this is just a random rant because idk what to label it. this past week I heard two non-black kids say the n-word and one of them stereotyped all asians being smart/try-hard and black people always eat chicken. you may not see these things as offensive but just because of how the media portrays races, doesn't mean they are true. *hint hint: blacks can be vegan and anyone can eat chicken lol*

putting races into your own category and telling them they should act a certain way to fit your preference is not okay! saying blacks are acting "too white" because they have long, straight hair is pretty rude. 

I am an individual who loves investing in new things, like watching japanese anime and listening to kpop/watching k-dramas, and learning other languages. I should be able to enjoy those things without people saying I'm not acting 'black'. (You probably have never experienced that, but all communities are different, discrimination still exists, and some people are narrow-minded).

I think we should all start to be diverse instead of avoiding people because of how they're portrayed in the media (like labeling all blacks as scary). racial discrimination may not be as vast as it was in the 60s, but it is still decreasing slowly.
