Rachel berry was back in Lima after coming out of hiding regarding her flop of a TV show. She had bee so worried about facing her dads she had gone for a drink to give her some courage. She ended up meeting a guy at the bar and they really had it is off. Fuelled by the alcohol coursing through her Rachel had ended up spending the night with me.

It had been amazing she felt like he had worked out alot of her stress and while she regretted hooking up with a guy she just met she had to admit it had put a smile on her face.

Rachel had braved her dads the next day and they reacted to her fall from grace exactly how she had expected them too. They thought she was having breakdown or something they didn't understand how their perfect daughter had made a mess of her career.

She had been in hiding for six months and had decided she had been running enough and needed to face everyone.

So its now four days after her naughty alcohol fuelled night of passion and she is at the Lima bean getting a much needed coffee.

As the barista hands her coffee to her she sees the Lima bean doors open and in walks sebastian smythe Rachel can only imagine is comments on her disastrous career.

He sees her and walks over to her Rachel tuck a deep breath.

" hello broadway" he said.

" hello" she said.

" so Rachel berry is back" he said

" yep" she said.

" for what it's worth I think funny girl wont last without you. It's their loss no one could replace you" sebastian said Rachel couldn't quite believe what she was hearing and he seemed to realise that was how she felt.

" we might not have been friends Rachel but that doesnt mean I don't know how undeniably unbelievably talented you are" he said

" thank you" she said.

" so what are your plans for the rest of the day" he asked surprising her.

" nothing " she said.

" I'm here to collect the warblers coffees why don't you come to dalton" he asked.

" go to dalton " she said.

" you haven't heard about Blaine have you...he is the new coach of the warblers" he said.

" seriously " Rachel said

" yeah and I bet he would love to see you and thad too" sebastian said.

" thad" she asked.

" he has a major crush on you" sebastian said.

" oh" Rachel said.

" so what do you say Broadway would you like to spend time with a bunch of talented sexy guys" he asked.

" I want to see Blaine so yeah I will" she said.

A short while later Rachel arrived at dalton and was pleased sebastian had waited outside for her as she felt nervous about walking into an all house school on her own.

" I cant wait to see Blaine " she said. As they walked up the steps and into the academy.

" I hope you will while your here give us warblers some pointers" he said.

" I'm a gold star loser" she said as they walked towards the warbler room.

" your Rachel berry and Rachel berry is no loser... remember Barbra Streisand never went to nyada and things worked out pretty well for her" sebastian said as they reached the closed doors.

Sebastian opened the door and stood back Rachel walked in and saw Blaine stood talking to... the guy she had spent the night with.

" oh my god" Rachel said Blaine turned round so did the guy she had slept with...hunter.

" rachie" Blaine said running to her and hugging her Rachel was looking at hunter who was looking as surprised as she was.

" hey" Rachel said to Blaine.

" how long have you been back" Blaine asked.

" a few days" she said hunter at hunter.

" I'm so glad you back" Blaine said hugging her again. She noticed hunter was looking at sebastian and he was looking at hunter did that mean sebastian knew about their night together.

" after practice can we catch up" Blaine asked

" sure" Rachel said Blaine led her to a couch and she sat down as they warblers got into position.

They started to sing dark side by Kelly Clarkson's.

Rachel couldn't help but watch hunter perform. She also noticed thad was infact blushing so she knew sebastian had been honest about his crush on her.

After the performance rachel watched as all eyes were on her.

" any advice on how they can improve " Blaine asked.

" that was amazing" Rachel said.

" anyone stand out" hu term asked.

" your all amazing as a group your unbelievable" she said.

" right then rach shall we get out of here" Blaine asked as the door to the warbler room opened and a young boy walked in.

" Blaine the headmaster wants to see you" he said.

" oh" Blaine said.

" it's ok Blaine I will wait" she said.

" we will keep here company wont we thad" sebastian said to Thad who was the colour of beetroot.

" wont be long " Blaine said and left the room.

Hunter walked over to her. She noticed sebastian was getting the others to look out of the window to give then privacy which meant he really must know.

" hello again" he said.

" I cant believe you go to dalton " Rachel said.

" its great to see you again the other night... I haven't stopped thinking about it" he said

" me niether" she said blushing.

" maybe after your done catching up with Blaine we could have our own catch up" he said staring into her eyes.

" ok" she said still flushing.

Blaine reentered the room and walked over to her.

" are you ready rach" he asked

" yeah" she said.

" lovely to meet you miss berry" hunter said shaking her hand she felt a piece of paper been put into her palm.

" you too" she said.

Then she and Blaine left the academy and headed to their separate cars as she was getting into hers sebastian appeared.

" so your the mystery girl hunter as been talking about" he said.

" he told you" she asked.

"He told me he had, had the most amazing night with an amazing and beautiful girl but never told me your name." Sebastian said.

" he really said that" she asked.

" Rachel you have always known me to be completely and usually brutally honest so here it it hunter is totally smitten with you. You don't need to worry about him treating you right because he will have me to deal with if he hurts you" sebastian said.

" why would you look out for me" Rachel asked.

" because I have always thought you and I are alot alike completely driven and focused your the only person I k ow as determined as I am." Sebastian said

" I guess there is some truth in that" she said.

" yeah so go have some fun while I go comfort thadeus" sebastian said and set off walking back to the academy.

Rachel couldn't believe the guy she had hooked up with was a warbler but she had a good feeling about hunter. She looked at the piece of paper and saw his number she put it into her phone and sent him a message so he would have her number so they could arrange to meet up later.

Rachel had to admit atleast one part of her life seemed like it was going to be back on track. Was hunter the one she didn't know but she knew she had a reason to smile.
