Spider Man's POV.

Stacey was kind of like my firework.
Lighting up my life with joy only to leave me sad and broken when the light was gone.

Without her I feel broke like half of me is gone and I've got no hand to hold.

I just stood by the shore, looking at the small ledge in the middle of the water where Element (Stacey) used to spend hours just meditating and being in perfect harmony with the elements.

I felt a strong yet firm and gentle hand grip my shoulder.
"I miss her to".
I immediately recognized the owner of the hand and voice to be Cap.

Cap was Stacey's adoptive dad.
We'd both spent the past decade grieving over her together more than the others ever did.

"Without her...
We're just a sad song." Cap said quoting one of Element's songs with a small sad smile as he removed his hand from my shoulder and joined me by my side.
"I know that sounds kinda cheesy but... I don't know. Stacey would always sing that song. It kinda fits"
I nodded.

"Spider Man, you are required at head quartets".
Fury popped up on my intercom.
I sighed.
"I've gotta go cap."

"Spidey" I heard Cap call me.
I looked back at him.
"Be quick about it. We've got a new mission with the Avengers later. Something involving Gotham"
