TB & GG
Just something a little different that I wanna try, not permanent just an experiment.

"That's the one"
Pointing towards a fairly tall, olive skinned girl who had bobbed light red hair and amber eyes. She was clinging onto the arm of a fairly good looking boy, the typical good looking however. He had lightly tanned skin, bright green eyes, a well structured face and the ideal body for a teenage boy. He was known for always working out during his free classes.
The girl, who was pointing towards the couple, had loose (yet still beautiful) curls adorning her head. A fair amount of normal make up consisting of mascara, eye liner, and a light peachy colour for her eye shadow. To say she was pretty would be an understatement. She wasn't like most girls in her class, sure she was feminine and liked dresses, but she wasn't apposed to trying new things. She was smart and adventurous, and yet could still rock a gorgeous pair of heels.
The one beside her, was her closest friend, and so called 'Therapist' hearing about every story her curly haired friend had to tell her. She was clad in more laid back, comfortable clothing, a pair of run down sneakers and a baseball cap tilted to the side. Her sneakers were covered in grass stains and mud, the grey laces untied, leaving the shoes loose on her feet. She was presentable, but didn't mind to much what people thought, however, she didn't mind putting on a nice pair of jeans a simple button down if the occasion called for it.
Gemma Gallian, the one with curly hair, had been previously telling Tillia Blackwell, the laid back rough looking one, about how this girl stab her in the back by taking her crush away from her. To which she replied with the common grunt of approval.
"Tilly I swear she's doing it just to piss me off"
Tillia grunted again before resting her head in her hands and yawning a loud lion like yawn.
Gemma watched her friend, if she looked hard enough she would see the nearly visible bags under Tilly's eyes.
"Which one was it this time?"
"Overwatch"
She nodded, looking at her finely painted nails.
"Why don't you let me try to play it some time?"
There was a slight quiver in her voice. Normally Tillia would be more than willing to help her friend try things that she was interested in, but video games weren't one of them. Gemma didn't know why, it's not like she'd be a master at it right away, but that's what Tilly was afraid of. Most of the time when Gemma would try something new, she'd catch on fairly quickly, like with soccer or baseball (Tillia didn't like to admit it but Gemma could've become captain if she so wished, but she politely excused herself from the experience and chose to watch from the side lines) she caught on so quickly, it was like looking at a different person, and that's what Tillia was afraid of. Video games was her thing, everyone knew it. No matter the game she'd beat it as soon as she possibly could.
"Alrighty class"
An eruption of bored groans echo through the room, the bell ringing in the background.

"She knew I liked him"
Shoving another fry in her mouth, Gemma started her rant that she didn't get to finish during their class. Now it was lunch and they were sitting on a bench that was placed in a small circle of trees that looked out upon the football field where all the jocks passed a rugby ball that had all the writing rubbed off.
A burger and some fries sat in front of Gemma, while Tillia held a small carton of poutine in her hands, gobbling it down like her life depended on it.
"Are you listening to me?"
Gemma turned towards Tillia, her lips pursed as she held a cooling fry in her hand. Tillia gave a muffled voice of approval. She finished off her lunch and wiped her mouth with a napkin.
"Your crush, random girl took him, she knew you liked him, and now your having a pity party at my lunch table"
Rolling her eyes, Gemma put her fry down and pushed her food around.
"I'm not having a pity party, I'm just telling you what's up in my life right now. And this is OUT table, just F.Y.I"
Before Tilly could reply sarcastically, a loud shout and a rogue rugby ball caught their attention. Something whooshed passed them, stirring up a small puff of dust and the leaves that still clung desperately to their branches.
"Sorry girls"
Tom, a senior in their high school, came jogging up to them and behind their table to grab the ball that landed safely on the small patch of dirt underneath one of the trees.
"Hey, Gems, you coming to practice after school?"
She shook her head and politely declined with a soft wave of her hand. He frowned slightly but turned towards Tillia.
"What about you?"
Tillia had her nose back into her previously finished poutine, eating the rest of the gravy that hadn't yet made it to her mouth.
"Nah sorry, I don't like being the second choice"
Tom shrugged and took one of Gemma's fries before running off to join his friends and the little cluster of girls on the bleachers.
"Didn't you used to be good friends with Tommy?"
"Tommy?"
"Yeah the guy who was just here"
Tillia shook her head in amusement, no ones ever called Tom Tommy, at least not since kindergarten.
"I wouldn't really say we were friends-"
"He was the one you had a crush on in grade three right?"
Tillia's cheeks flourished with a bright red and she weakly hit Gemma on her arm out of embarrassment.
"I thought I told you never to bring that up"
"Oh come on, it's the only time I get to see you embarrassed"
Tilly ignored her friends comment as she picked up her tray that was now covered in empty food containers and napkins.
"Are you finished with that?"
Gemma looked down to where Tillia was pointing and quickly shook her head.
"Are you kidding me? You really think I'm done?!"
Putting her hand up in mock surrender, Tillia began to slowly make her way to the garbage can.
"I was just asking"
Gemma smiled down at her food that was slowly getting cold. She had an awesome friend and she wouldn't have it any other way.
