[1] there's a guy at my school who really likes me, but I only like him when we are talking, which isn't often. I don't like him that much and I really like another guy, and I don't want him finding out. he struggles with depression and says I make him the happiest he's been in a long time and I feel really guilty and pressured like I have to like him.

Please help. I have no idea what to do.

[2] hey I'm dealing with a kinda awkward situation with a guy. He was introduced to me by a close friend and in the beginning I thought of us as just friends. People started saying they thought we liked each other and it seemed like we were going out.

He recently got a gf and told me if he didn't he would definitely date me. The only problem is I'm not sure how my friend feels I don't think she Minds but I saw a message that she sent me saying she would probably date him if he was single.

In front of mutual friends she says she could never date a guy like him,  I really like him, if I eventually get the chance to to date him should I? I really don't want to lose her in the process.
