Epilogue

I woke up hearing a noise coming in the living room next to the bedroom. I stretch as I look next to me to see Jack was gone. Last night replayed in my head, Jack was in love with me, it was like we fell in love all over again. "Yes, yes we'll be there. We'll get on the next flight home. Thank you for the call." I hear Jack as I sat up right as he walks back into the bedroom. He was still in his boxers, his hair was a mess from waking up but the minute he saw me, he smiled, "Good morning love." He says as he walks over to me to give me peak. "Good morning, who was on the phone? I thought we said no working on our trip." I huff kind of hurt that he might be working on our vacation. Jack sat on the bed and place his hand on my knee making me nervous.

"I promise you, it wasn't work. But... They found out who cut the breaks to the car." Jack says making me gasp a little, "Who..." I ask but Jack looked almost hurt, like he knew the person. "Jack, who is it?" I ask making his hand go into a fist. "When they took my car, and started the investigation, they found a piece of red hair in my car." Red hair... we only knew one person with red hair, "Oh god... Birdie? Birdie cut your breaks?" I ask making him nod, "Are they sure? I mean it could of been there from when you two were together." I said but he just shook his head.

"I brought that car after we broke up, I remember buying it. She was never it in." Jack says as he looks at me, "We have to go home, they are questioning her today." Jack say as he grabs my hand, "I'm so sorry we have to cut our trip short." He says, his voice upset but how could I be mad at him? This is important. "No, we have to go. Let's go now." I say as I quickly get up and start getting ready. "Don't worry about packing, someone will be here soon to pack up our things and send them home. Just get dress and let's go." Jack says making me move faster. I want to hear what Birdie has to say.

Jack got us a private plane to get us home faster which was amazing but it was also getting more and more real knowing we were going to listen to Birdie confess. "Now, this is a two way mirror, you can see her and hear what she has to say but she won't see or hear you. She has no idea you two are here." A police officer told us as we sat behind a mirror seeing a detective sitting with his back turn to us. I grab Jack's hand making him look at me, "Are you alright?" I ask but he didn't say anything, he just looked back at the mirror as we hear a door open. Walking in handcuffed with Birdie. She was wearing a gray shirt with some matching baggy gray sweats with white shoes, I would of never thought I would live to see the day that Birdie Lou would be wearing gray.

"State your name fo that record please miss." The detective says making Birdie roll her eyes, "Lou Birdie." Birdie says places her hands on the table still cuffed, "Do we really need these? It's not like I can kill you." Birdie says. "Poor choice of words Lou-San. Now tell me what happened on December 20th." The detective ask making Birdie lend back in her chair. "On December 20th, my boyfriend and I..." "And who is your boyfriend?" The detective interrupted. Birdie narrowed her eyes, "Fujitsu Roxas." "And who is Fujitsu Roxas to the Fujitsu's family?" He ask. "His Fujitsu's nephew and Fujitsu Jack's cousin." Birdie answered. "Please continue."

Birdie sighed, "Roxas and I saw Fujitsu Jack's car at the hospital. Roxas for weeks wanted to hurt Jack, and honestly I think he had a little thing for Jack's maid which I really don't care for." "And who is Fujitsu's maid?" The detective ask. "Jesus, Moon Elsa. She's also Jack's soon to be wife." "So you didn't like her because she started to date Fujitsu?" Detective ask making Birdie hit the table hard, "She took my life! I was support to be Jack's wife! I was support to have half of everything he had!" I feel Jack tighten his grip on my hand. He knew Birdie was using him but I knew it much of hurt him to hear her say it out loud.

"So you wanted to have Jack's money but Roxas as a lover?" The detective asking but she shook her head, "No, the plan was to make Jack work himself sick or even to death and then marry Roxas who would finally run to company like he was supposed too." "But with Moon Elsa in the picture now, you couldn't have that huh?" The detective ask making her smirk, "Well are you smart." She hissed. "You wanted to kill her?" But she shook her head, "No, I didn't want to kill her, I just wanted her to... Go away." She moved her hands to her lap.

"But like I said, Roxas had a thing for her, said he wanted to keep her close so when the time was right, he could go in for the kill." Birdie said and I feel my eyes widen as I remember the night I fell in the koi pond... No I didn't fall in... "Jack." I say as he looks at me, "I don't think you remember but... A month ago, I fell into your koi pond and blacked out. I couldn't remember what happened until now." I say making him raise an eyebrow, "Elsa what..." "I don't think I fell in, no, I know I didn't fall in. I was talking to Roxas that night... He pushed me in." I see Jack's eyes go dark. "He said the same thing to me that he said to Birdie..." I say as we both look back at Birdie. "Is Roxas in custody?" Jack ask the cop that was in the room with us. Before the officer could answer, we heard the detective clear his throat.

"Was it yours or Fujitsu Roxas to cut Fujitsu Jack's breaks?" The detective ask. "It was Roxas' idea." "What happened on December 20th then?" He ask again. "We followed Jack to a hospital, we knew he was picking up Elsa there." "How?" He ask. "Because we were following him all night. Waiting for a time for both of them to be together. When Jack finally left the car, we made our move." I could tell she was getting uncomfortable. "I helped Roxas break into the car while he cut the breaks, I wanted to cut Elsa's seatbelt too but we ran out of time as they came out."

I see a small smirk go on her face, "We saw the whole thing. Watching Jack's car roll, half of me was worried he got killed. But no, he survived, but so did Elsa." She puts her hands back on the table, "I thought, with Jack in a coma, Roxas and I could finally get everything we deserved but... Jack woke up. So Roxas plan went out the window but I thought at less plan A would work with him not remember Elsa." I see her hands go into a fist, "But that stupid... Bitch has that ring. And he knew I was lying..." I look down at my ring, did this ring really save Jack's life?

"So, what was your plan now?" The detective ask making Birdie look down, "There was not other plan. Roxas and I were going to leave Japan, until you came knocking on my door." She says as the detective pushed a piece of paper and a pen to Birdie. She looks at the paper before looking up at the detective, "Sign the bottom saying you confess to the attempted murder of Moon Elsa and Fujitsu Jack." The detective says as Birdie looks at the paper before she looks up, past the detective at the mirror.

It almost felt like she was looking right at my soul. "I don't regret trying to get rid of Elsa. I regret that it didn't work." She says smiles a little before she picks up the pen and signs the paper.

"Fujitsu Roxas' story almost matches up with Lou Birdie, of course some were changed but they both admit to cutting your breaks Fujitsu-Son." The detective that was questioning Birdie says as we sat in his office. "How long will they be in jail?" I ask. "Most likely life maybe even with some added years to that." The detective says as he lends in his chair, "But that is up to the judge." "And the court date?" Jack finally asking a question. He was quite after hearing what Birdie and Roxas did to us. But I can understand why, his ex girlfriend used him while his cousin tried to kill him and me. "It'll be in a few days but you two don't have to come. It's a close case, even the best lawyers in Japan can't get them out of this."

I didn't know what to say, was this really happening to us? I hear Jack move his chair as he stands as I join him. We bow to the detective saying our thanks before Jack takes my hand and pulls me out of the police station. I start to walk to Jack's car when he pulled my hand away form the car and keep walking. "Jack..." But with how he was walking, I knew he didn't want to talk, that he need to clear his head.

We kept walking letting the wind blow my hair listening to the cars pass us. It's strangers how life goes on, even after you find out that someone was trying to get rid of you only because you fell in love a millionaire's son. We start to walk in a park where we saw kids playing, screaming, enjoying life. Jack pulls me to a bench as we sat and watched families walking, people talking, eating lunch, enjoying life. I wish I knew what Jack was thinking but I didn't want to ask him. I watch a little boy and his sister started to go down a slide making me smile.

"I always wanted kids." I hear Jack say as I look at him. "I always wanted a boy and a girl. Birdie... Birdie never wanted kids. She hated them." Jack says as he looks over at me. "I want a boy and a girl too." I say as he moves his arms around me holding me close. "Do you have names picked out?" He ask as I nod, "For a boy, Harrison. For a girl Luna." I say making him squeeze my shoulder, "I like them." He says making me smile, "Are you okay?" I ask pulling back so I can look at his face.

His face was emotionless, the same look he would give me when he was hiding his feelings from me. "Since I woke up form my coma... I can honestly say I'm more then okay." He turns around facing me more as he places his hand on my cheek, "I have my company, my family and now... I have you." I put my hand on his closing my eyes. "You wanted to marry me before the accident, do you still want to?" I ask as he moves his hand off my cheek to my left hand. He looks up and locks eyes with me. I feel him start to slip the ring off my finger but I don't dare move. I don't know what his thinking but I try not to think the worse.

As the ring slips off, I watch as Jack goes down on one knee making me nervous laugh as I cover my mouth. "Elsa Moon, you have made these last few weeks magical, and Italy just made me realized how much I need you in my life. And after graduation, I want to marry you. I want you to become Elsa Frost-Fujitsu." He grabs my hand and re puts my ring on my finger. "Marry me." He orders making me laugh as I grab his face, "You can ask me a hundred times and I will always answer as yes." I say as I pull him up and kiss him with as much passion as I can. No matter what life throws at Jack and I, I know we'll always have each other, nothing will ever pull us apart.

Five Years Later

"Harrison! Harrison Frost slow down! Mama isn't young as she use to be." I yell as I chase after a four year old boy who looks just like his daddy. He stops as he turns to me and laughs, "Well maybe if you didn't have to carry sissy you won't be so slow." Harrison tease making me stick my tongue out at him before I grab his hand making him laugh. We start to walk up the stairs to Fujitsu's Games to see the family. It's been five years since Jack asked me to marry him, a year after we were married, Harrison was born and his been nothing but our pride and joy.

"Good afternoon Frost-Chan." I hear as we walk into the building making me nod, "Good afternoon." I say back as we go to the elevator. "Are we seeing daddy or grandpa first?" Harrison ask. "Whoever we run into first." I say as the elevator door open and the first person I see is Serena. "Auntie Serena!" Harrison screams as he runs behind the desk that Serena was sitting at and hugs her. "Harrison, it's so good to see you." She says as she looks up at me and smiles, "Well hello very pregnant Elsa." She laughs making me laugh, "Don't start with me Usagi or I'll have some choice words with your husband." I say as I gave her a hug.

After graduating, Serena went to America and moved in with her boyfriend now husband Chiba Mamour. After they both graduated from college, they moved back to Japan where Jack hired Serena to be his assistant while Mamour became a teacher teaching English. "How busy is my husband?" I ask making Serena shrug, "Not as busy as you would think. I think his talking to Fujitsu-Chan right now." She says making Harrison light up. "Mama! We can see both of them!" He says as he races off to Jack's offices. I sigh, "That boy keeps me on my toes." "And just think you'll be having another one in a few months." She laughed making me smile, she was right, we'll be having our next family member joining us in a few months.

"I better go get Harrison before he drives his grandfather insane." I say as I give her one more hug before waddling into Jack's office to see Haru holding Harrison. And next to him is Amy and Jack. "Oh Amy, I didn't know you were back in the city." I say as I walk over to her and hug her, "I just got back in today." She says as she takes Harrison away form her husband. "Mama, we got to see everyone." Harrison grinned making everyone laugh. "And now I'm taking you away." Amy says as she kisses Jack on the cheek, "Come now Haru, take your wife and grandson to lunch." Amy ordered making Haru smile as he watched Amy and Harrison walk out. "I will chase that girl to the end of the world." He says as he kisses my cheek, "We'll see you both and your family tonight for dinner?" Haru ask making me nod, "Yes sir. Anna and Kristoff will be a little late, they have to pick Ann Marie from school." I say making him nod before he leaves the room leaving Jack and I alone.

"Hello beautiful." Jack whispers as he wraps his arms around me. "Hello to you too." I say as he lowers himself down to my belly, "Hello Luna, have you been good to your mother today?" He ask making me laugh, "She's been kicking me all day..." I say only to see Jack smile, "Good, get all that kicking out." I couldn't help but roll my eyes as Jack takes my hand and we start to walk out of the office. "Serena I'm taking Elsa to lunch, why don't you take the rest of the day off and I'll see you tomorrow." Jack says as we walk by Serena's desk. She bows her head, "Thank you Jack." she says as she started to pack up as we reach the elevator.

"How is Anna and Kristoff doing?" Jack ask as we stop at sushi restaurant we had our first date at. "Wonderful. Kristoff's veterinary is busier then ever and Anna having her hands full with Ann Marie." I say as I drink my tea. "Is Ann Marie still liking dance class?" He ask making me nod, "Loving it." It's crazy how fast Anna and Kristoff got married, they got married a year after us and had Ann Marie about the same time we had Harrison. "And your parents?" Jack ask. "Well mom is bored now that she's retired, so you can guess how excited she is to have dinner tonight with everyone." I say.

"And I bet Victor is liking being in an office instead on the field huh?" Jack ask making me nod, "Less hours, more money and he can see my mother more." I say making Jack nod, "Just like your job." I say as locks eyes with me. "I mean, that's how we have little Luna coming to us soon." He says making my cheeks get red, "Jackson Frost you are so bad." I giggle but he gives me the smile that made me fall in love with him, that smile that never leaves his face.

"I say after Luna, we should go at it again." Jack teases making me roll my eyes, "Why did I marry you again?" I ask as he grabs my hand, "Because you like that I tease you." he says kissing my hand making me hot again. After all these years, he still knows how to make me blush. "What would you like to do now Elsa? My parents have Harrison, we have a few hours before we have to be at the house, what would you like?" He ask making me move my finger to my lips. Then I turn to him and smile, "I know just the place." I say as I take his hand and pull him outside.

"You sure we'll be back in time for dinner Elsa?" Jack as we walk up to Juliet's balcony in Italy. "We might be a few minutes late." I giggle, private planes were still the best way to travel. We walk down the hallway of letters to Juliet until we stop in front of two letters written by two young lovers. I grab my letter and hand it to Jack as I take his off. "I think it's time you know our love story." I say making him smile before he puts the letter back on the wall and wraps his arms around my waist, "That, was our old love story. This..." He looks down at the letter in my hand, "Is our love story now." He says as he pulls me on to the balcony.

He pushes me gently onto the bench as he grabs the letter out of my hand, "Allow me."

Jack's Letter

My love story isn't something you hear everyday. It started off with a coma, a kiss and ended with a ring. I woke up from a two week coma forgetting the last two years of my life. And in those lost two years, I was engaged to a woman. That woman, was who woke me up form my coma. While I was asleep, I could hear a sweet, angel like voice talking to me. I wanted to put a face to that voice, I wanted to wake up and meet this woman. I did everything I could to see that face, I even tried to image what she looked like. My dreams were nothing close to her beauty. Her kiss is what woke me up and she was more beautiful then I could of imaged. Snow white hair, and the deepest blue eyes I have ever seen.

She told me we were dating and I couldn't believe I was lucky enough to be dating this woman and I fell in love the momentI saw her. I wanted to get to know her better, to know her life, to know her dreams. I kept her around me, I didn't want her to leave my side. I found out that she went to high school together, that's how we meet, then she became my maid, that's how our relationship started. It stared with a girl who worked at a cosplay cafe, then became my maid to finally become my girlfriend. By the time anyone reads this, I hope we are married, and if you are reading this... I love you.

I feel tears start to go down my face as Jack finish reading his letter to me as he goes down to his knees. "I love you. You are the best thing that's ever happened to me. You gave me a home, a son, and love. If I could marry you again, I would." Jack says making me laugh as tears hit his hand. I go into his arms as he holds me, "I love you. I would marry you a million times." I say as he pulls back and kisses me. I don't know how a girl who worked in a cosplay cafe, whose life was not going nowhere could of gotten lucky enough to meet, fall in love with and then marry a man like Jack.

But I thank the stars everyday for giving me Jack and our beautiful life.
