sloane, the cast and crew were currently outside chatting. another day of filming out of the way. it was inching to the beetlejuice beetlejuice world premiere that sloane is so excited for. life still doesn't feel real. she has worked with the great tim burton on wednesday now beetlejuice beetlejuice. she still can't believe it.

the press tour stops have been the absolute highlight of her entire year. she loves meeting fans, chatting with them and getting to know them. it never has been an overwhelming thing for her. she has always enjoyed interacting with her fans.

"girl let me tell you, your stylist enrique deserves a whole RAISE!" kelise playfully pushed sloane who giggled nervously

finneas bobbed his head profusely, "definitely!" they all have been keeping up with this press tour. sloane's entire team has been keeping her looking amazing per usual. all of her outfits have matched the aesthetic of the movie quite perfectly.

"they definitely have all gotten a raise and deservingly so—-" suddenly sloane saw nothing but pure blackness as someone's hands covered her eyes. "guess who?" the person said, she smiled brightly knowing that british accent from a mile away. archie removed his hands stepping back so sloane could stand up.

she scoffed as they hugged each other with emma, kelsie and finneas smirking, "what are you doing here?!" she asked happy to see him

archie and her broke away from each other with him chuckling away stuttering, "i um—-" his eyes glanced over at the three stooges who were looking anywhere but at sloane who sighed.

"dumb, dumber and the big dummy. do you have have something you want to reveal to me?" she asked in all seriousness with crossed arms

they all exchanged looks sighing simultaneously standing up from their chairs, "look we figured you missed him." emma attested

"and he just got done with his alien: romulus press tour!" finneas added with reasoning. "so we invited him out for a few days so you guys could spend some time together." kelsie informed playfully hit sloane in the stomach

sloane just smiled at them thinking how did she get so lucky to have amazing friends such as these three. "okay! what do you say we guys go get ready then go out for dinner?" sloane suggested with everyone on board with it.

"we'll meet at your cabin?" finneas asked for clarification. sloane nodded, "absolutely!"

with that they all went their separate ways. archie and sloane walked side by side running into ryan who looked happy seeing sloane. but his facial expression changed when he saw the man standing beside her

"what are you all happy about?!" sloane asked hitting his arm but ryan didn't crack a smile. he was staring archie down as if he was ready to annihilate him

he turned his attention to sloane, "i'll tell you later." ryan cleared his throat, "who is this?"

"oh um ryan this is my friend archie!" sloane nicely introduced them to each other. archie smiled extending his arm out, "nice to meet ya mate."

archie reminded ryan of barry who he still cannot stand. ryan chuckled, "yeah, nice to meet you too. sloane i'll see you later." ryan claimed walking away from them

"did i say somethin' wrong?" archie asked puzzled by what just happened.

sloane exhaled patting him on the back, the two of them started heading to her cabin, "just ignore him. he probably is in one of those moods of his."

when they got to the cabin, archie took a shower in the bathroom downstairs while sloane got ready upstairs in her room. when she got done getting ready she headed downstairs into the living starting to read cuckoo, which she is just about done reading

after awhile, archie walked down the hallway going to sit by sloane. he was looking absolutely dashing wearing a loose black shirt with some baggy blue jeans along with a pair of prada loafers. his hair done up all nice but it always looks gorgeous. two sliver cuffed earrings hung amongst his right ear

he smelled like wooden oak mixed with pink pepper and patchouli. him and sloane had a ton space from each other. "so are you happy i came?" archie started up a conversation

sloane nodded, "of course i am, why wouldn't i be?" she asked closing her book giving him her full, divided attention

archie shrugged, "you seemed kind of taken back hearing that i'll be here for a few days." even though archie and sloane have only been talking for a few months he has figured her out so far. he can tell whenever she is upset or something is wrong. and by her body language it was obvious something is on her mind

she sighed knowing she was caught red handed, "i'm not taken back by it at all. it's just that...." she nervously bit her lip starting to fiddle her fingers

"my mom will be here monday and i don't want you meeting her." sloane bluntly said not holding back.

archie frowned, "w-why not?" he chuckled

sloane explained, "my mother will ponder you with questions, will want to know everything about you after a single conversation and her expectations are overly inadequate."

sigoruney has had high expectations for her only child since before she was born. only wanting the best for her daughter. she doesn't expect whoever she dates to be perfect but she doesn't want some loser dating her kid. plus sloane has had multiple instances where guys have only attempted to date her or talk to her just because of her last name.

she has tried talking to all different kinds of guys. musicians. regular guys who aren't famous. actors. athletes. the whole nine. but it never has worked out, one main reason being sloane isn't the best with showing emotions or communicating her feelings. just the thought of loving another human being makes her sick and she doesn't know why.

"she can ask me anything she wants, i have no problem with it." archie shrugged

sloane scoffed, "i promise you that you won't be singing that same tune if you meet her monday."

he scooted over closer to her wrapping his arm around her shoulder, "all that matters is that i like you and you like me. don't stress about it, everything will work out the way it is supposed too."

sloane sighed softly looking at him, "okay." she sighed. archie smiled at her gently leave a kiss on the bridge of her nose, she grinned. archie is the sweetest. could have any girl he wants. sloane catches herself asking at times... why me?

she wasn't able to be lost in her thoughts because kelsie rang the doorbell. the two stood up getting ready to go out with her friends for the night
