Rory was enjoying the sights of Seattle , while thinking of celebrating Halloween with her boyfriend Jessie .

The town was decorated for a hauntingly fun time ..

Over at Seattle Grace

Memorial Hospital ..

2 doctors are making out in a empty hospital room ignoring their pagers that keep going off ..

" Alex Karev , we gotta stop ! "

He replies amidst their love making

" You feel too good for me to stop now but if that's what you really want ? " he asks teasingly ..

The blonde haired doctor shakes her head in disbelief ..

" No don't stop ! "

The doctor called Meredith Grey searches aimlessly around the halls for somebody as she encounters Dr. Jackson Avery

" Who are you looking for this bright early morning ? " he asks curiously

" My sister Lexie ..

have you seen her by chance ?! "

demands Meredith

Jackson shrugs , slightly pointing to room 27 ..

" Follow the moans ! "

Elsewhere ..

Luke is beside himself ..

as he watches the doctors rush into keeping Lorelli back on track ..

Emily Gilmore is arriving on scene ..

" Oh my goodness , what's going on ?! " she demands

" The chemo is rejecting your daughters cancer filled body ! "

reveals Luke with TEARS streaming down his face ..

Back downtown ..

Rory is checking out halloween costumes inside a store only to witness Jessie & his ex lover in a compromising position ..

she gets upset that she walks out hurt and angry she doesn't see him reject her and threatening to call the cops on her ..

' Don't ever kiss me again ..

Or so help me I will press charges against you Rose ! " vows Jessie

Rose sneers ..

" You wouldn't put a pregnant woman behind bars would you especially when the baby's is Logens ?! " she demands

Meanwhile ..

Rory decides to throw caution to the wind and kisses a hunky doctor ..

Which just happens to be ..

Karev !!!
