Sophia grinned as she sat beside Brian who held their son, Jack, in his arms. They all sat outside of their home in the Canary Islands, Spain.

"What do you think of this?" Brian asked their two-month-old. "I thought you'd like this."

Sophia rolled her eyes as he held the toy in front of him. "He likes it," She assured him.

"All right." Brian hummed before reaching for the toy Skyline. "Or this?"

Jack automatically let go of the toy and reached for the car, Brian and Sophia shared a smile. "Yes. That's my boy."

"All right let's see how this thing flies. Are you watching?" He threw the paper airplane he held as Sophia pressed a kiss to Jack's forehead.

"Did you know your dad lost to me when I raced him," Sophia told their son as he held onto her pinky finger.

"No, you did not, that race was not fairly regulated," Brian defended himself

"Sure, it was," Sophia looked at Brian who was offended, " Your dad is just embarrassed that I am right."

Brian couldn't help but smile at Sophia, " Can't argue with your mom, she is always right."

Before Sophia could respond, the sound of a vehicle approaching them caused both to look up. Sophia noticed it was her brother's car.

Brian leaned down to Jack. "It's uncle Dom. What do you know? Are you waving? What up?"

Dom got out of his car, smiling as soon as he saw the boy. "Hey, Jack."

"What's up, Uncle Dom? What's up, Uncle Dom?" Brian held Jack's hand and waved it to him. "You excited to see him? Hmm?"

Dom walked over to them and saw the toy car. "Are you already pushing imports on him?"

"You say I'm not-- Dad's not pushing anything." Brian looked up at his brother-in-law. "He chose that car."

Dom crouched down in front of them. "Yeah, we know he's an O'Conner, but--" He pulled out a toy version of his car from behind his back.

"I brought you something, Jack." Sophia smiled as Jack reached out for the car. "Yeah! He's also a Toretto."

"I don't know."

Sophia rolled her eyes at the two. "Luckily, he has a couple more years to decide, right?"

"I think he decided, Soph." Dom said and the three laughed.

Sophia glanced down at her watch before taking Jack out of Brian's hold. "It's time for his nap. Come on, baby. Okay. Say bye. He's getting tired."

Dom touched Jack's foot as Sophia walked past him and into their home. Mia joined Sophia as they stand at the back door watching Dom and Brian converse with one another.

When Mia and Logan came back from their honeymoon, they had a surprise for all of them, Mia was pregnant. So, Logan was back at their house building the baby's crib and baby proofing the place.

"How are you feeling? Has morning sickness kicked in yet?" Sophia questioned her older sister.

"I'm doing okay, just a bit tired is all," Mia told her as she rubbed her growing belly, " No, honestly I think it went away after the first month."

"Try to get some rest, it's important to get sleep," Sophia told her older sister, "Yea my morning sickness was horrible."

"Oh, I remember," Mia said causing both girls to laugh a little.

Before they continued their conversation, they overheard what Dom told Brian causing both to frown at what they were talking about. Dom handed Brian a envelope that contained a photo that was taken a week ago.

"Diplomatic Security Service." Brian read. "Hobbs."

He glanced to Dom before taking the photo out, shocked to see it was of Letty. "You know, I used to do this shit all the time as a cop. This is what cops do. He's messing with your head."

Brian sighed. "Letty's dead, Dom."

"I need to know for sure." Dom stated.

Brian didn't hesitate as he replied. "Then I'm going with you."

"You said you were gonna leave this life behind." Dom pointed out.

Brian gave him a look. "We both said that we were leaving the life behind."

"He's right." Sophia said as she walked over to them with Mia behind her. "We're family." She leaned her hand on Brian's shoulder. "If we got a problem, we deal with it together."

Mia turned to her. "Soph, you need to go with them. I'll feel safer knowing the three of you are out there, watching each other's backs. You're stronger together. You always were."

Sophia went to protest but Mia cut her off. " Look I'm out of the running being pregnant and all. So, I'll watch Jack with Logan. Now, go get Letty. Bring her home."

London, England

Brian and Sophia stood side by side as they examined the new weapons in the warehouse, Gisele on the other side of Sophia. Tej and Roman entered and both let out sighs of relief that it was nothing like Rio.

"Thank God! Finally, some equipment I can work with." Tej said happily at the sight of the computers systems.

Roman headed over to where Han was standing. "What up, boy?"

"This is way better than that trash in Rio." Tej added.

Gisele smirked at him as she cocked the gun she was holding. "Way better." She agreed.

"Has anybody heard from Leo or Santos?" Sophia questioned curiously.

Han nodded to her. "Yeah, last time anyone saw them, they were hitting up the casinos in Monte Carlo."

Roman looked at Brian. "I thought that was our last job, Brian. And who's paying for all this equipment? The taxpayers? So now we work for the Hulk? That's what we're doing?"

Roman sniffed the air as Hobbs and a female rounded the corner. "Why do I smell baby oil?"

"You keep running your piehole, you're gonna smell an ass kicking." Hobbs said as he walked over to the table.

Dom walked over to the team from where he stood staring out the window. "All right, Hobbs, you got the best crew in the world standing in front of you. Give them a reason to stay."

Hobbs glanced around at the team members. "Our target's Owen Shaw. Former major in the S.A.S., spec ops solider. He ran the U.K.'s mobility division in Kabul and Basra." as he began to explain tossing a picture of Owen Shaw paper clipped to some other files onto the table in front of them.

"Ah, damn." Tej muttered. "That mobility unit's the truth. We talking vehicular warfare. Best in the world. Those guys don't mess around."

Sophia leaned onto Brian's side as Hobbs continued. "For years, they've been running jobs in Europe, but it's their most recent jobs that graduated them to a whole new level. three targets, highly specific. The program terminal from an I.C.B.M. missile and a poison pill computer virus from an N.S.A. black lab-"

Roman leaned over to Tej, "Got a little change?" He whispered.

"Seriously?" Tej whispered back as Hobbs stopped talking. "You're a millionaire, and you're still trying to ask for money?"

Roman gave him a look as Tej gave him some coins. "That's how you stay a millionaire. It's crazy, man!"

"So, what does this all mean?" Sophia questioned as Roman walked over to the vending machine.

Hobbs glanced over to her. "Well, our best guess is that Shaw's crew's building a Nightshade device."

"Which is?" Gisele raised her eyebrows.

The woman beside Hobbs, Riley, spoke up. "A tech bomb. Designed to block an entire military communication grid for twenty-four hours."

"You blind a soldier for a single second in the middle of a fight, and he dies." Hobbs added. "You blind a country for twenty-four hours; the loss of life is unthinkable. This could be worth billions to the right buyer."

Tej raised his eyebrows. "Billions?"

He repeated before looking around at his family. "Why don't we just steal that shit?"

"Hey, man." Roman called out from the vending machine, all eyes turning to him. "Which one of these things is a dollar?" Sophia rolled her eyes at him. "It says something about-"

Hobbs whipped out his gun and shot out the glass window, Roman jumping back. "It's on the house." Hobbs told him that Roman just stared at him.

Hobbs set his gun aside before turning back to those in front of him. "I want you to help me catch Shaw. He's only got one piece left that he needs, and I intend to stop him before he gets it. Now, I know you guys are a family. So, I'm offering you a chance right now to make that family whole again."

He threw the image of Letty onto the table causing Sophia frowned at it. Brian immediately grabbed her hand in his and squeezed it gently before looking to Hobbs.

"You wanna make this family whole again? Get us to Letty, we'll get you Shaw. Full pardons all the way around."

"I can't promise you that." Hobbs shook his head.

Sophia stared at him. "Yes, you can."

Dom walked over to stand beside his sister. "That's the deal," He told Hobbs, "Take it or leave it."

Hobbs glanced between them all before his eyes settled on Dom. "You get me Shaw, and I'll get your pardons."

Brian nodded before turning to the team. "You heard him. But this is different. We're not dealing with cops. We're not dealing with drug dealers. This is a whole different level."

Roman looked at Brian after a moment had passed. "We're getting paid, right?" 

Few Moments Later

"Brian?" Sophia called out as he looked over his shoulder at her.

"Yeah?" he asked, pushing himself off the desk he had been leaning against whilst talking to Tej.

"Can you come over here for a second?" she asked him, nodding over towards the place that they'd be calling their room until they left England.

He nodded, walking over to her after telling Tej he'd be back in a minute.

"What's up?" he asked, leaning against the door frame. She sat down on the bed.

"I know we dealt with dangerous people before but tonight, if we find anything, I want you to be careful, okay? I can't handle losing someone else," Sophia quietly said, feeling a pang in her chest.

The whole losing members of her family still affects her even though some of them happened what seems like so long ago. He walked over to her, kneeling so he was eye-to-eye with her.

"I'll be careful, I promise. Only if you promise to be careful too." He reasoned, grabbing her hand.

"I'm always careful." Sophia joked, smiling a small smile. He smiled as well and leaned down for a kiss which she gladly returned.

"I gotta go back and figure some stuff out with Tej." He informed as she nodded as he stood up.

"I love you." Sophia smiled, butterflies forming in her stomach from those three simple words.

"I love you too." She told him.

He walked away towards Tej and sat down, picking up the papers he was looking over before. Tonight's going to be risky and hopefully we'll find something. They've got a lead on where Shaw may be hiding out, and tonight, they were going to ambush him.

Hii we are finally starting act 4!!!! So Mia is pregnant which is crazy!! I swear Mia and Logan are adorable like college friends to lovers and He is willing to help her family even though they are getting chased by bad guys. Im just glad they are living a happy life. honestly couldn't be happier for all those who read the book. So thank you so much :))
