DUCK!

(I'm sorry, I had this idea and I couldn't get rid of it... I'm sorry in advance.)

The first Acnologia, Anna, and Serena were all running through the forest as fast a humanly possible.

"Where are we going!?" Anna demanded.

"NO CLUE!" the first called back.

There was an explosion off to their left.

"Not that way!" the first called turning right.

He jumped over a log and was then hit full force with a magic attack, he crashed into the ground in front of Anna and Serena who both screamed.

"That hurt," the first groaned.

"Sorry mate, but you were in my way," a dragon slayer snarled. She grinned as she looked at Anna and Serena. " Well, fancy meeting you here."

Anna pulled Serena behind her and eyed the dragon slayer cautiously.

"Calm down, I ain't gonna hurt you. Just need you to incentivize good ol' Dragon King to lie down a die," the woman chuckled.

The first stood up and sighed, "Yeah, we don't exactly lie down and die." He smiled, "PLASMA DRAGON BLINDING BEACON!"

Suddenly he exploded in neon blue light blinding everyone. When the light died away only the dragon slayer was left. Anna, Serena, and the first Acnologia had fled.

Anna and Serena were stumbling trying to see, the attack had blinded them.

"Sorry, it was the only thing I could think of," the first sighed leading them carefully.

"That's okay, it was really cool," Serena smiled.

The first Acnologia grinned.

"We have allies to the nor-" Anna began.

"Grandeeney?" the first asked.

"...Yes," Anna answered slowly, "You know her?"

The first laughed nervously as he ducked under a branch, "Yeah..."

"Alright, what exactly is going on here?" Anna demanded, "My husband doesn't have a large friendship circle, there's no way your his ally and I don't know about you."

"Yeah, and why do you smell exactly like my Dad?" Serena asked.

"Ummmm," the first began.

"HEY!" the third yelled running up to them, he had a nasty cut on his cheek.

"OHHHHMYGOSH YOU'RE BLEEDING!" the first panicked.

"It was a lucky shot, not a big deal. There are more dragon slayers coming, whoever is after this Acnologia brought a whole lot of reinforcements," the third explained.

"That's not good," the first stated.

"It's the rebellion," Anna sighed.

The two looked at her.

"The rebellion against the dragon king," Anna repeated looking at them expectantly.

They looked at her with blank faces.

"Where have you two been?" Anna asked.

"Vacation," "Dying," the two said at the same time.

"Have you seen the other one?" the third asked.

"Which one? Angry one?" the second asked.

"Yes, I lost his scent a while back."

"Well, I left him with the other Acnologia fighting a dragon slayer."

"I hope he's alri-

"DIE!" a familiar dragon roared from afar.

"HE TRANSFORMED!" the first cried.

"Yes, yes he did."

"Transformed?" Anna asked.

"Transformed into what!?" Serena asked.

A large black dragon took to the sky and let loose his roar into the forest.

"I take it that's your friend," Anna supposed.

"...Unfortunately," the third sighed.

"Should we go help him?" the first asked.

"I'M GOING TO WIPE YOU ALL OFF THE FACE OF THE PLANET!" the second roared.

"No, he's got it," the third concluded.

"Anna!" a familiar voice rang out in the woods. The fouth Acnologia ran up and hugged Anna.

"What is going on?" Anna asked.

"It's my damn apprentice," Acnologia growled.

"Tyregenium?" Anna asked.

Now the two Acnologia's choked.

"WHAT!" the first cried.

"You took Tyregenium as your apprentice!?" the third gawked.

"I take it you've heard of him," the fourth asked.

"That's a nice way to put it," the third growled.

"In our universes, he's our master... and we killed him," the first murmured.

"What do you mean your universes. Acnologia, what is going on!?" Anna demanded.

"It's a long story," the fourth sighed.

"Papa," Serena murmured.

"Hold on Serena," Anna ordered, she looked to Acnologia, "Summarize this story quickly because I am not moving another step until I know what's going on."

"Fair enough," the third sighed.

"We are Acnologias. We come from other dimensions and are trying to get... home," the first explained.

"They can be trusted," the fourth said looking at Anna.

"How long have you known about this?" Anna asked.

"They showed up this afternoon," the fourth answered.

"How do we know they aren't working with Tyregenium?" Anna hissed.

"We-" the fourth began.

"Hey now!" the first objected, "I just saved your life!"

"It's a fair assumption," the third shrugged.

"NO IT'S NOT!" the first cried.

"Can you calm -" the third sighed.

"Look, Dad!" Serena cried pointing.

They all looked to the sky where the black dragon was. The dragon was unnaturally quiet and no longer seemed to be attacking. There was a flash of light, and then he was gone.

"ANGRY ME!" the first cried.

"Oh go-" the third began.

"HE'S DEAD! WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO! I'LL AVENGE YOU!" the first cried - he was then hit in the face by a falling duck.

The duck was all black and he looked like he wanted to murder someone.

The first grabbed the duck and stared at it, "Oh my gosh." His face was a blank one of horror.

"Do not tell me that that is... who I think it is," the third began.

"Angry me?" the first squeaked staring at the duck.

The duck quaked angrily and bit the first's hand making him cry and drop him. The duck then angrily quaked and began to chase after the first Acnologia, feathers puffed.

"Yes... that's him," the third winced as the duck flew into the first's hair and angrily tried to attack him.

"OHMYGOSHHELPPLEASEIDON'TKNOWWHATIDIDBUTISWEARILLMAKEITBETTERYOUWONTBEADUCKFOREVER...JUSTDONTKILLME!!!!!" the first sobbed.

"It is your friend," the fourth Acnologia sighed, "Tyregenium did this... he specialized in transformation spells... I'm afraid this is his work."

The third ran over and pried the black duck off the first.

"Is it permanent?" the third asked tentatively holding the struggling duck.

"No," the fourth answered, "but he won't turn back unless Tyregenium wills it."

The second quaked angrily and looked ready for murder.

"We better make him will it... cause I'm ever more scared of him in this form," the first gulped.

"Then... we'll have to beat Tyregenium," the fourth sighed.

"I think we can do that," the third growled.

"My, my, was that a challenge?" a voice laughed.

They all looked up the hill to where a handsome young dragon slayer stood. He had white and black hair and wore matching black and silver clothes; Tyregenium. His silver eyes sparkled with excitement and jubilation.

"Boy, don't make me do something I'll regret," the fourth growled.

"TURN ANGRY ME BACK INTO HIS OLD SELF YOU MONSTER!" the first cried pointing to the duck.

The duck hissed and charged for Tyregenium.

"No, I quite like him in this form," Tyregenium smiled. When the duck came close enough he sent it flying with a kick. The first ran in and caught the duck.

"Don't worry, I got you!" the first smiled.

The black duck hissed and bit him again.

"I JUST HELPED YOU, YOU JERK!" the first cried.

"Serena, get behind me," Anna instructed cautiously.

"Your reign is over Acnologia, it's time someone new takes the throne... someone with a vision," Tyregenium smiled.

"And I suppose you think you're up for the job," the third growled.

"Why not?" Tyregenium asked.

"Because you're arrogant and selfish," the fourth snapped.

"You trained me. I'm your heir," Tyregenium laughed.

"NO!" Serena cried running forward, "I am!"

"Serena, get behind me," the fourth Acnologia growled pushing Serena back.

"No, if the little one wants to spar, I'd be happy to oblige," Tyregenium cackled, "But then, he's probably a coward."

Serena growled - which wasn't quite threatening

"You touch him and you die," the third growled.

"And who are you, I've never seen you before," Tyregenium laughed looking to the third.

"He's about to end your whole career," the first laughed. The duck at his feet hissed as if to say 'I will too if I ever get my hands on you!'

With that, the third and fourth Acnologia's lunged. The fourth punched him back, the third landed on him once he had fallen and knocked the air out of him. They both grabbed an arm and hauled him to his feet.

"You done yet?" the fourth growled.

"Not nearly," Tyregenium laughed. He ripped out of their grasp and sent an attack for the two. The third caught the attack as the fourth launched forward and tackled his apprentice.

The third looked at the magic he had caught and recognized it; transformation magic. He heard angry quaking.

"SMART ME! DUCK!" the first cried.

The third whirled around and saw the black duck flying for his face, he ducked as the duck flew overhead, the first following.

"He won't LISTEN!" the first objected, "YOU CAN'T BEAT HIM, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TEETH!" he yelled after the duck.

The third continued his pursuit after the other hims.

Meanwhile, Tyregenium and the fourth Acnologia were grappling on the ground. Tyregenium was able to push Acnologia away with a magic attack.

"I'm better then you," Tyregenium laughed.

"Because you murdered dragons and stole their power!" the fourth Acnologia growled.

"Why does it matter how you get power, all that matters is what you do with it!" Tyregenium laughed.

"Spoke like a true youth," Acnologia #4 growled.

"I will beat you," Tyregenium laughed.

"With what army!?" Acnologia laughed.

"This one," Tyregenium smiled pointing to the woods. He summoned a ball of white light in his hand and threw it into the sky. Immediately the Acnologia's heard enemies approaching.

"OOooooooh, that sounds bad," the first murmured.

"There are the reinforcements," the third growled.

"I can handle them," Anna smiled.

"Ummm... no offense, but not every dragon is going to fall to a frying pan like I did," the first objected.

Anna scoffed, and then she put her hands to the sky.

"Celestial summons," she whispered.

Suddenly, the sky darkened, the noon-day sun faded into a starry sky.

"Whoa," the third commented.

"HEAVENS! I RELEASE THEE!" Anna yelled. Serena smiled in wonder and pride as his mother invoked her magic. His mother hadn't discovered celestial magic, but she had greatly improved it.

The stars sparkled and then thousands of small golden beams raced down from the sky and into the woods seeking out their enemies. Thousands of screams and shrieks were heard as the magic attacks found their marks.

Tyregenium looked around in shock as the heavens literally rained down.

"Anna," the fourth Acnologia smiled softly.

Tyregenium snarled and raised his hands, "Let's see how well you fight when you're a mouse!"

He slammed his hands into the ground causing a shock wave to spread out. The fourth Acnologia braced himself relying on his magic to block it, but then someone jumped in and threw a spell down negating the magic; the third Acnologia.

"My apologies, I was distracted," the third smiled.

"Thanks," the fourth smiled.

"Your apprentice seems to have forgotten the most important fact about being a dragon king... don't relinquish your magic," the third grinned, 'I was able to copy his magic with no issue.'

"H-how," Tyregenium murmured.

"Child, you don't know what you're up against," the third hissed.

"B-but," Tyregenium began.

There was an angry quack as a black duck slammed into Tyregenium and began to nip ad scratch him.

"GET OFF!" Tyregenium snarled throwing the duck away. He stood up, and then another jumped in.

"How's this for a coward!" Serena growled kicking Tyregenium's shins. Someone then grabbed Tyregenium and turned him around; the first Acnologia.

"GET BLINDED SUCKER!" the first cried shooting a brilliant light out of his hand and in Tyregenium's eyes.

Tyregenium cried out and stumbled back blindly. The fourth Acnologia caught him.

"Lights out my apprentice," he sighed, and then the third punched him and sent him to the ground unconscious.

Tyregenium awoke and immediately jumped to his feet. He was in prison, his hands chained in anti-magic cuffs.

"No..." he breathed. He ran to the bars and shook them angrily, "NO! YOU CAN'T KEEP ME IN HERE!"

"Actually... I can," a cold voice growled. A man walked up to the cage, his red hair stood on its end and his eyes blazed with a burning fire. Scars covered his face and exposed arms. He wore a red sleeveless shirt with a black sleeveless cloak.

"You," Tyregenium realized his breath catching in his throat.

"You thought you could run forever boy?" Igneel smiled showing his sharp teeth.

"What do you want..." Tyregenium murmured backing away.

Igneel smiled, "I want to make sure that you never escape... and that you never threaten my family again."

"I never touched your son," Tyregenium defended.

"But you threatened my brother," Igneel snarled, "And as annoying as he is, I love him, and I respect him as my king. He took you in despite my warnings because he hoped he could raise you to be better... and look what it cost him."

"He trained me... because he feared my capability," Tyregenium snarled.

Igneel roared with laughter, "Boy... if you believe that..." he walked down the stone hallway away from the dragon slayer's cell, "Then you're even more stupid then I thought."

Tyregenium growled and banged on the bars, "I WILL GET OUT! AND WHEN I DO I'LL KILL EVERYTHING YOU LOVE! YOU WILL WISH YOU HAD DIED!"

Igneel laughed from afar, "Don't tempt me, kid... I may just kill you know."

Many miles off, the Acnologia's were settling into the fourth Acnologia's home.

"Thank you for what you have done... and I swear... I will figure out how to undo... that," the fourth grimaced looking at the murderous duck who sat in the corner of the house.

"You know what... take your time," the first nodded as he made his bed on the floor, "He can make it."

"Thank you again for housing us until we could leave," the third smiled as he lay on the couch.

"It's the least we can do," Anna smiled blowing out the candles. "Goodnight." She and the fourth Acnologia went to bed.

"Goodnight" "Goodnight" "quack".

The second Acnologia (AKA the duck) hissed a bit in the darkness.

"You'll be fine... we won't let any foxes eat you," the first answered.

The duck gave a small quack.

"Yeah, sure you aren't," the first retorted.

"You understand him?"

"A little bit... maybe I could understand more if he'd stop using bad language."

"H-how do you even-"

"quack!"

"I don't care if you can't find a synonym for the word bastard," the first retorted.

"Shut up you two... oh god I just told a duck to shut up.'

They all settled in and let the silence.

"quack, quack."

"I don't care if your feathers won't stay smooth, now go to sleep!"

"Oh, God."
