Katniss P.O.V

Katniss opened her eyes and tried to adjust to the bright light shining in her eyes. There was a flashlight aimed at her. She was tied to a bed and there were machines next to her, producing a buzzing sound. Katniss' ears were ringing from the sound but there was nothing she could do about it. She looked down to see blood flowing through a pipe. 

She shrieked when she saw the the source of the blood was her body. The memories hit her. The white room, the guy. Quantimanium. The psychopaths were extracting Quantimanium out of her body. She tried to free her wrists but they were tied with a metal band. She was trapped. The only way out of here was death. Just as she accepted her fate, the doors bust open. She could see a guy and a girl punching the doctors standing in the room from her peripheral vision. 

"We need to get the girl into a safe room." She heard one of the nurses say. She squirmed as she felt herself being lifted off the bed. Somebody was trying to save me and here I am being taken away, she thought. Her hands were now free so she took this to her advantage. Katniss threw a punch at the doctor who was holding her in his arms. The doctor let out a groan in pain, dropping Katniss on the floor. She hissed, feeling pain in her back. 

Katniss was feeling weak but she tried to get up before the other nurses reached her. There were total 6 nurses and 2 doctors. 1 doctor and 4 nurses were down while the others kept fighting. Katniss saw a nurse coming her way. She got ready to punch her but stopped when she saw the guy's face. It was Dylan. 

"KATNISS, BEHIND YOU!" Dylan screamed. She turned around and got punched on the face. 

"Oww." She groaned before falling to the ground. She felt a pair of arms dragging her towards the door. She tried kicking her feet but got injected with a liquid, making her feel drowsy. The last thing she saw was Dylan's face before she felt her eyes close.

Dylan's P.O.V

Dylan and Victoria neared the location of the Hives last whereabouts. It was an abandoned warehouse. Black smoke rose from its chimney, making small black clouds in the sky. The smoke proved that someone was using this warehouse. Dylan parked the car at a distance and they got out. The tiptoed 'till they reached the entrance of the warehouse.

"Get ready for some kicking." Dylan said before attacking the watchmen.

"Wha..?" Victoria asked but got interrupted by a man throwing a punch her way. She locked herself and kicked him in the stomach. The man fell down.

"Did you see THAT?" Vic exclaimed, pointing to the unconscious man.

"Pretty awesome. Didn't know you had it in you." Dylan smiled.

"I know, right?" Victoria flipped her black hair over her shoulder, clearly feeling proud of herself. Dylan entered the warehouse, followed by Vic.

The interior of the warehouse was clean despite the dirty exterior. The walls were white and so were the floor tiles. 

"Who owns this place?" Vic asked earning a shrug from Dylan. The checked every room while running the hallways. Every room was the same. White walls and empty.

"This place is empty." Victoria said.

"No, the watchmen wouldn't be guarding it if they had nothing to hide." Dylan replied back before they had a scream. They ran towards the direction of the scream and saw that it was coming from a room behind closed doors. Dylan kicked the door open, revealing a man standing next to a lady tied to a chair. Dylan ran towards the lady, in hope of her being Dylan's mother, but it was someone else.

"Please help me." She said to Dylan. Dylan took out his gun and aimed it at the man. The man put his hands up, accepting defeat. Meanwhile, Victoria cut open the ropes and let her free. Dylan ordered the man to sit down and tied his wrists with the same rope. Then, Dylan smirked.

"How does it feel to find the tables turned?" He asked before running off with Victoria. They ran into the next hallway but reached a dead end.

"What do we do now?" Victoria asked, leaning against the wall. Just then, the wall shifted, revealing another room. 

"You're a genius, Vic!" Dylan exclaimed before entering the room. Victoria smiled back and followed him in. This room was empty as well but there was a door to the room's far end. Victoria stood on her tip toe, trying to get a good view through the window before she screamed.

"IT'S KAT! There's a lot of b-blood. Hurry!" Victoria panicked and tried opening the door but it was locked. Dylan struggled to pick the lock but the door wouldn't budge. Then, he kicked it. Victoria stood there still.

"On the count of three. We'll do it together." She said when the door wouldn't open. Dylan agreed.

"One, two and THREE!" They both said together, before kicking the door open. There were a few nurses and two doctors operating on Katniss. One doctor stayed with her while the rest ran towards them. Dylan started a fight, punching and kicking them when they came in his way. He earned a few kicks and punched, himself. Victoria took her gun out and shot two nurses. She saw Katniss get up and punch one of the doctors, then she fell to the floor. 

Katniss was about to throw another punch before she saw Dylan and screamed his name. One of the nurses, took her distraction to her advantage before she injected Katniss with something and dragged her out of the room. Dylan was in the middle of a fight with another nurse before the room swarmed with many men, each having a gun of their own. Dylan and Victoria raised their hands, accepting defeat as they were clearly outnumbered. The men handcuffed both of them and took them into another room, before they each got injected with a liquid, causing them to drift off into a deep slumber.
