The next morning dev reached his office before sonakshi.
After having breakfast sonakshi went to office with the car driver.

Within 15minutes she reached the office and joined with diya to do work. After a few hours she should attend a international meeting. As it was her first meeting in her whole life. Diya Gave her strong courage. Sonakshi got some confidence.

Meanwhile jatin entered diya's cabin and found sona inside her cabin. Sona greeted him as jatin gave her a clear smile.

Oh so you both our working together. Jatin asked as sona and diya nodded their together.

Then is will also join......he said taking the seat next to diya.

They three had a chit chat at the middle and suddenly sonakshi was called by dev during the lunch time.

Sona immediately ran to his cabin excusing herself from jatin and diya.

As soon as sona left jatin and diya started to eat. Jatin was admiring diya and cracking jokes with her.

Sona is a very sweet girl.......said diya.

Yes but she is quite shy type I guess..... Replied jatin.

May be its her nature of softness and I guess she will take sometime to mingle with us........ She said.

Yes I am sure that we are lucky to have her here.......jatin replied as diya nodded her head.

Sonakshi reached dev's cabin.

Dev's pov:
I saw her opening the door throwing her hair at the back. She looked pretty.

Sir.......Sorry dev.......sonakshi struggled as I was looking at her widely raising his eyebrows.

Take your seat....... I said as she quickly sat. Why did you call me?  She asked

I called to here to have your lunch. I thought you must be eating alone. So I......before I could complete she said.
It's sweet of you but I was not alone as I had jatin and diya with me.........

Pausing our talks we had lunch together. Each time I look at her she would pretend to eat but I can very much sense her stareing.

After eating she sat on the sofa in my cabin and did some presentations.

I noticed that she was trying hard to control her sleep. Did you sleep properly yesterday night? I asked as she nodded no and said....... I was getting distracted yesterday.

So now your feeling sleepy.  I said.

No I am alright. I can manage....... She said with a cute smile on her lips

I will ask you to lay down and sleep. Your too tired. I said moving closer to her and taking the laptop.

I sat next to her as she said I have to attend a meeting within an hour.

No problem sleep for an hour you can attend the meeting fresh. I said touching her head and making her sleep on my lap.

She slept as I gazed her hair.
I took the laptop and resumed her work.

Nisha entered inside my cabin with a bang in the door. I thought that it may disturb sona but luckily she did not get disturbed.

Dev we are having a meeting now and sonakshi should attend it but she is missing.......yelled nisha.

Sshhhuu.....asking them to wait she will come.

Dev we need to wait for the clients not them...... What's wrong with you today?

Don't shout nisha...... Can't you see her sleeping. She will attend the interview later. Let them wait. I said raising her anger.

Well Its amazing.......  I am working here without taking a proper rest for years and you are supporting a girl who came just yestersay. Fantastic Dev.
She said moving out of my cabin I very well know that her anger won't last on me more than an hour.

Sona woke up as nisha left the cabin closing the door loudly. I wished that she did not hear anything which she spoke.

Sona woke up and looked at the time. She got nervous seeing the clock. Why you did not wake me up? I am late. Oh god. She spoke being nervous.

Look sona don't worry. Relax I adked nisha to change the meeting time. You can go slowly no problem. When I said this to her she felt relaxed she took the laptop from me and thanked me for finishing her work.

She left my cabin with a beautiful smile on her face.

Sonakshi's pov:
I ran as if I am an athlete...... Nisha was standing near the meeting hall. I approached near her and she scolded me for being late. I apologized her.

Don't pretend to be over smart sona. Your very careless.
She said and it hurted me.

I did not tell her anything other than a sorry.

Looking at the people seated I got scared and nervous but when I took the mic in my hand I spoke up. Showed them the presentation it was very perfect when I looked at what dev has done. They really liked our hard work and accepted to join hand with us.

The deal got was done and I went out. Nisha was there standing outside the room. It looked like she was waiting for me.

Nisha's pov:
I went inside dev's cabin to have a chit chat but before that my eyes fell on the girl who was sleeping in his lap peacefully. Then I remembered that Sona had a meeting within 10minutes so I decided to raise my voice in the aim of developing the company. 

Dev was silently hearing me and I took it as my advantage to yell at him. Mostly if I fight with him the fight won't exist more than an hour. I will apologize him but today I will wait until he comes back to me and apologizes.

He is taking me for granted.

The anger on dev I showed it on sona what will she do? I hurted her when she was going to give her first presentation.

I decided to ask her forgiveness waiting near the meeting hall.

As soon as she came I said sorry. Being so sweet sona replied.

I don't need your sorry dear. It was my mistake. I should only apologise to you.

I hugged her and later she went to dev to tell him about the interview.

I too followed her. As soon as sona entered his cabin dev immediately hugged her.

I have too attend many meetings but he never hugged me like this.

I decided to tell my love to dev. I should not in confessing my feelings for him.

Thank you dev.... It's all because of your presentation. They really liked it. I was also very comfortable as all the program was there on the presentation. Said sonakshi.

Leaving me to get jealous. He has never helped me to complete any of my work. How can he be very kind and helpful?  Towards her.

Breaking my thoughts sona called me in and said. Thanks you nisha for asking then wait.

I just gave her a smile trying to avoid Dev.

But he is smart so he knew that I was still angry.

Sona left from his cabin excusing herself in order to share her experience with diya and jatin.

It was only me and Dev. So your angry on me right?  He asked as I nodded a big yes.

Okay what should I do now?  He asked with his cute smile. Oh god why it is too difficult for me to be angry on him. I cursed myself as I smiled lossing my anger on him.

Why dev? I am not able to be angry with you. I asked holding his hand.

Because your my bestie....   He said griping his hand on mine.

Later we both left from his cabin to Diya's cabin.

Reaching there we found sona diya and jatin cracking jokes and laughing. We both also joined them. After few minutes we decided to go to the mall for jatin and Diya's wedding shopping.
