It was an early Monday morning as Logan and Jessica decided to bake chocolate chip pancakes for Mia. Both of them not knowing what they're doing which was causing a big mess in the kitchen.

"Jessie I don't think we need to add any more chocolate," Logan let his daughter know as she was grabbing the chocolate chips.

"But it looks like it needs more," Jessie told her dad as she tried to move around him.

Before Jessie could even get up the step stole Logan grabbed her causing her to start laughing. Logan tried grabbing the chocolate chips from his daughter's hand but she kept moving it away from him.

"Jess come on give me the chocolate chips," He pleaded with his daughter.

"Can we please add bit more," Jessie asked as she was able to weasel her way out of her dad's arms.

"Come back," Logan whispered so he wouldn't wake up his wife, "Jess, Jessie."

Jessie was able to run behind the kitchen table moving in the opposite direction each time her dad moved towards her. Logan looked around noticing the kitchen was a mess, like pancake powder on the counter top and sink full of dishes.

If Mia walked down the stairs and saw how the kitchen was left, Logan would be dead. Especially since Jessica most likely might be late to school once again. Logan knew Mia was going to lose her head.

"Okay, I'll let you add more chocolate chips," Logan bargained with his daughter, "But only if you help me clean up."

"Deal," Jessie told him as she shook his hand.

Both started picking things up around the kitchen, making it look at least decent enough so they could continue making the pancakes. As they finished up the smell of smoke filled the room causing Logan to panic.

Logan forgot he had a test pancake on the stove still when all the chaos went down. Immediately the fire alarm went off causing it to be heard through out the house. Logan turned off the stove and grabbed a towel to fan the fire alarm.

"What in the world is going on here?" Mia yelled as she came down the stairs.

Her eyes widened as she saw the scene at hand were her husband waving at the fire alarm. She turned to only see her daughter pouring chocolate chips in bowl. Mia immediately ran to her daughter to stop her.

"Okay, I think that's enough," Mia told her as she put the bowl down.

Logan finally was able to get the fire alarm to stop causing him to pant out of exhaustion. Both Mia and Jessie stared at him confused how he was so tired.

"What?" He questioned the girls, "I was running around chasing you and then I had to make sure you mom didn't wake up which I failed miserably at."

"Okay, Jessie why don't you go get ready for school, " Mia told her, " I'll finish up here,"

Jessie nodded her head while she ran up the stairs as Mia grabbed her husbands arm and sat him down on the couch. Mia finished up the pancakes and brewed some coffee for her and Logan.

Mia joined Logan on the couch, Logan smiling as she handed him his coffee. Both laughing as they shared kissed. Mia leaned into Logans chest as they sat hearing the mess their daughter was making in her room which was what peaceful silence sounded like for them.

"Thank you," Mia spoke up as she looked at Logan, noticing his bright smile, "For trying to make me breakfast this morning."

"You mean the disaster I caused," Logan replied embarrased.

Mia tapped his chin, before resting her hand on his chest. "It wasn't bad, it happens. Especially if you ask a five year old for help."

Logan looked down to Mia as she propped herself up. "Okay in my defense she was all I had. It was her or the hamster."

"Honestly, the hamster would have been loads of helped," Mia told her husband.

Logan smiled. "You're right. Should've recruited the hamster."

"Of course you should've."

Mia started absentmindedly traced patterns on his chest as she spoke. "I was thinking maybe we should retire from the super spy life."

Logan lowered his eyes to her hers, " Like no more jobs or heist with supervillains."

"I know were behind the scenes for most of it all but I was talking to Soph," Mia explained as she adjusted herself. "We have good thing going and I'm worried if something may happen were we need to go into hiding or have to do missions that are dangerous."

Logan grabbed Mia's hand to comfort her, "I'll do whatever you want to Mia, I support you through it."

"I know I just feel guilty, like what if my family needs me you know." Mia let out as he rubbed circles on her knuckles.

"But is that what you want?" Logan asked her.

"It's not about what I want. I just know I can't sit on the sidelines again when my family is in trouble." Mia admitted as Logan understood how protective Mia was of her family.

"I know but if you feel we need to leave that life then thats okay. I'm 100% sure Dom and the rest of them would understand," Logan told her as she nodded her head.

The sound of Jessie ran down the stairs catching both of their attentions as she dropped her bag down near her parents. Mia immediately helping her tie her shoes as Logan noticed the time.

"Okay, let's go kiddo," Logan told Jessie as he grabbed her backpack.

"Bye Mommy!" Jessie hugged Mia as Logan joined in.

"We can talk more later," Logan whispered to Mia who nodded her head as he kissed her cheek.

"Love you both," Mia told them as they headed to the front door.

"Love too!" Jessie and Logan shouted as they left and closed the front door.

Few Hours Later

While Logan was dropping off Jessie and grabbing lunch for Mia and him. Mia found herself staring down at the item in her hands as she sat on the toilet seat lid. She let out a long sigh as she felt tears spring to her eyes.

Her hand trembled slightly as she reached for her phone that was on the counter beside her. Her fingers scrolled through her contacts until she landed on her younger sister's name.

The phone rang for a painfully long time before it connected. "Hey Mia."

"Hey, Soph." Mia said quietly as she tried not to cry.

Sophia automatically picked up on that. "Mia is everything okay? What's wrong?"

Mia smiled lightly as she heard Sophia and Brian's few month old daughter babbling as Brian was talking to her on the other end before she sighed.

"I'm pregnant again."Sophia was silent for a minute.

"Shut the front door." She said excitedly as Mia chuckled knowing her children were in the room so she couldn't swear.

She could hear Brian asking what they were talking about before Sophia shushed her husband. "Are you serious?"

"Well, I'm currently staring at my fifth positive test. So I'm going with yes I'm pregnant." Mia told her.

Sophia gleefully laughed as Mia smiled. "It's about damn time for number two! This is a good thing, right?"

"I think so." Mia hummed and wiped the tear that had fallen from her eye. "I mean I have no idea how Jessie may feel or if Logan and I wanted to have another."

"What did Logan say?" Sophia asked her and frowned when Mia stayed silent. "You pulled a me didn't you? You haven't told him."

Mia sucked in a breath. "I pulled a you."

Sophia chuckled. "You've gotta tell him, Mia. Sooner rather than later."

"I honestly wish I had told Brian a lot quicker than I did with both of mine." Sophia explained to her older sister.

"I know, I know." Mia said. "I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't tell him soon, considering I told you to tell Brian as soon as you found out."

When she heard the front door open, her eyes widened. "I gotta go, Soph. He's back."

"Okay, well let me know how it goes. Congrats and love you, bye." Sophia said.

"Love you, " Mia quickly hung up and shoved all the tests in the bin, making sure they were covered.

She exited the bathroom with a smile as she saw her husband. "Hey."

When she saw the serious look on his face, her smile fell. "What's wrong?"

Logan sighed. " Your brother called. We've got a job to do."

Mia frowned and nodded as she came to the conclusion that telling him about the baby would have to wait.
