Choices are made for us to determine what we want, what we must, and what's the right thing to do in our own verdict.

Warm coffee, or cold soda?

Should I continue or not?

Stay, or leave?

Do it now, or do it tomorrow?

Things will only happen if you'll choose between the two. Things will only change if you choose. You can hold it both on your hands, or let go of the another to lessen the burden. It's all up to you... but there are things that are out of our control.

"Always too much. It was never enough, it's either too much or  not enough," I whispered on the wind hoping that it will help me to vanish this feelings.
