I was doing, as I was screaming, maybe thinking that something will solve it."

[630G]-YOU HAVE TO HELP HER! PLEASE!! YOU CAN'T JUST LET HER DIE!

The man wasn't answering though. Then, He got on a knee and looked down, as He was bowing.

[630G]-No... No, no, no! Please! Please...

[CHE5TER]-...May the soul find the Light and rest that the body couldn't.

[630G]-No, please! She isn't dead! I refuse to believe it! Please!! Please...

"I was... crying as I never did before. It hurt me, like someone stabbing me ten times in my back. I had nobody left anymore, I had nowhere to go. My "home" was wherever they were. And even if I got a place to stay, I had no reason to continue my journey.

I... hugged her for the last time, before the man took her gently from my arms and put her down once again. He covered her with the blanket and took from one of his pockets a lighter. I knew what was about to come next, I begged him to stop, but I knew even if he let her like this, nothing could bring her back. In the end... he burned her corpse in front of my eyes... and I couldn't stop crying as I was watching the flames going wild.

But the man had no expression. He was just looking at the flames as it was nothing. I felt that this isn't the first time he does this, maybe this was the reason of his emotionless expression. He was looking deadly, as if he was remembering a memory from his past. But then... he suddenly spoke."

[CHE5TER]-...It's better this way, rather than leaving the body to be found and get eaten by the crevaators. At least... the spirit can feel free for the rest of its eternity. The ashes remain... but the soul lives forever.

He stood up, looking for the last time at the flames, yet the kid was still crying, he couldn't control himself. The man came by his side and put an arm on his shoulder, maybe so that he won't feel alone anymore.

The Underground City

"Later on... we arrived at some kind of city that was hidden from the people of the above this whole time. A city where it seemed that everyone was free to go wherever they pleased, to wander together, without even thinking once of the fear of getting killed just because of the way you are born... a city where we could have been happy. We were at a house that was treating the wounded and that was giving everyone saved by these strange people a place where they could sleep.

The strange people were there too, talking with each other and with the people rescued. But I was sitting alone, looking deadly at the ground. I had no ambition, nothing that could make me get through this sadness."

[CHE5TER]-Tell Mr. M1SH4M that we managed to do as he said, but I still can't understand why did we have to do it at this hour...

[RY4N]-*sigh* Who knows. Maybe it was an emergency? I mean, there were a lot of people that got saved, so maybe he feared we will lose too many.

[CHE5TER]-But who in the world wakes up at this hour and decides to execute people!?

The strange man was talking with someone else at the moment, wearing His crevaator clothes, hiding His face from everyone else except the people that work with Him, yet one of the people that tried to save Six noticed him standing alone. So... he went to talk with him.

[LUK3]-...Are you alright, little guy? Where are your friends?

But he didn't respond. He was too traumatised from the events of the past days. So the guy looked concerned at him, yet the Leader finally saw them as well and decided to go their way.

[CHE5TER]-...Mr. XANTH3, Miss MY4 said that she wants to see you. I suggest you leave and go find her.

[LUK3]-But I already got myself bandaged on the nose! Why do I need to see her again?

[CHE5TER]-Do I need to repeat myself? Go and talk to her about your medicine.

The young guy looked at him for a while, but obeyed to His order. So, he left, leaving Six and the man alone. The young ruler stood down next to him, looking down the same way he was.

[CHE5TER]-What is your name, little one?

He felt that the kid didn't want to talk though, He knew that the situation was bothering him. He waited a bit to see if he wishes even a bit to speak and sighed as He saw that he really wasn't in the mood. But at least He was the only one that he trusted left.

[CHE5TER]-So you use your blood code as your name, hm?

Yet again, no response. There was a moment of silence between them after, but the kid knew He had good intentions.

[CHE5TER]-...I know it hurts. You are not the only person who lost people close to him. The war doesn't spare anyone, not even those that have nothing to do with it. Maybe you hate me because I couldn't come faster, but I've done everything in my power to protect you all.

As He was talking to him, he thought at something else. It was a sudden thought, but he couldn't get rid of it.
