"YES! YES YES YES!"
I squeezed Jay until he started to turn blue and he nudged me to quit it.

"Oh! Sorry!"

"Never mind. Let's go get Nova and Cole."

"Nova? Cole? You guys in here?"

Jay and I cautiously but surely approached the large ball room like structure of Garmadon's lair.

"Perfect timing. Glad to see you made it. Now its your turn."

"Nova? Oh my god! You look, different?"

"Don't I? A mirror image of Dear old Dad. Sent to walk in his footsteps, sent to kill anyone who dare disobey."

"Coco. That is not Nova!"

I turned and sent Jay a glare. Then Nova smirked and claws shot out of her fingertips, replacing her nails and she aimed directly at Jay.

"Lloyd! Take your friend over there! I'll take on Coco."

"Yes ma'am!"

I was confused. Lloyd was in on this too? F***! How many times are people gonna turn evil!?

"Nova! Please! We can't leave without you! You're my sister!"

"I was never you're sister!"

"Nova! I can't lose you! Because if I ever did, I'd have lost my best friend, my soul, my smile, my laugh and my everything."

"Well so be it. I've lost everything too. And like hell did anyone care then. I feel myself changing. I don't even laugh anymore. I don't smile the same or talk the same, I'm so sick of everything."

"Coco! I got Lloyd and Cole! C'mon!"

Jay was trying to yank me away as Lloyd was somehow snapped to state and had Cole swung over his shoulder.

"No! I can still help her! Let me go!"

I struggled to get free as Jay yanked even harder and the doors began to close behind us.

"I'm not leaving without my sister! Let! Me! Go!"

The door slammed shut and I managed to push Jay off.

"I told you no! I told you I could help her! Why the hell did you not listen!?
Why?!"

"I'm sorry. But we can't. She'd kill us."

'And they'd kill her! What difference does that make? Tell me with a good f****** explanation!"

"You're right. But we can't go back now. C'mon. Look at Cole. He's in no shape to fight."

I sighed and released grip of Jay's wrist.

"Fine! But we are going back for her. Understand?"

"I understand. Just, what about Alice and Aiden? They don't know about any of this?"
