vanityfair @sloaneweaversimpson has been in the industry since she was six years old but got her big break for her role in Tim Burton's 'Wednesday'. The actress gained sixty million followers in the span of two weeks after the show was released on Netflix.

"There definitely was some kind of shift within my life during the release of Wednesday. I could feel it and so could the rest of my friends. I knew life wouldn't be the same after seeing how much exposure the show got."

Sloane discussed how she feels about the term nepotism and being a 'Nepo Baby' in Hollywood.

"I acknowledge my nepotism one hundred percent and I know that majority of my opportunities come because of who my mother is. I'll never stray away from that but I love what I do. I try perfecting my craft as much as possible. I hate wasting others time and feeling as if I take opportunities away from others. But I take being an actress serious and will continue too."

7:30 a.m

sloane was knocked out into her bed. her cold silk sheets touching her soft and supple skin. the air was running through the entire house. her shades were closed making it dark in her room, she was sleeping good

her phone had been ringing off the hook for the past thirty minutes. but after that tenth phone call is when she shot up from her bed. she rubbed her eyes groggily getting her phone off the charger to see that it was kelsie calling her

she quickly answered groaning loudly, "what is it?" she asked sounding grumpy but kelise ignored it knowing sloane isn't a morning person at all

"where the heck are you?? everyone is waiting!!" kelsie yelled clearly panicking. sloane widened her eyes completely forgetting about the chemistry read. she jumped off the bed rushing into her bathroom, "i'll be there soon!!"

"sloane this is not—-" sloane immediately hung up, stripped out of her clothes jumping into the shower turning the hot water on. she rinsed her mouth with mouthwash, brushed her teeth then took a ten minute shower due to how fast of a rush she was in.

when she got out, she dried off then pulled a random outfit together which consisted of a white and black striped long sleeve shirt, some baggy jnco jeans and some doc martens. she quickly brushed her damp hair then grabbed her purse, the script along with her car keys running out of her house. she sprinted to her car then put the address into the gps speeding off.

luckily the location was only seven minutes away. sloane eventually found a parking spot and ran inside the building in a hurry. the building was enormous but she remembered kelsie saying they would be on the first floor in an auditorium. she looked around seeing a sign pointing to the auditorium, she quickly bursted through the doors bumping into someone. something cold and wet hit sloane along with somebody else's shirt.

"shit!" she heard somebody yell. she was looking at the floor seeing a paperboard drinking carrier along with multiple cups of coffee splattered all around the floor. the drinks splattered onto both of their shoes

"maybe you should watch where you are going." she heard a man say, she immediately whipped her head up to see the lovely ryan reynolds standing in front of her. he was way taller than her and was practically towering over her

sloane scoffed, "excuse me?" she asked taken back by the attitude he had

"i said watch where you are going plus you are late. we don't have all day to be waiting on you." ryan retorted with the nastiest attitude

"you know what—-" kelsie ran over with the speed of lightning grabbing sloane's hand escorting her to the ladies restroom that was nearby. she was saving sloane from going off and making herself look bad.

she didn't notice that lila the director along with finneas and emma were sitting in the seats. plus the casting directors were too along with ryan reynolds wife, blake lively. she came to her husbands aid after kelsie practically dragged sloane away

"who the fuck does he think he is?!" sloane asked as she stormed into the bathroom. kelsie checked all the stalls making sure nobody was in the bathroom with them

"sloane." kelsie called out as she began pacing back and forth. "he didn't even give me a chance to apologize!! what an asshole." sloane yelled out in frustration. she ran her fingers through her hair

kelsie grabbed her arms making her stand still, "calm down. you are here for a chemistry read. you're here to show off your talent. don't let him get to you."

sloane took a deep breath in exhaling immediately calming down. her tense shoulders remained back to their calmness. her jaw began to unclench. "you're right." she soothed

emma walked into the bathroom with a clean shirt, "hi! um i don't mean to interrupt but i figured you wanted a new shirt." emma stuck her hand out giving a smile to sloane who kindly took the shirt

she smiled back, "thanks emma." the two embraced each other hugging tightly. emma rubbed her back, "you're welcome, whenever you guys are ready." she informed them quietly leaving the bathroom

kelsie tucked her hair behind her ears, "get changed. i'll be right outside."

sloane quickly changed shirts then cleaned the sticky coffee off her arms and hands. she then walked about walking side by side with kelsie. everyone was chatting amongst themselves. sloane slowly approached everyone with her eyes meeting with finneas who stood up to greet his friend.

"hey, how are you?" he asked pulling her into a friendly hug. "better now." the two of them chuckled

when they broke away from each other, finneas looked at her with a shrug, "don't even let him get to you."

"i'm not but i'm really sorry for being late. my alarm didn't go off and—-"

"don't even worry about it. no big deal." finneas assured her. lila the director came up kindly giving an introduction, "it's so lovely to meet you. i'm honored that you will be starring in this movie." lila complimented

sloane smiled brightly, "thank you so much. i'm so happy to be apart of this. i absolutely love causeway, it was such a beautiful film."

lila was so taken back by sloane watching her film. she also couldn't believe how sweet and humble she is. "thank you! wow i wouldn't have ever guessed that you would watch it." lila exclaimed

sloane chuckled, "why would you think that i would———-" they were immediately cut off by someone clapping

"alright let's get this over with. we have places to be." ryan said walking with blake, the married couple was holding hands. lila looked over at them then exchanged looks with finneas and emma who just simply nodded.

"alright you two, let's get started!" nina one of the casting directors announced. ryan was already up on the stage, with his stylist fixing his shirt. sloane stayed silent but had a bad feeling about being casted with him. she could already tell what kind of celebrity he is

"is she gonna go on stage or what?" blake groaned. sloane tilted her head slightly looking at her then back at kelsie. she pointed at herself, "is she talking about me?" sloane asked with a laugh

kelsie whispered in her ear, "just ignore her. get up there and knock 'em dead." she playfully pushed sloane who rolled her eyes going up on the stage. not even paying attention to ryan, sloane cracked her knuckles and her neck not giving two shits. ryan scoffed out of pure disgust

"oh Lord..." finneas mumbled. emma winced, "this.. this is not going to go well." she confirmed  with finneas almost instantly agreeing

"okay guys let's start from the top. your first interaction together in the script. i just want you guys to read a few lines to each other. we want to get a feel for what kind of vibe we will have before production." lila reminded everyone

the two actors stood far away from each other looking forward. both side eyeing each other quickly. it was quiet as hell, nobody said anything. it felt awkward and made the experience awkward for everyone involved.

"i need you guys to at least look at each other, please." nina says in the nicest way possible. eventually the two looked at each other.

"okay perfect and action!" nina yelled

"how have you been doing lately considering all things?" sloane asked in a serious tone. she kept eye contact with ryan

he shrugged, "not good to be quite honest." he said dryly. sloane could feel attitude in his voice which pissed her off but she kept going

"mean either, i think that—-"

"can i interject?" everyone sitting in the audience turned around to see blake raising her hand like a little schoolgirl. "i think maybe she needs to add some more energy. it feels like she is just trying to push through and not putting in any effort." blake insisted

"i think she is doing great." finneas defended with a warm smile. "she is doing wonderful." kelsie said getting very defensive. "yeah she is doing just fine." emma added with sass

blake ignored them turning her attention over to the director, "lila what do you think?"

"let's let them finish before giving any constructive criticism." she smiled softly

"so you disagree with me?" blake asked perplexed. everyone grew quiet not even thinking about talking back. "i do." sloane spoke up. everyone turned their attention to her with finneas and emma both mumbling, "oh shit."

"and why is that?" ryan asked but blake quickly intervened, "no it's okay. why do you disagree sloan?" blake chuckled

sloane smiled deviously, "it's sloane and i disagree because your husband is the one up here half assing this chemistry read."

blake didn't say anything. she just laughed as ryan spoke up, "maybe i'm half assing because you showed up late. nepo babies like you are ruining this industry as a whole." he insulted

she scoffed, "nepo babies like me?" she repeated. there was no way this is happening right now, she thought in her head.

"yes nepo babies like you. the ones who are only in this industry because they know they'll easily get roles just due to their last name. not even caring the slightest bit about acting as a whole."

"and what about you?" sloane asked shrugging her shoulders then laughing wholeheartedly, "from what i have heard you play the same fucking role in every movie that you do."

finneas and emma had their jaws on the floor, "fyi playing the same role in every film won't get you an oscar nomination mr. deadpool." sloane leaned forward giving him a cheeky smile

"we are out of here." blake announced sounding angry. ryan stormed down the stage walking over to his wife. both angrily walked out of the building

nina exhaled, "maybe we should have went with barry or tom." she began regretting not choosing one of them

they all knew they were in for hell sooner or later....
