This is a small rewrite of a scene from Prom S3.. So instead of Rachel's anti prom, she plans something else and actually dumps Finn.

Rachel walked through the halls of McKinley when she saw them. The prom posters. The posters with Quinn and Finn on them, Rachel didn't know about it, Finn and even Quinn never said anything, especially who asked her to marry him not long a ago, and to Rachel it seemed like a coincidence for them to go together after Rachel said no to going for prom queen which was of no interest to her. She was upset upon seeing the posters. Normally would act rational and do things before thinking. But then as Rachel saw Finn and Quinn together, she got the best idea. 

Rachel is bisexual like Brittany is, but she isn't out yet, and Rachel thought that if Finn wanted to keep his date with Quinn and going for prom king a secret from her, then she isn't going to stop them, just like they aren't going to stop her from going to prom with someone else, and use prom to her own advantage and decided to make prom hers and not theirs especially Quinn. Rachel decided that she would come out.

Rachel knew that McKinley didn't have a lot of girls who were bi, lesbian or bicurious granted Rachel only knew Santana and Brittany and she wasn't going to mess them up. As Rachel thought of her plan, the bell rang and she quickly hurried to glee where it was announced that Brittany and Santana were going for prom queens, and Rachel mentally gave them her vote hoping to take it away from Quinn and Finn. 

Finn sat next to her, and was smug, he was unaware of Rachel feeling hurt that he was going to prom with his ex girlfriend. Rachel took the ring off her finger, turned to Finn and said

"We're over and we are never getting back together. Move away from me." Finn was silent, but knew that Rachel would come running back to him like she always did. He moved and sat next to Quinn immediately. Rachel did wonder if they were fooling around too, but she didn't care, Rachel had a plan and she wasn't letting Fuinn ruin it for her. 

Rachel was formulating her plan when she realised she didn't know a female that was bi, lesbian or bicurious, and she wasn't going to Santana and Brittany for help, and she definitely wasn't going to Kurt for help. But Blaine or Noah might be able to help her. She thought of Blaine helping her but she didn't want him stuck in the middle, and Kurt would pry, and Puck already knows of her sexuality.

Blaine looked over at his friend concerned and said

"You okay Rach, I saw the prom posters, are you okay?" Rachel looked at Blaine, smiled and said

"Of course I am. The posters are a bummer, especially considering Finn asked Quinn, just days after he asked me to marry him, days after he asked me to go for prom queen with him which i refused, and it hurts even more that he's going with his ex girlfriend especially, and he didn't say anything to his current girlfriend who dumped his ass." Finn and Quinn were uncomfortable at what Rachel said, and she continued

"It may hurt but I'm not going to let it get to me. And I have a plan anyway." Blaine was intrigued by his friend, as she seemed calm about everything, and he said

"Do tell?" Rachel smiled widely and said

"I will after glee when it's just us." Rachel looked over at Kurt and said

"Sorry Kurt, you can't know yet. You'll find out at prom like everyone else." Kurt nodded his head and said

"I understand." After he said that the bell rang. Everyone piled out of the choir room, and it left Rachel, Blaine, Quinn and Finn. Rachel looked at Blaine, took his arm and said

"Let's go to an empty classroom away from prying ears." Blaine followed Rachel to an empty classroom, where she locked the door, and Blaine then said

"So tell me, what's your plan?" Rachel smiled and said

"To take prom away from Quinn and Finn. And use prom to come out as bisexual, but there's a small flaw in my plan." Blaine had suspicions about Rachel being bisexual and said

"What is it, maybe I could help." Rachel softly spoke

"I don't know any girls who are bi, lesbian or bicurious." Blaine smiled and said

"I can help. But we do need to go on a small drive to Westerville though." Rachel was curious

"Why?" Blaine just looked at her and said

"Dalton has a sister school. I know some girls there. I'm sure one of them would gladly help." Rachel hugged Blaine, and then followed him out of the classroom after unlocking the door, and went to his car to go to Crawford. Blaine knew one girl that would help Rachel, and knew she would be good for his friend.

They arrived at Crawford and Rachel was in awe at the prestigious building. Rachel and Blaine walked inside the building, and Rachel felt intimidated by all the girls and even blushed at the ones who she thought was checking her out.

Blaine lightly nudged Rachel when he saw Thad's twin sister Allegra. Blaine knew that Thad wouldn't mind Rachel being with his twin. They walked over to her. And Blaine said

"Hey Allegra." Allegra turned around and smiled at Blaine and said

"Hey Blainey. Thaddy is so going to be upset that I saw you and he didn't, you know my brother misses you on the Warblers, even though he's loved up with Sebby." Blaine shook his head and said

"Yeah I know." Allegra then saw Rachel standing next to Blaine, and immediately started to look Rachel up and down, and said

"And who are you?" Rachel smiled and said

"I'm Rachel. I'm friends with Blaine, and also your brother too." Allegra held her hand out and said

"It's lovely to meet you." Rachel nodded her head and said

"I actually was wondering if I could ask you something, but in private please, and if it would be okay if Blaine was with us as well." Allegra was curious and said

"Of course. I know a place." Allegra led them to her dorm room, and when she closed the door, she sat on her bed, she said

"So what do you want to ask me?" Rachel sat on the bed opposite her and said

"If you would be interested in going to my prom with me as my date. I want to use prom as my coming out as bi, and I was wondering if you would like to help me." Allegra gave a small smile and said

"Of course I will, and since you told me about yourself, which was brave. I'm a lesbian. and yes my brother who is pansexual knows about me." Rachel smiled at her and said

"I won't tell anyone else I promise." Allegra was appreciative for Rachel. 

"I thank you for that. I really do."

Weeks later after Rachel and Allegra got to know each other and get closer and closer, Rachel started to develop strong feelings for her, and went to Thad to get his blessing which he gave to her. It was the night of the prom and she waited for Allegra outside her school. 

Rachel was breathless when Allegra turned up. Allegra walked up to Rachel, and said

"You look beautiful. You ready to go inside?" Rachel blushed and said

"You look beautiful too, and I am ready." Rachel took Allegra's hand and they walked into the McKinley gymnasium ready for everyone to know her secret and ready to take away prom from Quinn and Finn, which Allegra knew about as well, and said Finn was an ass for doing that and Quinn was a bitch. 

As they walked inside, everyone was shocked, and it was all they could talk about, which Finn and Quinn didn't like at all.

By the time the prom king and queen were announced, Rachel was just happy that Finn and Quinn didn't win it, but Brittany and Santana did. Allegra whispered to Rachel

"I swapped some of the Quinn and Finn votes to Brittany and Santana. Barbie and Oaf didn't deserve it." Rachel was impressed by her and Allegra said

"I can be sneaky too." Allegra and Rachel started slow dancing to the song and Allegra said

"One more thing to make the night perfect, and have prom for yourself, besides the prom queens." Rachel looked at her as they danced and said

"What's that?" Allegra leaned in and kissed Rachel, who kissed her back.

Blaine watched Rachel and Allegra dance and knew that they would have been good together. Blaine of course let Thad know right away, about what happened as he kept messaging him and let Kurt go and be with Dave, who he actually wanted, as Blaine wanted Sam, which Rachel only knew about.

And after seeing Rachel kissing Allegra, Finn knew that he wasn't ever taking Rachel back.
