Imagine Kamani is doing whatever Kakashi is doing next to him. And when their fighting she fights the same way as him.

Last Episode

"Hey! HEY! LET ME DOWN!" Sasuke just thinks, of course, it was a trap, a Jounin like him wouldn't let his guard down no matter who he is fighting. Kakashi walks up and picks up the bell. He sighs and says, "Think before you use a Jutsu, or else your opponent might use it against you. Oh, and also... if the bait is obvious, don't take it." Kakashi finishes smiling at Naruto. Naruto starts complaining and yelling at him. "A ninja must see through deception." "I! GET! IT!" "I'm telling you this because you don't get it. You think you get it, which is not the same as actually getting it. Get it?" Sasuke gasps and see's this as an opening as he pulls out a shuriken.

Kamani had her byakugan activated and saw it perfectly. So "she" went in front of Kakashi and got hit by the shuriken. Kakashi gasped since he thought that was actually her since she's still 12 and can still make mistakes. Sakura yelped and covered her mouth. Naruto started screaming, "Ah! She just got blasted by shuriken! Are you out of your mind, Sasuke!? You went too far!" Even Sasuke had a look of regret and surprise when he looked at her. But no one could do anything as her body went flying and blood spilled out of her.

Kakashi gasped and ran over to her. But, Kamani turned into a log with a bunch of shurikens in it, causing Sasuke to gasp and Kakashi to let a sigh of relief before turning into a log himself. Sasuke grunted and started to move thinking, Ah, another substitution Jutsu. And now, they know where I'm hiding! Got to move fast! (SUPER SONIC! (I'm sorry)) I thought he let his guard down, but he did that on purpose! And I forgot about Kamani-Sensei! She was watching me all the time and wasn't doing anything so I could attack! And I fell for it! Kakashi hid in the bushes thinking, so that's where he is. Kamani said she'll deal with him and Sakura. Imma just go watch...

Sakura ran through the woods trying to find her Sasuke (*sigh*). She started to worry that one of her sensei had already gotten to him. She stops dead in her tracks when she spots Kamani leaning against a tree reading. She went down to her knees and hid behind a bush grateful she didn't hear her. "Pst. Sakura behind you." Sakura gasped before turning around and seeing Kamani. She let out a scream. Kamani just laughed.

Kamani made them pop out in a valley before putting her in a Genjustu. Sakura gasped before asking herself what had happened. "Sakura..." Sakura turned around shouting, "Sasuke!" But gasped at what she saw. "Unh. S-Sakura... H-Help me... Please help me!" A bloody, kunai stabbed, Sasuke begged. She stopped dead in her tracks and stared before tears gathered in her eyes from the fright and screamed, falling to the ground. "I think I overdid it a little bit..." Kamani said sweatdropping. "But, she's got to learn to see through these things," Kakashi said in a tone that said she-really-fell-for-that? 

Sasuke gasped at Sakura's scream and saw the two sensei's perched on a tree. "Shinobi Battle Skill Number 2, the Illusion Jutsu. Sakura studied it in class, but she still didn't see it coming." Kakashi sighs. "You go so straight from the book. I do any order I want to. I just happened to have a scroll for a simple Genjustu set here since a level one Genjustu of mine would have most likely done some brain damage. Maybe even kill her with how weak she is." Kamani explained. Genjutsu, Sasuke thought. It's just simple mind control. I'm not surprised she caught Sakura with it. "But I'm not like Sakura and Naruto," Sasuke said. "Say that after you get one of these bells," Kamani said. "My, Sasuke~." Kamani finished with a chuckle. Sasuke turned around, not startled one bit, and faced Kamani. 

The Uchiha and the Hatake stared at each other. Sasuke sent shuriken and kunai toward Kamani which she dodged easily. "There's no point in using normal attacks," Sasuke smirked and sent a kunai to break a rope. A trap! Kamani dodged the kunai and slide against the ground. She felt Sasuke behind her and gasped. He chuckled and sent a kick her way.

Sasuke sent a kick Kamani's way but Kamani just stood there and Sasuke ended up hitting solid earth as she grabbed his foot. He didn't give up though and twisted his body sending a punch which Kamani also grabbed. But, he sent another kick her way which she grabbed as well. Sasuke smirked and Kamani realized that in his position he could easily grab the bells. This kid! Sasuke reached for the bells but Kamani made the groud from a sphere around them, his fingers brushed against the bells before the sphere was completely done. They jumped away from each other as Sasuke grunted in frustration. "You're fierce. I won't be able to read that much I guess." Sasuke grunted. "And it doesn't help that I'm about 5 inches shorter than you..." Kamani sighed at her short height. Kakashi just laughed and Kamani just shouted, "OH SHUT UP!"

Sakura woke up asking herself what happened. She remembered what she saw and hoped that Sasuke was okay, still not realizing it was a Genjutsu. Meanwhile, Naruto saw the boxes of food (I forgot what they are called) and started chuckling as a plan came together. 

"Well... I hate to admit it... But you are different than the other two. I'll grant you that." Sasuke grunted and made hand signs before finishing it off with Horse and Tiger. "A fire-style Jutsu! A mere 12-year-old... wait I'm 12... A genin can't possibly do that! It takes to much chakra! There's no way" Kamani exclaimed. Sasuke took a deep breath in and let out fire from his mouth. Once he was finished he smirked expected a hurt Kamani but gasped when she wasn't there. Where did she go? Behind me? Above? Wait... She can control the ground! Earth style! 

"Too late!" Kamani chirped as her hand emerged from the ground and dragged Sasuke down earning a shout of surprise. "Right under your feet," Kamani said back on the surface. looking at the Uchiha. "Earth Style Headhunter Jutsu," Kamani said smugly. Sasuke grunted and attempted to break free. "Can't move huh? As my brother would say, that was ninjutsu, the third shinobi battle skill. You have talent, and you were right. You are different from the others. But different isn't always better." Kamani explained getting up from her squatting position. "I should have known you had Earth Style chakra! But, you used a wind style Genjustu (I know it doesn't work this way but whatever)?" Sasuke asked. "Hm. So you noticed. I have all 5 chakra natures, something that is said to be impossible in this generation." Sasuke gasped at this comment. "They say, the nail that sticks up always gets hammered down... Kakashi... Go deal with Naruto and the food." Kamani says letting Kakashi disappear from the branch he was perched on. Kamani opened her book and started to walk away leaving a frustrated Sasuke in the ground.

"Oh, great," Sasuke said frustrated since he couldn't get out. She's stronger than me even though we're the same age. I can't get around that. Sasuke was quite frustrated. He heard rustling from the bushes and looked over to see Sakura pop out of them. She stops dead in her tracks when she only saw the head of Sasuke. "Sakura?" "AHHH! SASUKE'S JUST A HEAD WITHOUT A BODY, AND HE'S TALKING!" Sakura yelled before she passed out. "And that's my partner..." Sasuke said -_-

Sakura opened her eyes to see Sasuke looking down at her. "Sasuke. HUH! YOUR OKAY!" She yelled hugging him. Sasuke struggled to push her off yelling, "Cut it out! Let go! Let go!" He stood up and said, "I've got to get a bell before lunch. That doesn't leave much time." He said starting to walk away. "Sasuke, you're still trying to get one of those bells?" He turned around and answered, "A while ago, I touched one. Next time, I'll get one." Kamani sighed and said, "No need to brag about it. I was going easy." But not loud enough so they can hear. "Oh! That is really great! I can't believe you did that. You're amazing!" Sakura said when her Inner Sakura was really thinking that if he got a bell and she didn't then they will be separated. "Uh. It's almost lunch. There is not really enough time left. So, maybe we should just give up, and then try again next year." She suggested getting a scowl of anger from Sasuke which told her he wasn't giving up. 

Kamani looks at Sasuke since he looks deep in thought. "I'm the only one who can destroy that person."  Kamani figured out he meant Itachi while Sakura asked if he meant her and Kakashi. "That day, I was crying..." He sounded disgusted yet confused about what he was saying. "When were you crying?" "It was my..." He answered sounding confused. "What? What happened to you?" Sasuke looked up, "I am an avenger. That means I must become stronger than my prey. I need this training. There's no time for setbacks." Kamani looked at him with a look of hatred in her eyes which Kakashi saw from the tree he was hiding in. Hmmm... There's something she doesn't like about him killing Itachi...

Just then the alarm rang and Sasuke said, "I've wasted to much time..."  Walking away.

The three stomachs growled from hunger, Naruto tied to a post. "Uh, oh. Stomach's growling, huh?" Kakashi asked smugly. "That's too bad," Kamani said smirking. "Oh, by the way, about this exercise? Well, we've decided we won't send any of you back to the academy." Kakashi said. Naruto cheered, Sakura was confused because all she did was faint, and Sasuke smirked. Naruto and Sakura started to cheer and jump/wiggle. Kamani smiled and said, "Yes~. All three of you are being dropped from the program." They all stopped and gasped. "Permanently." The two sensei said together.

Meanwhile

"Unbelievable. Kakashi has never passed a single student. He fails all of them! And with Kamani-" "Iruka, this group is young. Even I cannot see if it is good for them to face the rigors and dangers of ninja life. However, Kakashi was correct about all those he failed." Iruka just made a 'hm' sound.

Back At The Training Field

"Drop us from the program!? That means we can never become a ninja! You said if we couldn't take the bells, we'd be sent back to the academy! You guys just can't change your mind and kick us out! Why would you do that?!" Naruto asked furiously at the two sensei. "Because you don't think like a ninja. You think like little kids, like brats." Kamani turned around sending a dark aura and spikes coming from the ground. "I'm still a kid you know...." Kakashi just tells her to calm down and he wasn't talking about kids like her. "Anyway, you can't be a ninja if you think like brats!" Sasuke was fed up and decided to launch at Kakashi. Kamani sighed and just mumbled, "Oh dear Jashin, Sasuke." 

(No she is not a Jashionist just... She says that because of something/someone...)

Kakashi easily grabbed Sasuke and sat on him with his foot on his head while Sasuke was flat on the ground. "You think it's all about you." He said coldly. "LET GO OF SASUKE! YOU CAN'T STEP ON HIM LIKE HE'S A BUG-" Kamani went in front of Sakura and threatened, "If you don't shut up or lower your volume, I won't hesitate to kill you. Even if it means I become a rogue ninja."  Sakura gulped and nodded as Kamani went back and acted as if nothing happened. 

Sasuke struggled in Kakashi's grip. "You don't know what it means to be a ninja. You think it's a game, huh?" The three gasp at this comment since deep down they know it's true. "Why do you think we put you in on squads? DID YOU CONSIDER THAT QUESTION FOR A MOMENT!?" Kamani finished shouting. "Kamani." She looks at Kakashi before going back to her stoic/emotionless face. "Don't let your emotions get the best of you-" "I know." Kamani snapped back.

"Uh, I don't know what you mean?" Sakura said. "We mean, you never realized what this exercise is all about. Not even close." Kakashi said. Naruto asked, "What's it's about?" quite confused. "Yes, that's what determines whether you pass or fail." "But that's- I mean, I wanted to ask about that in the beginning," Sakura said. "Tsk. Use. Your. Head. Three people on a squad. Why do you think we would do that?" Kamani asked stressing each word. "AAH! How are we supposed to know why you picked three people?!" Naruto shouted.

"It's so basic. Teamwork."

"Just working together! Is that what you mean?" "That's what we mean," Kakashi said. "It's too late now. But if all three of you had come at me, you might have been able to get them. Well, anyway, it's over." Kakashi said smugly. 

"But wait! You set it up with three people and only two bells. If we worked together and got the bells, only two of us could keep them. And that would lead to group conflict. And the squad would break up!" Sakura complained. "Exactly. We purposely pitted you against each other." Sakura and Naruto were beyond confused. "We wanted to see if you would overcome that and put the squad ahead of yourselves. At least a Genin should have a natural feel for teamwork." Kamani said. "But you, it never crossed your mind," Kakashi stated. 

"Sakura! you were obsessed with your 'precious Sasuke' while he was gone. While Naruto was right in front of you, and you didn't even bother to help him. Just because you call him a loudmouth and a idiot! I'm surprised you even made it to a Genin with that attitude of yours!" Kamani said shaming Sakura. "Naruto. You do everything on your own. Everything." Kamani said stressing the word everything. She walked in front of Sasuke and looked down at him. "And you, Sasuke. You thought that the others are so far beneath you in skill that they were worthless. You have far too much arrogance." Sasuke grunted as he tried to break free but Kakashi just stepped on him harder. 

"Ninja missions are carried out in squads. Of course, you need individual skills. But teamwork is the most essential element. Every shinobi understands this. When individuals put themselves above the squad, that leads to failure and death." Kamani said walking up to Sakura. "For example..." She said smiling pulling out a two kunai. "Sakura, kill Naruto now or Sasuke dies." Handing a Kunai to her and aiming one at Sasuke.

Sasuke flinches and Sakura and Naruto start shouting. "This is what really happens on a mission." The kunai Sakura had turned into a stick and Kamani lowered her aim so it wouldn't hit Sasuke. "Oh boy, that was really scary," Sakura said relieved dropping the stick. "The enemy takes a hostage, and you've got an impossible choice. And someone ends up dead." Kamani said throwing the kunai right past Sasuke's ear. Sasuke jumped and closed his eyes but opened them when he realized he wasn't dead. "On every mission, your life is on the line," Kakashi said walking toward a memorial and Kamani appearing there moments later.

"Did you look at this stone, the names engraved in it?" Kakashi asked stopping in front of it. "They are all ninja who are honored as heroes in our village. And those headbands with the word honor 名誉 engraved in it are honored in other villages." He said pointing to headbands that Kamani was holding. "That's it! That's it! That's it! Now I know! I've decided I'm going to have my name engraved in that stone! I'm not going to live and die for nothing like a dog! I'm gonna be a hero! A hero!" Kamani looks at him with a look of sadness and then at the headbands and stone. "They are a special kind of hero," Kamani said in a quiet voice. "What kind? What kind! Tell us, tell us!" Naruto asked. It was silent for a little before Kakashi said, "Their all KIA." "Oh that sounds really cool-" "It means killed in action... They all died" Sakura said. Naruto frowns and even Sasuke makes a 'hm' of pity.

"This is a memorial stone. The names of my closest friends are engraved here. Those headbands are all fellow comrades that Kamani knew and died." It was silent when they realized that life as a ninja isn't as easy as they thought. "Alright, We're going to give you one more chance. But we're going to make it much harder for you guys. You'll have 3 hours to get a bell. Eat lunch now to build up strength. But Naruto doesn't get any." Naruto growled at Kakashi as the two Hatake's walked forward.  "It's your punishment for breaking the rules and trying to eat by yourself. And if anyone tries to feed him, that person will fail immediately." Kakashi explained.  

Naruto gasps/grunts since he won't be able to eat. "I, not we, make the rules. You follow them. Got it?" Meanwhile, Iruka was leaving from talking with the Hokage. "Iruka, whether they pass or fail, you should not blame Kakashi." Iruka nodded his head. "And it would get in the way of your relationship, wouldn't it?" He asked chuckling. Iruka blushed before walking off. 

Sakura and Sasuke were eating peacefully until Naruto's stomach started to growl. "This is no big deal!" Naruto shouted. "I can go without eating for days, for weeks. Believe it! This is no big deal!" His stomach said otherwise. "No problem..." Sasuke looked up making a 'hm' of thought and looking at the hungry Naruto.

"Here," Sasuke said in a tone of why-am-I-doing-this. He held out his food for Naruto to eat. Naruto gasped and Sakura complained, "What! No, Sasuke, you can't do that! You heard what sensei said." "Kakashi and Kamani sensei are gone. We need to get those bells as a team. If Naruto's hungry, he will be weak and ineffective. That hurts the team and jeopardizes the mission." Sasuke explained. 

Sakura and Naruto looked at Sasuke thinking about what he said. Sakura looked at her food and gulped at what might happen and then held out her food. Naruto looks at her surprised she did this and Sakura smiles. Kakashi and Kamani listened to what was going to happen next. 

"Okay. Thanks!" Naruto said smiling. "Don't thank me. Just hurry up and eat." Sakura demands. "But isn't that your lunch?" "Uh- I'm on a diet! I mean, I don't eat as much as Sasuke. So uhh, just take it Naruto!" Sakura replied embarrassed she was helping him. "I can't take it! Because I can't move my hands!" Naruto complains. "You've gotta feed me!" Sakura lets out a 'HUH' sound.

"Hurry up! They could come back any minute!" Sasuke says. "Ugh! This is one time only! THAT'S IT! I'LL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN! Is that clear?" Sakura shouts. "Clear as a bell, Sakura!" Naruto says as Sakura starts feeding Naruto. 

Everything was going fine until a loud 'poof' was heard and there was a huge gust. "YOU!" Kakashi yells running toward them while Kamani is preparing to throw kunai. Naruto and Sakura start yelling preparing for the worst and Sasuke makes a 'hm!' sound. "You broke the rules! I hope your ready for the punishment!" Kakashi says weaving hand signs, causing the clouds to get all dark and it starting to rain and thunder with lightning and causing the ground to shake. "Any last words~?" Kamani asks smugly. Sasuke grunts knowing he can do nothing and Naruto and Sakura whimper since they thought they were going to die. 

"But you said-" "Yes?" Kakashi asked in a deadly tone cutting off Naruto. "You said that there were three of us! That's what you said! And that's why Sakura and..." Naruto yelled finishing by looking at Sasuke to see Sasuke looking back. "We're all on this squad. And we're all in it together." Sasuke said. Sakura stopped cowering and instead stood up and yelled a "Yeah, that's right!" at her sensei's. "We gave our lunch to him because the three of us are one!" Naruto looks at the two, shocked/confused they were supporting him before yelling, "YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! BELIEVE IT! THAT'S RIGHT!" 

The two Hatake's walked up, "The three of us are one, That's your excuse?" Kakashi asked in a disbelief/angry tone. They didn't flinch and Sasuke and Sakura got in a fighting stance as Naruto looked like he was ready to break free. "Hm! YOU ALL!..." Kamani said jumping and throwing the kunai. "You pass!" Kakashi said in a happy and gentle tone as the kunai turned into confetti. 

Naruto and Sakura made a questionable 'huh' sound and Sasuke still stayed in his stance since he didn't believe it. "You. pass." The two said together in a soft and gentle tone. "What do you mean? How did we pass?" Sakura asked. "You're the first squad that ever succeeded. The others did exactly what I said and fell into every trap. They couldn't think for themselves. A ninja must see through deception. In the ninja world, those who break the rules are scum. That's true. But those who abandon their friends are worse than scum." Kakashi says looking up at the now clear sky. 

Sakura exclaimed happily, Naruto was almost crying from the joy of becoming a ninja. "He's a-They're uh- You know they're kinda cool," Naruto said trying not to cry. "The exercise is over. Everyone passes. Squad 7 starts their first mission tomorrow!" Kakashi says giving a big thumbs up. Sakura exclaims 'yes' and Naruto starts yelling 'I did it' repeatedly. Sasuke just smirked and made a 'hm' sound. "You can smile?" Kamani asked jokingly looking down at him. "You can make a joke, Kamani-Sensei?" Kamani chuckled and said, "You three can just call me Kamani." The three gasped since she said they can only call her that once she likes them. 

Kakashi smiles and says, "Let's go home." As he starts walking away. Sakura and Sasuke follow him each happy and glad and Kamani disappears in the ground. "Uh! Ah! Ugh! I knew they'd do this! It happens every time! Believe it! YOU GUYS FORGOT TO UNTIE ME!" Naruto yells. He feels the rope drop and sees the ground had cut it. "Now let's go," Kamani said smiling. He nods before yelling and getting sucked from the floor.

The last moment Team 7 had for the day was Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi walking as Kamani and Naruto were thrown in the air by the ground cheering.

Okay, this is longer than I thought. I'm also going to attempt to draw the ending scene as soon as I can. So, that's going to be about in a week or two because I still have other drawings I need to draw for online art competitions and other stuff. So, yeah! For the next chapters with Zabuza and Haku, they won't be as detailed. Yeah! Bye!
