Chapter 5: Like Mother, Like Son

I look at myself in the mirror and sigh, at less this outfit was longer then my old one. I put my hat on and look around Jack's room. I didn't even have a chance to check it out before I rushed in her to changed. His room was like a normal teenager room, messy and boyish. He had posters of cars in his room, his laptop on his desk along with some of his school books. I walk closer to see a lot of paperwork on his disk too that weren't school related.

I pick one up and look to see the Fujita's logo on it and I knew it was something to do with his work. I really wanted to read it, I wanted to see what he was working on. I could feel the curious cat on my shoulder whispering in my ear telling me to look at it. But I knew better, my father would kill me if I looked into someone private stuff. I put the file down and smiled to myself as I turn to see Jack standing in the doorway. One arm on the door way as he looked at me, with a grin on his face. I feel my body stiff up, how long was he there for? "Well, did you find what you were looking for?" He ask still grinding. I cross my arms over my chest, "I... I didn't look at it, I promise." I say.

I watch as Jack pushes off the doorway and walk to me, I was scared that he was going to get pissed at me. Jack stands in front of me and looks passed my shoulder and then back at me. "There was nothing for you to look at anyways, just some paperwork for my father." He says as he turns away from me and starts to walk out of the room. "Come on Elsa." He says as he turns to me, "I want a sandwich." He says and smiles at me again. I huff, "That is the most sexists thing I've ever heard." I say as he started to laugh, "And yet, it is super funny."

I could tell he was joking, that smile told it all. "But honestly, I really am hungry, could you make me some food? Please?" He ask his voice going sweet making me smile a little, "Sure." I say as I go past him but stop in the doorway right next to him, "Master Jack." I whisper and I see his cheeks get red again and he turns away. I giggle a little as I walk into the kitchen and start to make whatever I can find in the fridge which... Wasn't much. "Do you not go shopping?"

I turn to see that Jack had go back into his room and grab his laptop. "Oh, I guess Roni hasn't stop by to fill the fridge up yet. I'm sorry about that." Jack said as he sat at the table and open his laptop. "Then, would you like me to try and make something else for you? I mean you have..." I look back in the fridge, "Some chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. I can make a mean buffalo chicken pasta." I say as I turn back to Jack and feels my cheeks get red, while I wasn't looking, Jack put on some reading glasses and it just made him so much hotter.

"Will that be ready by lunch?" He ask making me remember what I was doing and reminding myself that Jack Frost isn't hot, or sexy or anything. He was my boss, a man who had paid for hospital, that's it. I clear my throat, "Umm yes, yes it will be. I'll get it started right now." I say quickly as I start to look around for pots, the noodles and everything else I need to make lunch. I find everything, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, his kitchen wasn't huge. I start to prepare my chicken and get it in the oven. While that was cooking, I look a little more in the fridge to see some greens, easy enough to make a salad.

It was way to quite in here, all I can hear is Jack typing and me cutting up some lettuce. I turn to Jack to see him so comfortable in his environment. "Umm. Master Jack?" I say making me him stiffing up before he turns his head to me, "Umm, yes Elsa?" He ask, his cheeks were red again, god it's fun to tease him finally. "Can you maybe put on some music? It's way to quite in here." I say. "Music huh? Sure." Jack says as I see him turn back to his laptop I'm guessing to open up his ITunes. We wait as I hear some Lindsey Stirling start to play.

"Lindsey Stirling huh?" I ask as I start to cut again. "Hey, don't judge me, she makes great music." I hear Jack making me giggle, "I'm not judging, I like her music too. It relaxes me." I say. "Yeah, me too." I barley hear Jack say making me guess he didn't want me to hear it so I chose not to say anything. We sat in silents for awhile, Jack was working while I made his salad. I put the lettuce in a bowl while I put some chopped olives, sunflower seeds with just a little bit of red vinegar on top.

"Here." I say as I place the salad in front of Jack making him look at me. "You need to eat some greens." I say as Jack takes his glasses off and rubs his eyes, "Geez I know I said you need to take care of me but I didn't think you'd go this far." He says as I push his laptop close, "I'm just doing my job, Master Jack." I smirk as I turn to walk away before I feel someone grab my hand. I turn my head to see Jack holding my hand but not looking at me, "Please... Please stop calling me that." Jack bags making me hold my breath, I've never seen him like this before.

"Call you what?" I ask even though I knew what he was talking about. Finally he looks at me and I couldn't believe how he was looking at me. His hair was covering one eye and he looked like he was going to break soon. "Please stop calling me Master Jack, I can't take it anymore." He says. Who was this man? This is not the Jack I go to school with at all. I gave me a small smile as I feel him let go of my hand, "Alright Jack, I'll stop." I say as I go back to the oven. "God that might be worse." I hear Jack whisper again making me do a small laugh to myself, whatever I was doing, was really driving him crazy.

I finally finish making lunch for Jack and finish cleaning up the kitchen, the dishes and even put away all his food that his food delivery girl Roni dropped off. I started to clean the living room as Jack went into his room leaving me alone but I didn't mind, it felt like he was looking at me the whole time I was cleaning which made it really hard to clean. I finish dusting the whole living room when I heard a knock at the door, just great. I put the towel over my shoulder and walk to the door and open it to see a female version of Jack.

A woman with long blonde hair with a few sliver pieces in it, light blue eyes that are slowly turning gray with age. But even with the sliver and gray, she looked like she was still in her late 30's. I watch as the woman looks me up and down before she crosses her arms over her chest, "Well, what has my son done this time?" The woman ask as I feel the door open more and a presents behind me. "Mother, I didn't know you were back in town." I hear behind me as I look up to see Jack looking at his mother.

"I thought I'd surprise you and your father." She says as I step aside and let her in. "Well... You did." Jack says as he closes the door and looks at me, "Elsa, you did great today. Why don't we call it a day?" Jack says as I bow and start to grab my things when I hear someone clear their throat, "Actually, I would like to meet your friend Jackson." Jack's mother says as she raises her hand out to me, "I'm Amy Fujita, it's nice to meet you." I grab her hand and shake it, "Moon Elsa." I say making Amy gasp, "Damn I forgot it's last name first then first name." Amy sighs before she places her hand on her head, "I've been in the States to long I guess if I forgot my manners. You're father would be so upset."

Amy Fujita was nothing like I thought she'd be. She almost acted like a teenager. I see Jack from the corner of my eye as he walked over to the sit next to his mother and joined her. I see him lock eyes with me and then at the chair next to me. I knew what he was telling me as I sat down. "So Elsa, who are you to my son?" Amy ask making Jack put his hand on his face and my cheeks get red, "Me? Oh, I'm a friend from school." I say with a smile. I see her raise an eyebrow, "Right and if I remember correctly, that's not the school uniform." Oh my god, I forgot about my about uniform!

I quickly cover my chest and do a nervous laugh, "Umm well this... um..." What was I support to say!? "She's my maid mother." I hear Jack say making us both look at him. "Elsa is paying me back for something so we agreed she'd be my maid until she pays me back. I picked out the uniform, it was meant to be a joke but honestly, I kind of like seeing her in it." Again my face gets hot, I wish he would just not talk to me like that and in front of his mother!
Amy looks back at me and the smiles, "Really now, hmm, you don't do that much son. She must be special." "Me? Special!? Ha no I'm just, you know a stupid American..." I say making her raise an eyebrow, I forgot she is from America.. "I'm not saying your a stupid American I mean you married the worlds riches man and..." Oh god I'm rambling! What is wrong with me? I can't tell what Amy is thinking, her face is not saying much which is really making me nervous. Jack's face on the other hand was telling me everything, that I'm an idiot.

Finally I see a smile on Amy's face, "I like her Jack." She says before she stand making Jack and I stand with her. She turns to her son as she gives him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. As she pulls away and starts to walk to the door she stops and looks at us again, "Invite her tonight." she says. "Wait... Mother are you.." "Don't sassy me Jackson, invite her tonight. And send her with Angel to get her a dress." She says making Jack bow, what the hell were they talking about? I see Amy look at me again and she bows making me follow, "Elsa-Chan, I'll see you tonight." She says as she opens the door and walks out.

I quickly turn to Jack and glare at him, "What was that!? What is happening tonight and what did you get me into?" I ask punch him in the chest making him flinch. "It's the Shichi-go-san." He says making me confused, my Japanese isn't very good. "Can you say that maybe in... English?" I ask making Jack laugh, "It's the 7-5-3 Festival." Right, I've heard of that, it's a coming to age for children of 3, 5, and 7. "So what are you finally coming to age at eighteen?" I see him smile a little, "No but... My sister is." He says.

Sister? Jack has a sister? I was about to ask when Jack pulls out his phone and shows me a picture of a cute little Japanese girl with long dark hair and brown eyes, she almost looks like her father. "This is Emma. She's just turned 7 a month ago, she's been waiting all year to dress up and go the the shrine." Jack says as he take his phone back and put it away. "I... I didn't know you had a sister." I say making him smile, "I told you Elsa, I keep this life a secret from everyone. Which is why I need it to stay a secret, I don't need people being fake friends to Emma, she's to... Innocent for that." He say his voice almost sounding hurt.

"Has that happen to you Jack?" I ask making him shake his head, "It's nothing." He says but I can tell in his voice, it was something serious but he also didn't want to talk about it either. As fast as that sad, hurt look was there, it was quickly gone and that smile was back on his face. "Now, I'm going to call Angel and have him meet you out front so you can go pick up a dress for tonight." He says as he starts to pull his phone out again. "Wait, one, Angel is a guy? And two, shouldn't I wear a Kimono?" I ask.

Before Jack answers my questions, he starts to talk on the phone, "Hey Angel it's Jack. Yes I know it's been awhile. Listen Angel, I need you to meet a girl out front, her name is Elsa and she..." Jack looks back at me, "She has long beautiful blonde white hair with some incredible blue eyes." Jack says making me turn away from him huffing more at the fact that I was blushing again. "I need you to get her a dress." He waits a while and then nods, "You're the best Angel." Jack says as he hangs up and looks back at me, "What were you questions again?"

I roll my eyes, "Is Angel a guy and shouldn't I wear a Kimono? I have one of those no need to waste your money on getting me one." I say even though my Kimono was like five years old and most likely not fit me anymore. But Jack just shakes his head, "Yes Angel is a guy, but he has the best fashion scenes then any girl I've meet and no you can't wear a Kimono, only Emma wants to wear a Kimono and what wants she gets, in the most part." Jack says making it sound like she isn't spoiled.

I sigh, "Okay fine I'll do this but... I still don't know why I'm coming." I say as Jack starts to push me to his room. "My mother wants you there and you don't say no to my mother. Now go change." He says as he pushes me in the room and starts to close the door. "Oh one more thing, I would come with you to see you try on dresses but only family is allowed in the shrine." I nod I can understand that. "So when should I get back here? You know the bus stop running after like 9."

I sigh jack sigh, "Like you don't know I won't pick you up. I'll be picking you up at six." Jack says before he closes the door leaving me alone with my thoughts.

Hey guys! I got another update up! Which I will be feeling this in the morning when I have to wake up at like 7:30 with my son. Ugh going to be a coffee day tomorrow but so worth it!
