Sophia shifted uncomfortably as she sat on the hospital bed, wearing a hospital gown. Her attention shifted to the door as it opened, revealing the doctor. She fiddled with her fingers as she approached her. Honestly all she wanted to do was go see Brian and her sister.

"Ms. Toretto, I have good news." She spoke.

"Good news? What do you mean?" Sophia questioned; an eyebrow raised curiously.

The doctor smiled at her. "Aside from your sprained ankle, your injuries are only minor. As well as Congratulations."

"Congratulations on only having minor injuries?" Sophia questioned confused.

"You're pregnant, Ms. Toretto." The doctor shook her head with a smile.

Sophia looked at her in surprise. "Wait, what? I'm what?'

Her hand subconsciously rested on her stomach as her heart started beating faster. She was pregnant. She was going to have a baby. Was she ready to have a baby? She didn't know where her and Brian stood, but she knew she loved him.

"You're free to go, Ms. Toretto. Your sister is anxious to see you. I'll let her in."

"Thank you." Sophia nodded before the doctor left the room, Mia quickly rushing in along with Logan.

After the two hugged for a minute, Mia pulled back and stared at her sister. "What's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost."

"Mia." Sophia sighed. "Um, I'm pregnant."

Mia's eyes widened. "Oh my God. Are you sure?"

Sophia nodded. "Yeah, the doctor just told me."

"What are you going to do?"

"I don't know." Sophia said quietly. "Brian and I have never talked about kids, not even when we first started dating. I don't even know where we stand." She rambled. "I don't know what to do."

Mia rubbed her back soothingly. "It's gonna be okay. You're gonna be alright." Sophia sighed heavily and leaned into Mia. "I think you should go see him."

"Mia, is right you should," Logan spoke up trying to reassure Sophia, "It's okay if you're not ready to tell him but know the way he looks at you shows how much he cares for you."

"Thank you, Logan, but I'm not ready to tell him." Sophia said as she looked at her sister.

Mia gave her a soft look. "Either way, you need each other."

Mia helped her walk to Brian's room, having known where it was. As Logan went to go get some food that wasn't the nasty food the hospital offered.

Sophia thanked her sister before slipping into the room, turning around to see Brian looking at her with a smile.

"Hey." She muttered as she started walking towards the bed.

"Hey." He said with a grin. "I was worried about you."

Sophia felt her heartbeat quicken as she flashed him a smile. "I'm okay. How are you feeling?"

"Sore, but I'll be fine." Brian replied before patting the space beside him on the bed.

Sophia rolled her eyes and grinned before she climbed into the bed with him. "You're such a softie."

"You love it." Brian wrapped his arm around her shoulders.

Sophia placed her head on his chest and smiled up at him. "I do."

She sighed as she let her smile fall from her lips. "I'm scared, Bri."

Brian looked down at her with a frown. "I'm scared for what's going to happen to Dom, to Mia, to us. I'm just scared." Brian could only tighten his arm around her as he kissed the top of her head. 

Dom's Court Case

It's been days since Dom had been arrested and they stopped Braga. Dom's court hearing had taken up most of the morning as they all waited anxious to hear the verdict.

The judge banged the gravel, Sophia watching on nervously. "All rise."

She stood from her seat as Dom was led in. "Please be seated."

Brian wrapped his arm around Sophia's shoulders as they sat back down, Mia clutching her other hand. On the other side of Mia, Logan softly squeezed her hand in comfort.

"Please rise, Mr. Toretto." Dom slowly stood up. "I've listened to the testimony and taken into special consideration Agent O'Conner's appeal of clemency on behalf of Mr. Toretto. That his actions directly resulted in the apprehension of known drug trafficker Arturo Braga. However, this judiciary finds that one right does not make up for a lifetime worth of wrongs. And as such, I find that I am forced to level the maximum sentence under California law."

Mia started crying as Sophia heard Brian curse under his breath. Brian pulled his arm away from her and stood up, storming out of the courtroom.

Logan wrapped an arm around Mia comforting her. Sophia brought her hand resting on her stomach as she blinked her teary eyes.

"Dominic Toretto, you are hereby sentenced to serve twenty-five years to life at the Lompoc maximum security prison system without the possibility of early parole. This court is adjourned." The judge banged the gavel.

Sophia's stomach dropped as tears fell from her eyes. Dom looked back at her and gave her the same look he'd given her the first time he had gone to Lompoc, the look to care of Mia.

Sophia nodded her head in understanding as she gave him a sad look, Dom sharing it before he was led out of the courtroom.

The brunette covered her mouth with her hand as she felt the urge to throw up. "Excuse me." She muttered to Mia and Logan before standing up and rushing to the bathroom.

She heard footsteps behind her as she reached the bathroom stall just in time to throw up. She felt her hair being moved out of her face and someone rubbing her back.

Once she had finished, she stood back up and turned to Mia. "You have to tell him soon."

"I know." Sophia sighed as she went to wash her hands and wash her mouth out. "But first we need to get Dom out of Lompoc."

Mia gave her a confused look. "What are you talking about?"

"We're not letting him go back to prison."

"Soph, this is dangerous." Mia already knowing her sister won't changed her mind, "Please be safe especially with the situation at hand."

"I will be safe. I'll know my limits. Please stay safe as well and take care of Logan" Causing Mia to let out a little laugh.

"I love you, Soph." Mia said as she hugged her.

"Love you too, Mia." 

Few days Later

Sophia drove behind Brian as they drove towards the prison bus her brother was on. Mia pulled up beside her, Logan in her passenger seat. Sophia didn't like the idea of them joining but Mia had a good argument and Logan joined since he wanted to make sure Mia was safe.

Sophia sped past Rico and Tego who were arguing in Spanish, like always. She laughed and shook her head, pulling up beside Brian. She winked at him, Brian giving her a wide grin.

They split, going to different sides of the bus. Sophia shifted gears and sped up, cutting in front of the bus. Mia drove up in front of her, the pair zig zagging in front of the bus. The driver swerved out of the way as they pulled to a stop.

The side of it hit Brian's car, it rolling over the ground. It rolled multiple times before coming to a stop. Sophia got out of her car and looked at the bus expectantly as Mia came beside her.

A smile broke out onto both their faces as they saw Dom crawl out of the bus. Sophia took off towards him first, flinging her arms around him. Mia wrapped her arms around both.

They stayed like that for a few minutes before pulling apart. Step one had been completed but now they had to get the hell out of there before they got caught. Dom quickly got into the charger after having a few words with Brian before driving off.

Sophia turned to Mia, hugging her. "You remember what to do now right?"

"Yeah." Mia responded as she pulled back from Sophia. "We'll meet you and Brian in Rio when you call."

Sophia nodded her head before Mia hugged her once again. "Be careful Soph and stay safe. I love you."

"Yes, mum." Sophia teasingly said as she started walking to her car. "Love you too big sis."

Turning to Logan, "Keep her safe please and welcome to the family."

Logan chuckled as he smiled to Sophia's statement, "I'll protect her even though she can kick ass."

Sophia smiled as she waved them off, she made her way to Brian by getting into the car.

"You ready?" He turned to her.

"Let's go." Sophia sighed.

Hii! So I finished act 2!!! We are going into act 3 which I am biased since Fast Five is my favorite movie so I will say writing act 3 will be my fav.
