I think I should tell Arnavji before it's too late. Shyam is not the right man. Vo humara vishwaas Kare ya Na Kare par Hume unhe gun andhere main nhi rakhna chahiye. Ab to 2 zindagi ka sawal hai Shyamji kisi bhi had tak jaa saktein hai Anjaliji ko nuksaan pahuchane mai kya pata vo apne hi bachhe ko nuksaan pahuchaye (Shyam tells her that he will kill her if needed and also he tried harming her through accident)
She rushes towards his room only to crash hard rock like chest.

Arnav POV
Di .... I am so happy for her but that husband of hers is cheating her.. how dare he and Khushi the one who brought light in his life is she really cheating me and our family... I have to talk to her.. there is something I think I am missing.. if she really loves jijaji then why she always blushes on his comments, her eyes always in search of him and their chemistry on sangeet night. He need some answers he heads towards her only to collide her petite form rushing to him.

Arnav: Tum Delhi kar bhi nahi chal sakti?
Khushi: ye sab bad mai sochenge. Phle humari baat suniye vo zyada zaroori hai.
Arnav sees her tension and take him to his room and closed the door.
Arnav: Relax kya his. Itni pareshaan kyu ho?
Khushi: Aapko much batana hai.. par samajh nhi aa raha kese batau. Please humari baat sun lijiye. Aur humpe vishwaas kariye humne kuch nhi kiya par...
Arnav: Kya kehna chahti ho? Araam se batao. Mai sun raha hun... wese bhi tum kisi kisi ko bolne ka moka kahan deti ho he mummers himself.
Khushi: it's about Shyam. With that she tell him about how they met and whatever happened without his knowledge.

Arnav kept straight face and asked her to marry him right now. She looked at him in confusion... here she is telling about Shyam and he is asking for marriage.. what he wants no emotions can be seen on his face. She is too shocked to react. What's the reason of sudden demand doesn't know whether she should be happy or sad .... she stood still, numb to react. What should she do now say yes or no. Will it affect Payal's wedding. What does her future holds. Unknowingly she nodded in denial thinking about outcome. Arnav left room silently for the wedding rituals followed by Tensed and confused Khushi about Shyam fisco and wedding proposal maybe some other day she would be happiest about it but now.. she doesn't know anything she leaves everything on her Devi Maiya.

AUTHORS NOTE
I don't like the fact that in spite of having feelings for Khushi, Arnav doesn't gives a benefit of doubt to her so I made a few changes in story. Here he gives her a chance to say her side of story as well.
In my opinion in either of cases he should listen to her
1 if he thinks from brain why would he take any risk without knowing pros and cons of his decision of person ( if Shyam I'd cheating with Khushi.... she must have played something in such case that could harm family more)
A2 if he truly was in love and going to propose her he had certain feeling of positive response from her than why would she go for Shyam and without trust no relationship lasts longer if he sees future with her he has to trust his partner.
