Toby was crying again. Once again, his father abused his mother and his sister Lyra. He knew that YN was coming home soon, so he felt a little better. He still could not stop crying due to the ones he loves so much getting hurt. The voices came back, saying.'Toby, they don't care. Kill them. Kill them. Kill them! KILL THEM ALL!!!' The voice beckoned, getting louder and louder.
       This made Toby feel worse, almost snapping and killing them. His thoughts were stopped when he heard his dad throw a bottle at someone, giving there infamous name. YN was home. The voices got lower until she was in his room. When YN saw him, anger, sadness, and disappointment in her eyes. But not towards Toby.
      Toby started to cry on her lap."Come on Tobias.Don't let him get to you."she said in her sweetest voice. He started twitching and stuttering. "B-b-but he hurt m-mom and L-lyra again!" He burst out. YN started to hug him, causing him to almost go to sleep.
      She shifted positions to where he was lying down beside him, cuddling. He saw Lyra come in, grinning while giving thumbs up to YN. When she left, YN put her head on his chest and said "Love you, Tobias." Than, she fell soundly asleep. "I-I-I love you t-to." And with that, they both fell asleep.

      The smell of breakfast getting cooked woke up Toby and YN together. "Good morning."YN said. "Good morning,YNN." Toby said, smiling at his friend. They got dressed and went down stairs, seeing Lyra try making bacon and eggs. Key word,try. "Well, I made burnt bacon and watery eggs. Want some?" She said, trying to get you to eat it. "...fine..." Toby gave in, eating the bacon.
      Then, he spit it out and looked at it like it was some monster. "What is that thing!?" You and Lyra couldn't hold back the laughter that suddenly stopped, making the house fill with awkward silence.
