Around a 1000 years ago, there was peace between the magical beings and humans. The magical beings would help the humans in various tasks and in return, the humans would give them their resources, and would build communities on top of the clouds for the magical beings to live in. 

And then, just like in a fairytale, one magical being arose dominant amongst everyone else. His name was Song Seo-joon, a powerful shapeshifter. He claimed that he had the gift of immortality, and could never loose his youth. Desperate for power, he threatened the magical beings with the humans' extinction. 

He rose an army of his followers, killing everything in their way, showing everyone how serious Seo-joon was on his threat, the magical beings' population decreasing drastically. 

It was then that three warriors arose to defeat Seo-joon, namely, Kang Ju-won, Kim Hak-kun and Jung Hyeon-ju. The three journeyed far and wide and were almost able to kill him when they realized the true weight of his powers. Terribly weakened, they managed to send him and his followers away to the western side of the globe, where they realized his powers would have zero effect on anyone. 

When the three returned from their journey, they came back bearing a huge secret. Before being driven away to the west, one of Seo-joon's followers let loose a well guarded secret. Seo-joon had a sibling, one that was destined to kill him. Seo-joon's parents, who were afraid of the future of their new-born baby, hid the baby away in time. 

The three warriors knew that they wouldn't be around long enough to see the baby, so they left behind a sword, fashioned to find the sibling for when it would arise to kill Seo-joon.  

Not only that, the humans were now scared of the magical beings -having witnessed the true strength of their powers- and set out to hunt the magical beings. The poor magical beings were left with no choice but to erase themselves from the memory of every single human, living in hiding amongst them. 

Presently, there are three political parties governing the magical beings. BTS, Stray Kids and NCT. Each one of these parties were the parting gifts of the three warriors before they left to go into meditation, every party having the most able descendants of the three warriors.
