"Whatever. Why do you even want Cole anyway. What do you want with him?"

"Son. I'm going to make you even more powerful! I will drain his element and life force, giving it to you!"

"No. I'm going back. With Cole."

"No. You are not!"

"Dad! I don't need power. I don't need anything. Let me go home!"

"No. You don't understand... This is necessary."

*************Jay POV

"Oh! Back so soon?"  Nova was sitting by the panel. No sign of Lloyd though.

"Hey. Yeah. It was urgent."

Nova slid around, typing on the panels.

"Hey. Where's Kai? I haven't seen him in a while."

I frowned.

"You hadn't heard?"

"No? What happened?"

"He collapsed. Kai's in the E R. T the doctor doesn't know if he'll last long."

"Gosh, that's sad. How's Candy taking it?"

The others and I all exchanged glances before Coco broke the deep silence.

"She, doesn't know."

"Shouldn't you tell her?"

"Mhm. Give it time..."

Nova nodded and went back to typing.

"Well, I'm gonna check on Cole. K?"

I walked to the room only to find no one there.

"Ok? Someone pranking me?"

I slid up the sheet covers and found nothing.

There was a mirror above the bed and I caught a glance of something behind me.

"Huh?" When I turned around, I felt a large pain in my side and realized a dagger had gone clean through it.

And there was blood on it. My blood.

I looked up to see my contender trying to kill me.... I think....

"L Lloyd? What are you?"

"Sorry. But Lloyd isn't available right now...."

"Why are you. AGGH!"

I groaned as Lloyd pushed it deeper into me. And I felt blood dribble down my face my mouth.

"Lloyd. Wh. Why are you?"

"I have to. This is the only way to get my new power. I have to kill every last elemental being. Starting with you.."

I winced so hard I started to cry as Lloyd began pushing it in deeper. My insides were flaming as if Kai had lit them on fire and it never went out.

"I don't understand. What's going on?"

"I'm sorry Jay. But this is how it has to be."

I gave a scream as Lloyd yanked his dagger out of my side.

"Lloyd? S stop. You don't know what you're up against. Garmadon h he'll t turn on...."

Before I could finish my body gave out and I fell limp.

"Dad. My job is done. Now what awful thing do you want me to do."
