Asta was taught from a young age, and from being around other warrior's children, how to fight with and without weapons. She isn't the best but she is enough to be one of the best warriors under Gunn.

She is an agile warrior thanks to her slim body and her childhood and training. Also Asta can be quick from intense training from her father and having more endurance.

Asta is also an acrobat by learning how to use her nimble body of hers and how to use it with a fight as a new technique. She can move her body fluidly and without pain.

Her connection to Hynk as a dragon lady and her own draconic blood, she can withstand fire and fire's heat without have any injuries, pain or burns. This is also taken from her father's side. However she doesn't have that much power from her mother's earth side.
