Luke ,  Emily ,  Rory all appear at Seattle Grace Hospital as the Chief Of Staff Bailey hands them a few letters ..

Luke realizes what is going on ..
he looks at the empty hospital room his wife Lorelli was staying in while doing her chemo therapy ..tears flow while he reads the letter left behind ..

Luke ,  i will always cherish our time together .
I need to fight this cancer alone ..
Its not Goodbye ,  just
Goodbye For Now !

Rory is emotional reading her letter ..
Hey kiddo you got this !
I am extremely proud to be your mom & i know theres lots of learning still ahead for all of us..
Keep your family safe till i can regroup & return to you in a much better form .
