{Hiya darlings, I hope you're all not too mad at me for not updating this sooner, I've decided to work on only this book for the time being as it's much easier to write for this book at this moment. I will, however, be updating After A While soon for those who prefer that book. As for this I have now written a few chapters and will slowly release them when I feel it is right or when I have some free time to proof readthem again and change things up a bit. "G A M E  O V E R !" Ray spoke sadistically as the scythe loomed over Eddie's head,

Zack struggling to get to Ray to stop her from actually killing Eddie, luckily there wasn't a big crowd as it was only a friendly match so there wasn't much fuss.

"Rachel....why? w-why him!?" Eddie winced as he blamed Ray for not choosing him

"Because....I don't love you" Ray frowned angrily as she edged the blade closer to his neck "...and - he's my unborn child's farther"  Ray smirked, clearly pleased that she had upset Eddie.

"Bye-bye" Ray released the grip she had on the scythe as it swung violently down from above her head

*Squelch* *Slice*

"...R..a....y.."

A sudden scream followed by sobbing pierced the silence, Ray fell to her knees and looked at the blood that stained her hands and clothes.

"Z..a..ck....ZACK!" Rachel screamed at the top of her lungs as she held Zack, who in the act of trying to stop her blocked Eddie from being killed, taking the blow of the blade to his chest.

"SOMEONE GET ME, MY MEDICAL TEAM! ZAAACKK!"       

2 Days later

Zack has been in Rachels ICU and was being monitored by the best doctors she had 24/7. Rachel hadn't slept or eaten anything for the two days, she never left Zacks side as he was in and out of surgery and out of a life-threatening state. All she should do was wait for him to wake up now. However, she was unaware of the series of unfortunate events that would follow up from this traumatic accident....

"Lady Rachel,  the minister has told me to inform you that you are to take some time off. Also, your bathing chamber is ready for you" A small 'maid' rushed in and smiled before giving a slight head bow to Ray, "Ah Evalynn, Thank you...you may leave now and take a few days leave" Rachel smiled sweetly at the young girl as she kissed Zacks head and plodded over to her bathing area. "Zack....could you please wake up soon, me and our child are missing you" Ray caressed her small bump as she relaxed in the warm water. 

"Ouch..!" Ray shifted as she felt a sharp dull pain in her lower abdomen, she thought nothing of it until she looked down to she red surrounding her. 

"EVALYNN, DOCTOR LOU....HE..lp..m.....e" Ray shouted for help as she slowly lost conciseness

"Madam-"

"LADY RACHEL! SOMEONE FETCH DOCTOR LOU AND HELP ME WITH MADAM" a servant shouted as she pulled Ray out of the water and wrapped her in warm towels.

Several hours later 

"Rachel? *muffled noises* Rachel...Rachel......Quick fetch Lou over Madam is regaining conciseness " Another doctor called out to a nurse 

"Rachel, you're awake, take it easy okay.... I have news to tell you and it's going to be pleasant" Doctor Lou sat Rachel up slowly and placed her hands on Ray's shoulders.

"Lou? wha- what's going on is Zack awake yet?" Ray asked her voice filled with fear

"Not yet but he may awake soon...don worry he is going to be okay...now, I really need to tell you something"

Ray felt a sigh of relief escape her lungs as she relaxed "That's good....wait....im in my other medical room?... Lou? tell me whats happened!" Ray started to panic again but Lou soon calmed her down by hugging her 

"Rach....you were bathing and a servant said you shouted for help, when they came to ask what was wrong they saw that you had fainted and that you were bleeding a lot.." 

"Bleeding?.... Bleeding from where... Lou tell me whats happened to me " Ray cried as she begged Lou to tell her.

"You had a miscarriage" Lou said those words to Ray and instantly hugged her " I-I'm so sorry, I tried everything I could to save your child and make sure you didn't end up dying...I...oh God...I'm sorry Rachel" Lou cried as she apologised for not doing enough, Ray just sat there unable to understand what had just happened...grief, anger, sadness and shock all overwhelmed her, all she could do was hug Lou back and tell her that she did her best and that she is grateful that she survived even if she lost her child...but in reality she was more than just heartbroken, she was trying to be brave and not cry...but once one tear fell from her sapphire eyes, more glassy shards ran from her eyes as she just sat and sobbed, her eyes burning red.

A few days had passed and Zack had woken up "R..ay?" Zack called out as he reached down next to his sleeping beauty and played with her hair. "Z..ack?" Ray murmured as she rubbed her eyes and looked up at Zack, immediately bursting into tears and hugging him. the two laid there for about an hour,  Ray explained what had happened and that they were no longer parents, they both cried and hugged each other both apologising to each other...blaming themselves.

"Don't worry Ray-Ray, I will kill that fucking bastard, Eddie!" Zack held her a little too tightly making her wince in pain. "Ah! sorry, Ray, I didn't mean t-" Zacks apology was cut short when Rays lip met his as they both shared a long-awaited and passionate kiss, Ray carefully straddled Zack being mindful of his wound as she kissed down his jaw and neck making him moan. Both of them wanting each other more and more because of the sadness and happiness building within them both. "Wait..." Ray pulled away blushing a bright scarlet colour gasping for breath " Do...do you want this?...me?...us? a family?" Ray sighed and tears built up in her eyes as she pulled away from Zack.

Zack looked at her confused then pulled her close to his chest "Ray...of course I want this.... I wouldn't have come back otherwise.... I came back for you and I'm not fucking letting you go this time. You hear my heart right? ugh I can believe I'm saying this lovey shit but, it beats for only you okay? You're the only fucking one I want in this life and the next!" Zack spoke softly as he held Ray close to his chest as she hugged him back tightly, crying as she buried her head into his chest. 

"I won't let anyone else hurt you" Zack said muffled as she stroked Ray's hair as she fell asleep in his arms.
