"I can't believe they stole a seventy-ton tank for a three-ounce computer chip." The military man, Oakes, uttered as they stared at the little case with the chip in it.

Hobbs gave him a look. "That three-ounce computer chip is more deadly than one thousand of those tanks."

Oakes looked away and towards where Letty was sitting. "What about her?"

"'Not her." Dom stated as Sophia left Brian's side to stand in front of Letty protectively.

Oakes looked between the two. "She was working with Shaw.'

"Was." Sophia nodded as everyone came to stand in front of Letty.

"She's always been one of us."

Hobbs looked towards Oakes. "Let's give them a minute." He advised before nodding to Riley to join the two as they walked out of the room.

Dom walked away and Sophia looked to Brian before going after her brother, having a few things to say to him about what had happened Letty watched them go and stood up to follow, but Brian stepped in front of her.

"Hey." He whispered and everyone backed away, knowing the two had a lot to talk about. "Look, I don't even know how to say this to you." Letty waited patiently for him to continue. "Everything that's happened here is because of me. I'm the one that put you undercover."

"Stop." Letty cut him off with a small smile. "I may not remember anything, but I know one thing about myself. Nobody makes me do anything I don't want to." She told him and Brian nodded before she walked off towards the two Toretto's.

Sophia cut off her lecture to her older brother as she saw Letty walking over to them. The brunette looked between the two and gave Letty a smile.

"I'll leave you two to it." She said as she nudged her brother in the ribs.

Sophia meant up with Brian as he immediately grabbed her hand. He inspected her making sure she wasn't badly injured as Sophia was doing the same.

"Hey, I'm go call Mia, I'll be right back." Sophia told Brian as she let go of his hand.

"Okay. Tell Mia we should be home soon and that we love them." Brian asked as he watched Sophia pull out her phone.

"I will." She agreed.

She quickly kissed his cheek before walking off behind Riley and Hobbs and headed towards a different room. It took a few rings before Mia answered the call, Sophia could hear Jack in the background playing with Logan.

"Hi, Soph. Is everything okay? Did you get Letty..."

"Hi to you too," Sophia could hear Mia laugh, "Yes everything worked out. Letty is here safe, and we have Shaw in custody."

"That's amazing. Does that mean you all are coming home?" Mia wondered.

"Not only coming home but we get to go back home to Los Angeles." Sophia told her older sister as she smiled ready to finally be home again.

"Wait you're serious?" Mia couldn't believe it, "No more having to basically live off the grid."

"Yea and we have Letty back. Everything is the way it should be." Sophia could picture Mia with her big smile.

"I love you Soph." Mia told her younger sister.

"I love you too." Sophia continued her conversation with Mia for a little bit longer, making sure they were all safe.

After checking in with Mia, Sophia felt a little more relaxed knowing they were all okay and safe. As she looked up from her phone she saw a blonde leaning against a wall, a smirk on her face. Sophia had a feeling she had seen her somewhere before.

"Can I help you?' Sophia asked her as she put her phone away, raising an eyebrow at her.

"Sophia, right?" she asked, her accent thick.

She slowly nodded, growing confused, something about this doesn't feel right to her. She was about to open her mouth to speak, but before she had the chance to do anything. The blonde slammed her head into the wall leaving Sophia dazed.

Before she could even react or get up from what happened the blond stuck a needle into her neck and injected something in her. Sophia blacked out before she even made it to the ground.

Back in the Main Area

Hobbs entered the room holding Shaw's arm while Riley led the other two members in. "Hey, Toretto! You need to hear this."

Dom and Letty came down the stairs as Brian stood up walking over to them with Gisele and Han following them. Roman and Tej came over as well to listen to what Shaw had to say. Shaw looked around at the team. Brian looked around not finding Sophia, causing him to start worrying.

"You guys really think you've won. This code you live by, it's the very reason why you weren't even in the game." His eyes landed on Dom. "I told you exactly what I was gonna do if you didn't walk away, Toretto. But you didn't listen. I told you I can reach out and break you whenever I want. And I have."

Brian felt his heart go faster, not liking where this was going, especially not being able to find Sophia.

Shaw's eyes then landed on Brian as he gave her a smirk. "Maybe you should call Sophia."

Dom immediately tensed up and Brian quickly looked to him. He clenched his jaw as he quickly pulled his phone out of his pocket, his heart thumping erratically in his chest more as he pushed his tears back. Brian dialed Sophia's number that he knew off by heart.

"Sophia?" he questioned as the phone was answered.

"Brian!" Sophia screamed.

The phone was cut off and Brian looked at Shaw dead in the eye as he moved before anyone could stop him. His fist went flying straight into his face, knocking him down to the ground as he swung with all his force.

Oakes snatched him away from Shaw and Brian fought against him as Tej and Roman ran forward. Roman grabbed Brian as Tej pulled Oakes off him.

Brian angrily paced, so many things going through his head. He tried taking deep breaths to calm himself down, but it wasn't doing anything. If anything happens to Sophia he swore to God, Shaw will wish he was never born.

"So, this is how it's gonna go down." He spoke. "You're gonna cut me loose from these cuffs, you're gonna hand me the chip, and I'm gonna walk out of here and you're not gonna follow."

Oakes scoffed. "You must be joking."

Shaw turned to him before motioning to Dom who hasn't said a word since Sophia's name has been mentioned. "Look at his face." He stepped closer to him. "Ask him if I'm joking."

Oakes stalked closer. "One hostage does not outweigh the threat to millions. " Brian fists were clenched at his sides, "I'm sorry, but this changes nothing."

Hobbs whipped out his gun and held it at Oakes' forehead. The sound of guns cocking was heard as the military men in the room pointed their guns towards Hobbs.

"It changes everything." Hobbs stated and Dom looked over to him. "You tell your men to stand down."

Oakes looked around at his men. "Stand down."

Hobbs glanced to Dom. "Toretto. I need you to know, the moment we let him walk out that door with that chip, words like amnesty and pardon walk out with him."

Dom stared Shaw down. "Those words went out the day we were born."

Hobbs nodded to Riley, and she took the keys to the handcuffs off Oakes and went around Shaw's men to uncuff them.

Shaw turned around to walk away but turned back. "Coming, babe?" He asked.

Everyone's eyes turned to Letty, who shifted on her feet uncomfortably. However, it wasn't Letty who responded.

"Of course. I wouldn't miss it for the world." Riley smirked before walking over to Shaw, grabbing his outstretched hand.

Brian was watching confused as she left with them, she had played them all.

"Like I said." Shaw spoke. "You were never in the game."

He turned and continued to walk out with his team. "If I see you on the horizon, I'll make the call and the girl's dead."

As soon as they had left the building, Tej ran towards his laptop and started clicking away. "I just jammed every signal up and down the spectrum." He informed.

Roman handed Dom a shotgun as Brian was tucking his gun in the waistband of his jeans. Brian knew he needed to get Sophia back, he couldn't imagine losing her.

"Let's move." Dom ordered.

"I'm coming with you." Letty declared as she slung her jacket over her shoulder as Brian gave her a small nod.

I know this chapter is short and kind of ended on a cliff hanger which is okay since I usually update a lot :))) How are you liking the book so? How are we feeling Sophia got kidnapped?
