After a few weeks, the girls decided to look for Merlin, even though it wasn't going to be easy, since he could be anywhere for all they knew. 

"Maybe we should check the countryside of England or Germany," Ashley said. "We might find him in one of those countries." Lilac looked at Ashley, and wasn't positive about Germany, but thought England would be more likely.

"I think our best chance would be England," Lilac said.  "I think the stories originated there." Victoria looked at the two and wondered what was more likely, since ther was a chance he might surprise them by being in their own neighborhood in an abandoned house.

"Merlin could be in our neighborhood in an abandoned house." Victoria said. "You know he's a wizard." Ashley and Lilac nodded to what Victoria said.

"Let's go look for him," Gemma said. "We don't have all day." Victoria and the others agreed with Gemma on the searching and went to look for Merlin so that they could find more about their ancestors and may e ask for help on how to defeat their enemies. It wasn't going to be an easy task, though.

As they went to find Merlin, they noticed that their friend Laurence was encountering Medusa and they transformed and jumped in to help him out and get Medusa to back off since they didn't want Medusa to attack their friend from childhood.

"Leave him alone!" Glitter Jade said. "He just wants a normal life!" The others nodded in agreement with what Glitter Jade said.

"Yeah!" Glitter Crimson said. "Back off or we'll make you!" Medusa laughed and the girls decided to use their powers to fight Medusa so that Laurence would be okay, and noticed that he had a shield and sword that looked like the ones that Perseus used. 

"We might have to tell him about us," Glitter Jade said. "We can't hide it from him that long." The others looked at her and wondered if it was a good idea.

"Are you sure it's a good idea?" asked Glitter Sky. "He might not accept us." Glitter Violet and the others were unsure of the idea as well.

"He might, but it could be dangerous," Glitter Onyx said. "But anything could happen." Glitter Jade sighed and decided to focus on the situation at hand and combined her powers with her friends  and noticed a girl that looked new in town and saw that she was using nature powers, and, surprisingly, Merlin.

"Maybe he can tell more about our ancestors!" Glitter Topaz said. The others nodded and decided to team up with Merlin and the new girl.

The new girl cast out vines and Medusa left, leaving the girls and everyone to figure out what just happened.

Since Glitter Jade felt it was okay to tell Laurence about the Glitter Force, they figured they could introduce themselves to the new girl as well. They transformed back and looked at the new girl, Laurence and Merlin.

"Hey, what happened?" Laurence asked. "What's going on here?" Victoria looked at Laurence and decide d to tell him.

"You were going to get attacked by Medusa, and Ashley, Lilac, Raven, Hailey, Gemma and I couldn't stand by and let you get hurt." Victoria said. "We originally didn't want to tell you this, but now might be a good time." Gemma nodded and looked at Laurence and continued the story.

"You see, Athena recruited us and said we're the next glitter force, and we've been trying to hide it so that you won't get hurt, and maybe see if you'd accept us, but Victoria  didn't think you would reject us, or Raven, and I think she has a point." Gemma said. "And we also found out we're descendants of the original glitter force." Laurence looked at them in amazement.

"Awesome," Laurence said. "And, by the way, what's your name?" The new girl looked at him.

"I'm Emerald," the girl said. "And what's your name?" Laurence decided to introduce himself.

"Laurence," Laurence said, "It's nice to meet you, Emerald." Emerald blushed.

"You too," Emerald said. Everyone laughed and decided to listen to Merlin tell his experiences with the original glitter force.
