"It was on the news Jay, of course it was real!"

"Yeah, but why would Lloyd do this? I mean, he'd never kill, if its necessary, yeah but not seven innocent civilians!"

"Calm down. I'm sure we can manage something."

"Zane's right. This isn't Lloyd."

"Hey! Is he wearing sunglasses?! If he is I know what it is!"

"No. He's just got glowing eyes. Can't see what color though."

"Yeah. This argument is stupid, let's give it time."

"What's even more stupid is what I'm about to do..."

"Nova? What are you talking about?"

"I know Lloyd best. He's my brother. If I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do it alone. Just, please don't say no."

"No! You'll die if you go! I'm not gonna sit around and act like a fool by telling you 'yes'."

"Cole, look! I have to! I'm so sorry!"

"Nova. You shall not leave unless we all agree on this."

"Well, I guess its the hard way then."

"What?"

"Woah! Nova! Hey! Hey!! Wait!"

Kai POV

"Nice. She up and left. And she's going to get herself killed. Some ninja we are.."

"Cole. Don't beat yourself up about this. She'll be fine." I gave Cole a light gesture of a smile and he shrugged it off.

"Yeah. Whatever."

I sighed and decided not to reason with him.

"What's the point anyway Kai? We're not even dating or anything? At least as far as I know."

"That doesn't mean you don't love her."

"Oh, you're right I don't love her."

I felt a snap in my system and I lunged.

"DON'T LOVE HER? ARE YOU TOYING WITH ME!? I SEE HOW YOU ACT AND LOOK AT HER, I KNOW YOU DO! DON'T PLAY DUMB!"

"Kai! Listen! Its because, because. God, please don't tell anyone."

I furrowed my eyebrows and bit my lip in anger.

"Its because I love someone else. Someone I am dating."
